The South End of Fort Myers Beach is known for its quieter, more relaxed atmosphere compared to the lively North End near Times Square. Check-in is one hour earlier than other rentals at 3 PM, and check-out is one hour later at 10 AM.

May - October it’s turtle season. At dusk/dark, all curtains/blinds must be closed. The Turtle's are busy nesting and little hatchlings will be arriving soon! There are Amber lights throughout the community.
