Immaculate and beautifully appointed upstairs coach house unit in the highly sought after Verandah gated community. Decorated with a West Indies flair you will quickly be transported to the pace of the tropics. The lanai has a wonderful view of the 5th hole (par 5) and the most amazing sunsets.
The master suite has a California King mattress for the most luxurious sleep. It is conveniently separated from the other 2 bedrooms which form their own suite at the front of the unit. All bedding, linens and towels are included. The kitchen is fully outfitted with coffee maker, toaster, blender, grill, slow cooker, all the kitchen gadgets you will need. There are 3 TVs; two of them are Smart TVs to access Netflix etc. with your own subscription. It also includes Wifi and basic cable. The one car garage has a bbq, and various toys (fishing poles, noodles, beach chairs and beach toys). There are 4 bikes for you to ride along Verandahs network of 9 miles of bike trails. There is also room to park one more vehicle in the driveway. You will have access to the neighborhood pool, fitness center and community room. Full Verandah social membership (including access to the community pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, bocce ball, fitness center and kayaks) is available for a minimal transfer fee.
There are shops and restaurants nearby and historic downtown Fort Myers is only a 15 minute drive.
