Recentemente rinnovato! Piscina privata - 3BR / 3BA

Questa casa sul canale è stata aggiornata con una nuova cucina con ripiani in granito e una zona pranzo sull'isola. L'open space, recentemente ristrutturato con nuovi pavimenti piastrellati, mobili nuovi e impianti idraulici aggiornati, si affaccia su una piscina riscaldata, un molo e il canale che accede al Golfo del Messico.

Tutte e tre le camere sono dotate di bagni privati. La master suite ha un'entrata separata sul ponte che si affaccia sulla piscina e sul canale. La Great Room è stata recentemente decorata e presenta una TV ad alta definizione con Comcast On-Demand e un sistema di intrattenimento con audio surround. La connessione Internet wireless è disponibile in tutta la casa (e piscina!)
La casa si trova a 200 metri da uno dei punti più ampi della spiaggia di Fort Myers Beach. Se hai familiarità con l'Outrigger Tiki Hut Bar, la casa è direttamente sul lato opposto di Estero Boulevard. Curlew Street è tra il Dinner Movie Theatre e il Charley's Boathouse Restaurant.

Sheila was great at quickly responding. We most definitely enjoyed our stay. The guys enjoyed fishing as we kept cool in the pool. House was clean, short walk to the beautiful beach! Was perfect, we would stay again!

Fort Myers Beach 147 Curllew St

House was perfect. FMB is still is disrepair form the Ean hurricane. Expect lots of traffic delays during late afternoon and early evening commutes because of the traffic light and planet hollywood resort that opened at the end of the beach before the bridge.

Beach Vacation - this is the place!

We booked this place last minute for our son’s sixth birthday celebration/family summer beach vacation. This property had everything we needed and the location is close to everything! Clean and great communication with owner. Thank you! Will book for future stays for sure!

Nice house

Less than a year ago the hurricane hit this area, I was impressed with the condition of the house. This is a wonderful location in an area that will be even better as fort meyers beach comes back from the storm. We enjoyed our visit, and we were a short drive to wherever we wanted to go.

Great place!

This was a great place to stay. The pool and the lanai are great. The inside looks exactly like the pictures. I wish we would have had a heads up about the storm damage to the bottom half of the house before we arrived. This would not have changed our minds but it was a little surprising when we pulled up. It also would have been nice to have more toiletries and paper towels available, or a heads up that we would need to bring our own. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. Overall a great place to stay!

Nice vacay!

Our family stayed in this house for 5 days and it was nice and roomy. The pool was wonderful! We actually saw a dolphin swim right under the dock chasing fish. A suggestion would be to have a key lock instead of having to drive to an off site location to obtain the keys. Our flight was very delayed and at 4:00 a.m. it was a bit much to drive by the house to get the keys. We also experienced a lot of bug bites while fishing so we definitely recommend bug spray!!! Overall, we had a great time and made lots of memories.

Family Time

Enjoyed our stay at the property. Must take stairs to get in and out of house including to the pool. Worked well for us. We mentioned a couple maintenance items to the property manager. They took care of our immediate needs right away.

Quick weekend getaway

This property was such a great location! Super easy walk to the beach & chairs/wagon/cooler was available if we needed it. The place was big enough for 5 adults (or more) to comfortably hangout, pool was clean and we had a great time! Plenty of options for dinner around us as well. The front door was a little quirky but once we figured out the trick we were all set!

Great pool + steps to the beach

We had a great week at fort Myers beach! The house was in great condition, and allowed our family to spread out and have plenty of space. We loved being on the canal and the private pool! The house is only a 5 min walk from a quiet region of the beach. We would stay again!

Wonderful house and pool!

We all loved this spacious house with the generous amount of towels, kitchenware, comfortable beds and furnishings. The warm pool was wonderful with plenty of pool toys for my grandkid.

Perfect location close to beach

Perfect for our group of three couples since each had their own bedroom and bath, but does need some updates with towels and bedding. Location was quiet and close to beach. Pool was wonderful but more loungers would enhance pool time. Would definitely rent again-great place!

great Vacation

Everything was neat, clean, and comfortable. This was close to the beach and walking distance to Catholic Church, Publix, and restaurants. We had a wonderful four weeks and were sorry to hear that it wasn't available the same time in 2023. Just an FYI: Avoid driving to North end of the island during the day. We went to play miniature golf on San Carlos Blvd, took two hours to get off the island, about 4.5 miles. It was much easier to drive south to Bonita Springs for shopping and dining.
