BELLA casa su un ampio canale Piscina privata- A piedi dalla spiaggia / negozi! Shelling -Family Friendly!
Accattivante stucco in stile mediterraneo a casa-Con WIFI-PISCINA riscaldata solare (13x26) con grande schermo in lanai e Dock! Planimetria concetto aperto. Nuova cucina - armadi in granito e acero, grande pavimento piastrellato in soggiorno - sala da pranzo e cucina, legno laminato nelle camere da letto.

Hai trovato la tua "casa lontano da casa". La casa offre un ampio e luminoso arioso ampio soggiorno con molta luce naturale, snack bar, zona pranzo completa e angolo lettura. Le 3 camere da letto sono anche molto confortevoli - la maggior parte sono dotate di ventilatori a soffitto. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, ventilatore a soffitto, smart tv a schermo piatto, area salotto e un bagno completo annesso con vasca e doccia. La seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, una zona salotto e una cabina armadio (potrebbe essere usata come una camera per bambini) smart TV a schermo piatto e ventilatore a soffitto. La terza camera ha 2 letti singoli. La camera familiare ha un divano letto matrimoniale estraibile.

Questa casa è situata a 150 m dall'accesso alla spiaggia, a pochi passi da negozi, teatri e ristoranti raffinati. Breve corsa al golf. La casa si trova su un ampio canale - la vista ti toglierà il respiro! La spiaggia è meravigliosa con la sua meravigliosa sabbia soffice bianca e ampia e l'acqua blu chiaro. Abbiamo ospiti che provengono da tutte le parti del mondo per Shell qui sull'isola. Dopo una lunga "dura" giornata in spiaggia, è bello sollevare i talloni, rilassati nel patio (mobili da salotto + ombrellone incluso nel corso), sorseggiando margarita freschi, il tutto mentre guardi le barche che passano o il delfino occasionale.


Puoi anche scegliere di rimanere all'interno e scegliere un film invece: Netflix e HBO sono inclusi. Convenient to everything, walk to beach, Publix close by. Home is beautiful, clean and well stocked we had everything we needed. One of the nicest places I have ever stayed thru VRBO.

Vacation 2022

We had six in our party and not one complaint about anything… we rent beach house all the time and this is one of the nicest one we have rented… The house was fully stocked with anything we would need…. We were contacted twice during our stay to see if we needed anything… we would stay here in the future and have all ready talked about coming back next year…. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home and pool we had a blast….

Location, location , location

What a property. 2nd visit and it won’t be the last. If you want a property close to the the beach and with an amazing view on to the canal then you won’t find better. Lovely house that is very well stocked. Not a bad word to stay. Lots of local wild life , this time off the dock we saw sting rays, dolphins and manatees. Can not wait to rebook and thanks again to Dana the owner for being so understanding when we had to cancel multiple times during COVID times!

Better than advertised

Everything you need for your getaway is waiting for you. Attention to detail and needed basics are right there. Plenty of beach equipment complimentary in the garage. Appliances are new and modern. Plenty of indoor space for dining in and the grill is a weber and in great shape. Pool is clean and maintained. Dock deck is obviously brand new composite deck. Landscaping is kept up. House was clean and Dana was extremely available and attentive. I hate to give such a great review so I can come back again soon. Yes we had issues but they were never ignored or dismissed. Beach close across the street but the kids liked sand key which is a short drive south. Book with confidence and enjoy.

Great Stay - Awesome Home!

We stayed for a week in June, with temps in the 90's the entire time. The homes A/C kept up the entire time, and the pool definitely was nice to have on those hot days. Everything is as advertised, the home was immaculate, and we would stay here again.

Great Location

Enjoyed our stay the area was nice and the house was exactly as described. Everything you need for the beach is supplied and kitchen is stocked with all the utensils. Pool was nice and being able to fish off the dock was a nice perk. Would definitely recommend staying here

Great location and amenities.

Very nice property and location for my sister trip. We would definitely book again. It is nicely furnished with all the kitchen basics for onsite meal and beverage prep when desired. It’s a short walk to their beach and the owner has all the essentials needed for a day in the sun and sand. The pool and patio are very inviting and welcome after an afternoon on the beach.

Perfect family getaway!!!

We had such a great time at Harmony House! So close to the beach but the screened pool is a great bonus for those days you just don't have it in you. Dana is very easy to work with and easy to reach. Actually she reached out to us a couple times to make sure everything was going well. Book Harmony House for your Fort Myers Beach stay...you won't be disappointed!

Excellent property and location!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at Harmony House. The property was the perfect size. The short walk to the beautiful white sandy beach was easy. Thank you for providing the wagon, beach chairs and umbrella making our days on the beach enjoyable. The salt water pool was refreshing after a day at the beach too. Each morning we ate breakfast by the pool while watching fish and birds by the canal. This was everything I hoped it would be! Thank you for sharing your home.

Great vacation house

Perfect house for us & great South Island location. Across the street from the beach, pool was always warm & views of estero blvd and canal - jumping fish / pelicans frequently. Quiet street. House had pretty much everything we needed to cook at home. Beds were comfy- Knives in kitchen were actually sharp & I thought it was very nice that paper towel, TP, dish soap, foil etc were all provided as that stuff adds up at Publix! Owner was super responsive when we couldn’t get tv to work in one of the bedrooms. Would definitely stay here in the future if we come back again. The only negative was the 2 slice toaster didn’t toast hardly at all ( it took a while) might need replacing . Thank you!!

Great mud island canal home

Husband and I have rented at FMBEACH for 6+ years. This was certainly one of the nicest places we have stayed. Very clean, fully equipped with everything we could think of in kitchen, full complement of beach items also. We had a few questions and one small issue. Owner was prompt with response and even had an electrician to house within an hour! We loved everything about is house and would absolutely stay there again

Mom's 90th Birthday Celbration

We rented this home to help my Mom, who lives in the area, celebrate her 90th birthday. It was perfect for that, the large dining room table allowed for a big family dinner. The screened in pool area was an awesome spot for us for gather with family and friends. The home was clean and very well stocked. Communication with the owner is very easy. Sad that we had to leave a night early due to incoming winter weather at home.We would definitely consider staying here again on a future trip.

Perfect!!!

Beautiful house! Had everything yoy need for a perfect vacation! Beach chairs, Beach toys, wagon, kitchen is well stocked, plenty of towels, beautiful pool, beautiful dock and perfect location! My husband and sons caught many different fish off the dock. Less than a five minute walk to the beach, shopping and great restaurants. The house was very clean and the owner had great communication and was very accommodating. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The repairs and maintenance on the house you could tell were DIY. Not professionally done. Very outdated house. When we got there it wasn’t cleaned professionally. There was dirt on the floor when I walked in each room I vacuumed up. Also dust in each room cobwebs on the ceiling. When we walked into the garage it smelled like dog urine BAD. The doors didn’t shut properly. Right when you walk outside to the pool there was a constant water leaking from something on the roof. Some remodeling was nice but the quality and maintenance was low. The canal deck was awesome which was one of the updates. The kitchen was nice except the mismatch appliances. There was numerous interruptions with people coming to the house to do service work on the house that were unannounced visits. None of the TVs and DVD players were hooked up properly. Yes there was beach supplies you could use like chairs, beach toys, and wagon but no one kept up on them(old worn out). A little expensive for the quality of the house. But the canal we loved with the location and easy access to everything. The pool area was clean and nice. The overall I would give like 2 stars we actually left a day early.

Great location

Great vacation rental, clean and nice amenities. Close to the beach and the pool is nice too. The owner is very responsive to questions and communicated effectively her instructions for the stay. We would definitely rent this again!

Loved it!

The property was in great shape, pool was thoroughly enjoyed, kitchen was very well stocked, awesome location in proximity to the beach. Highly recommend and will stay again!

Family Summer Fun

We had an awesome time during our stay! Dana was awesome and addressed everything timely and efficiently as needed. The pool was switched from chlorine to salt water and the screen was replaced all while we were enjoying our stay! None of this bothered us while enjoying the house! It was such a great experience that the whole family enjoyed!

Family vacation

We spent a week at the Harmony house for our family vacation. Everything was just as described! The house was clean, the pool was a nice way for us to relax after a hot day and believe me it was super hot!! I tried to find something that would make my entire family happy. My husband and son enjoyed fishing in the canal. They caught a few catfish! We left behind our fishing pools for the next guests to enjoy! We saw a dolphin in the canal our second day there and then 2 manatees a couple days later! We enjoyed the sunsets from the backyard. We had daily visits from an Iguana and we watched the pelicans indulge on fish! Lots to see! It was extremely peaceful and quiet as most of the homes seemed empty but we appreciated the quietness! My daughter and I enjoyed the short walk to the beach both in the mornings and in the evenings. We all enjoyed the pool! The location is perfect as it is far enough away from all the crowds but close enough to get to Sanibel/Captiva for day trips! We enjoyed Charlie’s boat house and sunset beach for dinner both are in walking distance of house! Also, loved the rocking chairs that faced the pool area! My husband and I would sit there in the early mornings to drink our coffee! All in all a great relaxing family vacation! Thanks Dana!! PS. Can u tell me where u found those chairs?! Would love some for our front porch!
