Prepara la famiglia e preparati a goderti questo spazioso duplex fronte canale, situato a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, dai negozi e dai ristoranti ea 1 miglio da Times Square. Ogni lato offre un King master BR con vasca e un secondo King BR, bagno per gli ospiti, cucina ben attrezzata, lavatrice e asciugatrice e divano letto nel soggiorno. I prezzi sono elencati per un'unità o è possibile noleggiare entrambe le parti per le parti più grandi. Ogni lato può ospitare 6 o è possibile noleggiare entrambi i lati per ospitare 12

La grande piscina privata riscaldata è completamente recintata per motivi di sicurezza e offre molto spazio per rilassarsi al sole, grigliare i cibi e godersi il nostro bel tempo in Florida. Ogni lato ha anche aree di vita schermate bonus al piano terra con spazio aggiuntivo per rilassarsi e guardare la TV.

La casa si trova su un canale in modo da poter pescare al largo del molo o provare un nuovo sport acquatico con molti posti di noleggio nella zona.

Fort Myers Visit

The property is very nice. The owners were available when needed. Unfortunately we experienced some problems with the electricity and lost the heated pool for a few days. Again, owners were very helpful and did all they could. Would highly recommend this property.

Great Stay!

We loved this property! It was clean and in a great location! It was the perfect size for the 4 of us! We also enjoyed the outdoor area/pool. The owners were very accommodating!!!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to the beach and 1 mile from ice cream. Close enough to everything but far enough away from the super busy beach (hotels). The house was great. Pool was amazing. So peaceful and tranquil. Highly recommend. We would book this home again. (We had a rental car which was nice to goto Sanibel but enjoyed walking many places).

We had a wonderful stay at this home, it was perfect for our young family. The place was clean and the owners were extremely accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. Unit was clean and furnished very nicely. The pictures online don’t show as well as the unit looked. Two draw backs. Pool needed cleaning asap and traffic was at a stand still everyday. Most of the island is not ready for tourists except the beach! Lovely!

Excellent stay

My wife and I came down for a week from Indiana. The property was as described, and in excellent condition. I like to fish and had a great time catching catfish, and sheepshead off the dock. Highly recommend this property..

Great location in the heart of Fort Myers

This place was very clean and it had all of the necessites needed a short or long stay. The pool was a plus and the house was supplied with cookware, housewares and even towels for the beach. It also had a grille and a bonus room on the patio that was equipped with a TV. Highly recommended!!! Thanks Kevin and Nancy.

Great location!

We had a great stay at 126 Tropical Shores Way. House was very clean when we arrived. Beds are super comfy and pool area was great. The owners are very responsive and super easy to chat with. They responded to all questions we had in less than 10 minutes. Great location! Just a short walk to the beach and Time Square area. Lots of restaurants around. Definitely recommend this place and would stay again when in Fort Myers Beach Area!

Perfect vacation stay

The house was exactly as described. We had zero issues. There are plenty of beach towels. It was very well stocked and very clean. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and our favorite watering hole… liki tiki.

Fort Myers Vacation

Enjoyed our getaway. Property manager was very responsive to ensure everything was at property for toddler. Everything was as described and in great condition! Easy walking distance for adults. I would recommend renting a car or golf cart if you don’t like walking.

Very happy with our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely stay here again! The bedrooms and kitchen are a bit smaller than what they look like in the pictures but it was all very clean and welcoming. They had a lot of beach chairs and umbrellas along with lunch boxes perfect for packing to the beach. There are many restaurants, ice cream and beach shops in walking distance but we drove if we wanted to go all the way to the pier. The pool was a bit dirty but we used the net and got most of it out so it was not a problem. The owners are very nice welcoming people with helpful tips and suggestions on where to eat and activities to do. I highly recommend this property!!
