Questa popolare e comoda unità al piano terra offre tutti i comfort per il vostro soggiorno rilassante e indimenticabile nella bellissima isola di Sanibel. Amerai assolutamente questa spaziosa unità che include una veranda riparata e vista sul cortile. L'intera unità è decorata in stile costiero con colori freschi e freschi di Sanibel e opere d'arte locali. Ci sono mobili aggiornati in tutta l'unità e ventilatori a soffitto e televisori in ogni stanza per migliorare il vostro comfort. C'è una bella pavimentazione in piastrelle in tutta l'unità, con moquette nelle tre camere da letto e grandi armadi walk-in. E goditi l'accesso wireless gratuito e protetto ovunque.

La zona giorno luminosa e soleggiata è grande e comprende una nuova TV / DVD a schermo piatto, stereo con lettore CD, comodi posti a sedere, tavolino da caffè di grandi dimensioni, un divanetto e un divano letto estraibile. La sala da pranzo aperta può ospitare sei persone e il grande armadio comprende giochi, puzzle, libri e DVD per tutte le età. Un lanai privato, schermato dalla zona giorno offre comodi posti a sedere all'aperto e ha accesso diretto al parcheggio C108 - a pochi passi! I campi da tennis sono a pochi passi di distanza, la piscina è ancora più vicina e la breve passeggiata per la bellissima e incontaminata Bowman's Beach ti condurrà a un bayou naturale pieno di avvistamenti di animali selvatici - lamantino, falco pescatore, cicogna di legno, aironi blu e verdi, egrette innevate, ecc.

La nostra cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutti i comfort e ha un comodo banco di servizio con sgabelli da bar, elettrodomestici aggiornati e molti extra come un tostapane, un forno a microonde e un frullatore. La comoda lavatrice e asciugatrice si trovano proprio fuori dalla cucina.

La grande camera da letto principale offre un comodo letto king-size, TV, mobili a tema tropicale e una cabina armadio. La seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, TV e una cabina armadio molto grande. La terza camera ha un letto matrimoniale, TV e armadio. Il grande armadio corridoio ripone comodamente sedie a sdraio e ombrelloni, giocattoli di sabbia, piccole tavole da surf, dispositivi di raffreddamento, reti sgusciate e ferro e asse da stiro. Gli asciugacapelli sono forniti in entrambi i bagni. L'adiacente armadio della biancheria ospita asciugamani da spiaggia, asciugamani da bagno aggiuntivi e biancheria da letto supplementare.

La splendida proprietà di Blind Pass offre paesaggi lussureggianti, una grande piscina, griglie a gas Weber, due campi da tennis di dimensioni professionali, kayak / canoe e racchette da tennis gratuiti. Siamo situati molto vicino allo straordinario Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge e i ristoranti e le attività dell'isola sono a pochi minuti di distanza. Amiamo condividere questa isola con gli altri. Great condo

Great condo. Decorated nicely. Had tennis courts and also kayaks to borrow which was nice. Beds were ok. Lots of towels and beach towels. Ample kitchen supplies. There were a lot of beach items available for our use- such as a beach cart and some floats, a canopy, beach chairs and floats. Only issue we had was that the washing machine did not wash very well and did not spin all the water out so drying the clothes took several attempts. We called the after hours number and left a message with the answering service and no one ever got back to us. Several days later I stopped in at the office and they quickly sent someone over to take a look but they never acknowledged that we had ever called before to report this. A guy came and said he did a reset and diagnostics and all was good. Worked the same as before so we gave up on getting it fixed. Also it is quite a distance from the beach. We were in C108 which was close to the pool and it was about a half mile to the beach. Someone who is disabled would probably not be able to make the trek to the beach without a golf cart ride so I think this should be in the listing somehow so people are aware. Also there is no bathroom on Bowman’s beach. The pool was very nice. Parking is not that great. A bit of a distance from our unit and the guest parking (we had to use as well because there were 6 adults in our group) was even further away.

Great location and space

The condo was very spacious for 4 adults and 1 child. It wasn’t very clean though (floors not vacuumed, food stuck on utensils). It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The pool and gas grills were nice.

Great Getaway

Property was clean and had all necessary items for a relaxing week at the beach. Walk to the beach was a nice little workout but very enjoyable. Especially appreciated the stocked closet of beach items.

Wonderful Vacation

Clean, spacious condo. Had everything you needed from beach towels and toys to baking pans and roll away beds. Also lends out kayaks and canoes for a trip down the bayou. We had a great stay!

Nice Stay on Sanibel Island

The complex is a little confusing. You will have one covered parking spot but it will not necessarily be right in front of your unit. Ours was in front of the building beside ours. The buildings are marked with letters. You will need to walk between the buildings and enter the U shaped “courtyard” of your building to find your unit. Once you do the door is opened by a code which is nice because you don’t have to worry about keeping a key at the pool or beach . The downside is you have to walk all the way around the building to get in your unit. It would be nice to have a lock on the back door that leads directly to the parking area that could be used once you are checked in. We were in unit C108. The unit is exactly like the pictures. It is beautifully decorated and very well appointed! It is very large. We had 6 adults and two children and had plenty of room. There are TVs in each bedroom. There are even two twin size roll a way cots for use. The owner has thought of everything -a closet full of anything you could ever use at the beach including a wagon with large wheels, chairs, tent, and toys (we left some toys and a boogie board to add to the collection), a box full of shells for crafting and a ton of games for family night and several books! The beds are very firm. If you are use to a soft bed or a pillow top style bed you may want to bring a mattress topper. The complex offers kayaks which we did not take advantage of. There is also a tennis court. Plenty of gas grills were also available. The beach was beautiful and wasn’t crowded. There are lots of shells to be had and the complex has a table with a sink to clean the shells. The reason I gave 4 * rating is due to the distance you must walk to get to the beach. From this unit you have to walk around the pool, by the grills and tennis court before opening a gate that leads to a bridge crossing a body of water. Then you walk on a short path through the the woods and then a path across the dunes before reaching the beach. It is a long walk that I was not expecting. The other drawback are the mosquitoes. If you don’t wear bug spray, especially at night you will be miserable . These things aren’t really things that can be helped by the condo owners but I wanted to put it in so others would know. We enjoyed our stay very much. If you are thinking of staying on Sanibel and don’t mind the walk to the beach I would highly recommend Blind Pass C108!

Absolutely Wonderful!

The best location and very comfortable for all! Spacious, well appointed (just need to get some bowls in the cupboards please) and everyone was extremely pleased. Very easy access to pool, beach, and local places. Hoping to book this unit again!

Perfect Location

We were assigned a different unit (B203) the morning of our arrival day, so did not stay in this specific unit. Ours had filthy stained carpet so gave the whole place a grungy feel, but everything else was basically clean. Kitchen utensils were very disorganized. The grounds on the other hand were immaculate!!! Pool was amazing, walk to beach was a bit long but oh so beautiful, tennis courts looked great and the grilling station was awesome! Private location compared to the rest the of the islands. Definitely would stay here again.

Gem of a property for the price

Property was located near the community pool and a short walk to the beach. Rooms were exactly what was advertised. Kitchen well equipped. Our late arrival in the dark only hang up and the lock may need to be replaced. Loved having the beach chairs, cooler and cart. Make sure you stop for groceries before you drive to the island. Blind Pass was great find and hope to return.

Great 3 bedroom at Blind Pass Condos

Great experience. Great pool area and available activities. Bowmans Beach right there. The place had everything and at the quieter side of Sanibel. BUT... renting bikes you have to travel about 5 miles FIRST to get to the more populated areas with restaurants and shopping. Don’t let THAT comment stop you from enjoying the ride!!
