Nice property with good proximity to the beach, minimally outfitted. The beds were made with sheets and then a quilt bedspread. One blanket in the house for the fold out couch. No other blankets. A beach wagon was listed as having been replaced that we did not find. At check-in we found a list of rules that were harshly worded, including a stiff warning forbidding guests from using the washcloths to remove makeup, or from going to bed with makeup on. No alternate washcloth was offered and there was no mention of needing to bring these things in the listing. While I wasn't planning to do either, a guest shouldn't discover at midnight when they arrive after a flight that they don't have a way to wash their face or a pillowcase to sleep on. Also, guests are responsible for taking the garbage and recycling bins to the street on certain days, no matter when you arrive. We arrived on Wednesday and Thursday was garbage day so we hauled 3 completely overflowing bins of someone else's trash to the street with no clear path, so it was tipping over and spilling out on the way. That did not make me happy but we had to do it because we had nowhere to put our own trash.The property is pretty nice and the location is good but the hosting could be much better.
