Questa casa luminosa e bella in stile costiero ha tutto il necessario per una vacanza all'insegna del divertimento! Con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni, la disposizione suddivisa offre privacy tra la suite principale e 2 camere per gli ospiti. La casa ospiterà facilmente famiglie, coppie o single che viaggiano insieme.

Un enorme vantaggio di questa casa è la veranda chiusa appena fuori dal lanai con grande TV e 2 posti a sedere. Ci sono 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. La master suite dispone di un letto king size, TV, ampio armadio e bagno. Le 2 camere per gli ospiti, situate sul lato opposto della casa rispetto al master, hanno un letto matrimoniale in uno e due letti singoli nell'altro con un bagno in mezzo. Ci sono televisori in ogni stanza. C'è anche la possibilità di dormire altre 2 persone su un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno.

Questa è veramente una casa, non solo una casa vacanza, arredata con tutti i comfort necessari per una vacanza rilassante: lenzuola, asciugamani, teli mare, sapone da bucato, sapone da bagno, detersivo per piatti, biciclette, kayak, canne da pesca, refrigeratore, grill a gas, ecc., ecc., questa è una casa lontano da casa - basta portare il costume da bagno!

Mentre c'è molto da fare proprio in questa casa vacanza, una volta usciti dal quartiere, sei vicino a molte spiagge, un parco acquatico, negozi e ristoranti. La Ford Edison Estate and Historical Museum è un must. Per gli appassionati di baseball, i campi di allenamento invernali dei Boston Red Sox e Minnesota Twins sono a soli 20 minuti di distanza. I parchi Disney sono circa 3 ore di distanza.

Per i diportisti, la casa è a soli 5 minuti dall'acqua aperta del fiume Calusahatchee, che porta al Golfo del Messico.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your lovely home. The house was neat and clean and very spacious. The sunroom was so inviting and the perfect spot for an afternoon nap! The area was very nice with many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. It was close to walking trails and golf. We had no issues with the house whatsoever, and all instructions were clear. We look forward to revisiting! Thank you!!

Awesome vacation place!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was fully equipped and clean! The only problem was the lock box!! We are of shorter stature and couldn’t see the directions on closing box!! Any questions were answered by Sue.

Very comfortable house

House was in a good location (easy access to lots of shops/restaurants) and in a nice neighborhood. There are lots of different sitting areas which was nice since we were at 5 adults. We sat on the patio overlooking the pool and canal most of the time.

Gemütliches Haus in schöner Kanallage

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider hatten wir am ersten Abend Probleme mit dem Licht, welche aber zügig am nächsten Morgen behoben wurden. Danke an Steve. Das Haus ist schon etwas älter,was man an den Betten und dem 2. Bad( alte Dusche in einer Badewanne) merkt, jedoch punktet es mit einem sehr schönen verglasten Raum zum Pool hin. Das Haus ist für sein Alter gut gepflegt und ansprechend eingerichtet.Die Küchenausstattung ist gut.Zwei Kajaks stehen zur Verfügung, wovon eines einen defekten Sitz hat. Das ist in vorherigen Rezensionen bereits erwaähnt worden. Die Betreuung durch Steve und Sue bezüglcih einschecken und Tipps für Unternehmungen ist wirklich sehr gut. Abschließend kann man sagen, dass das Haus vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut in Ordnung ist. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche.

Authentic Florida style...

... in a polarizing house in a prime location in Cape Coral. Overall, we had just enough of a pleasant stay. The house is spacious, clean at first glance and equipped with many necessities. Unfortunately, much of it was limited and needed to be cleaned or repaired before use. We had a lot of contact with the property manager in the first few days. Steve took care of some problems, repaired lamps and arranged for a new coffee machine and dishwasher. He even surprised us with a present for our wedding anniversary. The cleaning equipment available was unusable or inappropriate (unpleasant finding the vacuum cleaner filled with generations of dirt). It is also unfortunate that the photos in the advertisement do not reflect the actual furnishings, which led to surprises that were not positive. The outside area is poorly maintained with clear risks of injury and problems such as taped up or broken light switches. Old furniture accumulates in the garage, the beach chairs there are broken and unusable. Comfort ratings are often subjective, but here they agree with other reviews: the upholstered furniture and beds are worn. The house weathered Hurricane Milton well, but the repaired screen continues to provide inadequate protection from mosquitoes. After meeting the owner, we felt our concerns were confirmed. Would we recommend the house? Yes, because of the location, but not because of the condition. With Steve's help, we left the house in a better condition than we had found it.

Great location for boating

Very clean property. Property was equipped with everything we needed for cooking and cleaning. Boating was a breeze getting out of the canal and onto the river to the gulf. Neighborhood was really nice. Have no complaints

Perfect, especially for a familiy!

We‘ve been here for about two weeks and had a very good time. The house is great, very clean and the pool was a ton of fun. During our stay we missed nothing and we are looking forward to the next holiday in Cape Coral.

Good - Not Great

Stayed January 2024. Location was convenient, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to a couple of parks, grocery, restaurants, and convenient to Ft Myers (but traffic can be very bad in Cape Coral) The layout of the interior was good with the master bedroom at the opposite end from the other two bedrooms (Master bedroom mattress needs upgrading as it had some deep depressions which comes from uneven wear). We spent most of our time in the Florida Room and enclosed lanai which overlooked the canal and offered a great place for morning coffee. The furniture in the Florida Room needs updating/replacement as the support /cushions are very worn and sink down when setting on the sofas. Was lacking cushions for the two lounge chairs by the pool, but owners purchased and brought to us once we made them aware (also brought us an electric can opener which we needed). The washer required maintenance due to the spin cycle not functioning. Service was rendered but did not correct the issue - spin cycle worked sometimes / sometimes it did not. Dryer worked fine. The refrigerator needed a new water filter as the ice maker / filtered water supply did not function. Appliance serviceman said he would check with management about repairing, but was not repaired while we were there (we purchased ice trays to make ice). The exterior concrete walkways and dock area need to be power washed. Owners seemed eager to make our stay enjoyable and easy to work with.
