Estero Sands

Our group included my husband & I and another couple who are long time friends of ours. We enjoyed our stay very much. Parking and check in were super easy. The unit was small but clean and comfortable. We loved the proximity of the condo to the private beach. The owners were quick to respond to our questions before and during our stay.

Fort Myers Vacation 22

The place was amazing. Very clean and very accessible. The private beach was off the hook sublime. Beach area was clean and very nice. The pool was nice and clean as well. Thank you very much for supplying these wonderful accommodations.

Perfect vacation spot

This was the perfect vacation spot. We will definitely return to this unit. The beach is right out the door and isn’t crowded. A short walk or drive to restaurants and shops.

Excellent, with Beautiful veiw!!

We came for our family vacation the property was clean and well taken care of! The beach was amazing, it was quiet and clean. My kids (6 and 8) were able to play without us having to worry! It was close to food and activities!

Very nice unit.

Pros: Location right on the beach Updated appliances Clean inside the condo Pool had clean water Cons: Window treatments old and broken... kept falling off and very dingy You get one garbage bag to dispose of all your trash We had to purchase our own toilet paper Patio furniture by the pool is very old and looks like you would need a tetanus shot if you cut yourself on it

Relaxing Beach Vacation

We have stayed on Ft. Myer’s beach for several years, this was our first stay in Estero Sand. We absolutely loved Jerry & Diane’s place. They made it feel right at home for us. We loved starting our morning off drinking coffee on the porch listening to the waves and we loved ending our day watching the sunset on the porch. It was perfect.

Clean, As Pictured, & Plenty of Privacy

This condo served our 2-person, adults only vacation perfectly. It was super clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and the beach access can’t be beat. Some reviews say that the king bed mattress is too soft, but I thought it felt great. It was nice having 2 bathrooms so that my sister and I could each get ready easily at the same time. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. We were the only people in the pool every time we went and we were always able to use one of the tiki huts on the beach for shade. The lanai gave us a view of the sunset. I liked being about a mile away from the busy Times Square area because we could easily get there but were far enough away that it wasn’t noisy. And there are a couple of good restaurants a stone’s throw from the condo if you want to stay even closer. This is a great property for a great price!

Fabulous View

This was our second trip to this little gem of a condo building in Ft. Myers Beach. The advantage this condo has over the others available in this building is a queen-size bed in the guest bedroom. Twin beds are great for kids, not so much for adults! Check-in was a breeze, the weather was great and the views are spectacular. We rarely cook on vacation, so having no standard condiments or seasonings was not a big deal but it may be for others, so know you'll have to bring/shop for them.

Great location

We (2 couples) loved our stay at Estero Sands. Beach was not very crowded here. Used the screened in space for most of our meals. Great sunset views. Beach umbrella, chairs, towels and cooler as well as cabana were handy! There were 4 of us and we only found 3 beach towels but we didn’t really need them so much. We would definitely stay here again!!

Spring Break 2022

Great location on the beach, clean and the kitchen had every utensil we needed. Our only complaint is the king bed in master needs a new mattress. Overall a great week at the beach!

This is such a great condo. Best location, clean, right in the beach. We’ve stayed in a few different spots on Ft. Myers Beach and this is by far our favorite.

Estero Sands Top Floor Beachfront

It was a very nice condo with a great view. The condo was clean and well stocked. We had a minor issue where the entry code hadn't been entered when we arrived at the check in time but that was corrected immediately with a phone call. We also found that the toaster needed replacement and we received a new toaster very quickly. Great response times in both cases! We would stay here again.

Great week! If I had one suggestion, it would be to have seating for 4 people in the family room area We spend a lot of time in the condo and 1 sofa and 1 chair for 4 adults made it difficult! Overall, great place!

Great beachfront stay!

We had wonderful week at Ft. Myers Beach at Jerry's property. The condo was clean, comfortable and relatively quiet and only steps from the beach. The kitchen was really well equipped with everything we needed, which was appreciated as we cooked alot of our meals. The beds were comfortable and there were beach towels and chairs provided. We had a bit of a mixup on checking in, but it was resolved fairly quickly with the help of a neighbor. Great rental!

After Thanksgiving Vacation

The property is in a great location. It us within easy walking distance to restaurants as well as Times Square. The property is small which is nice for parking and space at the beach. The views of the sunset from the lanai are amazing.

Great Condo

Condo was updated nicely. Its a smaller building so not as many people. Just steps from the beach and Tiki Huts to sit under were great. View was beautiful. Would stay here again.

Great Location

The building is a little older, but this unit has been tastefully updated. The location is great and the powdery sand is so enjoyable. The sunsets are spectacular!
