Albe fantastiche ti aspettano in questa casa spaziosa e nuovissima con tre camere da letto, due bagni! Sii uno dei primi ospiti a godersi una favolosa vacanza in questa casa arredata con gusto.

Goditi cene intime preparate nella tua cucina completamente attrezzata, oppure usa la griglia a bordo piscina e prepara un pasto appena pescato. Ci sono molti splendidi tramonti, che rendono il pranzo sul lanai un'esperienza serale meravigliosa.

La zona giorno è arredata con gusto. È il posto perfetto per tutti per guardare film sulla TV a schermo piatto, giocare a giochi da tavolo, leggere un libro o contemplare in silenzio. L'arredamento riposante della camera da letto principale garantirà un ottimo riposo notturno sul letto king size, ma ha anche uno schermo piatto intelligente se stai cercando un programma a tarda notte. Il bagno principale ha una cabina doccia con i suoi lavandini. Entrambe le camere hanno letti queen size e dispongono anche di Smart TV a schermo piatto.

Il divano della zona giorno ha un letto queen size. Trova una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size per te. La piscina riscaldata offre un luogo per godersi le nostre giornate piene di sole nuotando o per rilassarsi dopo una giornata a Fort Myers Beach! Idealmente situato, puoi anche decollare a nord di Times Square o viaggiare a sud in tram fino a Lover's Beach. Sette miglia di costa, negozi, ristoranti e tutte le attività che l'isola ha da offrire ti aspetta qui a Fort Myers Beach! Non importa dove ti trovi, ci sono molti sport acquatici situati proprio sulla spiaggia; come le escursioni di pesca o noleggiare una barca per il giorno ed uscire da soli! Perfect Beach Getaway

The house was excellent. Everything you could possibly want for a family beach vacation. It is a five minute walk from the beach. My family loved the pool and poolside patio area. We'll definitely stay again next time we are in Florida.

The rental had everything you need. It was walking distance to beach. Plenty of beach chairs, wagon, beach and pool toys. It was very private and clean.

Amazing home at the beach!

This property was just great! Fully equipped in the house and all you can need for a trip to the beach or a day in the pool. Great location that is walkable to the beach and town center.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful and clean property, pool is great as it gets afternoon sun. .3 mile walk to the end of the street, then cross and you’re at the beach. 2 doors from the end of the street, kids can walk over and fish if they desire.

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay. The house and the amenities were amazing. We could have spent our whole week on the patio and in the pool. It was very accommodating for kids. They enjoyed the puzzels and games during the evenings. The short walk to the beach is made much easier with the available carts and all the pool and beach toys were just a big huge bonus we even added a few before leaving.

Gorgeous home & close to beach. Loved just about everything. Patio/pool area was amazing!! Home could’ve used a better cleaning. We had a few hiccups but management was quick to help. I’d stay here again - it was a really good vacation.

Great Stay

We had a great stay. Unfortunately it rained most of the time we were there but the house was so nice. The pool was absolutely love for the days we got to use it. The pool area was so nice and so beautiful. The beach was a short walk and easy to get to. I would highly this house.

Great Family Vacation home

We so enjoyed our stay! the house was well stocked, even with toys for toddlers and beach equipment. The beach was a short walk (5-7 minutes). And while the home was in a residential area, it was easy to walk to restaurants (about 15-20 minutes) in downtown Ft. Myers Beach. The community is still recovering from Hurricane Ian, but we were pleased with how much progress had been made.

It's a Beautiful home ! ! We loved the home decor, we felt right at home. The bed in the master suite is super comfortable. The bathrooms are lovely. The kitchen was perfect for us. I The pool area is so nice and has several seating areas to enjoy. It was great having a fenced in yard for our small dog to lay in the sun, while we drank our morning coffee and had cinnamon rolls. The owners have bikes and beach items you can use.. We didn't need them during our stay. Maybe next time :) We loved having the hose to wash off us and Twiggie after our walks on the beach! The beach was only about 5 min walk to the beach for us. We are really missing our long morning and evening walks on the beach. The owners have games and books, if you need a break from the beach.. ha ha We loved the house and really enjoyed our stay !! Coastal Vacations was so nice, answering all our questions before and during our stay!

Wonderful getaway!

We have stayed in many homes in the area and this by far was one of the best. Decent location. The house is beautiful and the pool was amazing. We had everything we needed. Perfect place for a girl’s trip!

Great house, great location.

My husband & I come down for the Roy Hobbs World Series, with 30ish of our friends. We’ve been down 9 times together and always stay in a home. We really appreciated all of the amenities that this house had to offer and the starter packs from the management company. The house was as expected from the listing, very clean, nicely decorated, everything was in good condition. We loved the pool and patio area and the fact that we could bring our pups! We would stay here again and recommend the house as well as an property managed by this management company, everything was smooth & easy, great communication.

Excellent property

We loved this house! So did our kids and our dog- very pup friendly! We were there for a baseball tournament and My husband & I, a fellow team Mom- our two boys and their teammate loved the house & it was a quick 10 minute walk to the beach. The house was very clean and newly decorated. The kitchen was well stocked.

Very relaxing and well thought out vacation home.

This house had all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. Pool was great and the outdoor area very relaxing and spacious. Had a few questions prior to arrival and was given a timely response. Easy check in/out process. Rooms are great for a family of 4 with plenty of room for 2 more. Beds are comfortable and decor was welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Restful retreat and easy access

Good location, great kitchen, super clean

We stayed at this property for 4 nights in July 2022 with 7 adults and an 8 year old. We are a close family so the house was a good size for everyone. The outdoor space allows for you to spread out as well as the pullout couch allowed for ample sleeping arrangements. 2 of us are very early risers, so it was easy be on the pullout and not disturb the others in the rooms. I will say the house is a little farther from the beach than I expected, not terrible, but definitely a 10 minute walk pulling the wagon with all our beach goodies. The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of room in the fridge and lots of counter space, we actually only ate out 1 night while we were there. The grill was a little on the worn side and only 1 burner would work, so that made for a long afternoon of cooking on it, I did email the property management and they assured it would be fixed for the next guest (we had no more plans of using it during our stay). I have to commend the cleaning crew, as the house was spotless upon arrival. We had our little pug with us and the tile floors were great for her to cool off on! All in all, I would stay here again, everything was top notch and the professionalism of the management company was outstanding. Highly recommend!

Great Location!

This property fit our needs perfectly! Beautifully decorated, very well-stocked kitchen, immaculately clean. We loved walking to the beach and ice cream shop. Very quiet, convenient location.
