Great value.

Updated, clean & convenient to beaches (7 miles to Ft. Meyers Beach) or other areas. Bed/matress very uncomfortable-very firm. Had nearly everything two people needed.

Beautiful place!

This is a an apartment in a separate structure on the owner's property. It is very nicely updated and very comfortable. It is centrally located and access is easy. The owner was very responsive and communicative during our stay. We would rent from him again.

EXCELLENT

Extremely clean. Very quiet, private and comfortable. No windows that you can see out of except if standing you can see out living room windows that overlook driveway. No place to sit outside. 8' privacy fence around everything. Couldn't find a way to enter until we saw the latch on gate. We come from an area that does not have privacy fences so that was a new experience Otherwise it was very nice and clean. Would stay there again.

Perfect Place

This was the perfect place for me and my boyfriend to get away for the night. Awesome lay out. The only issue was that the shower was hooked up to the well water so taking a showed stunk up almost the whole place. It wasnt too bothersome being me and my boyfriend have dealt with well water before. Other than that this was overall the perfect place!

Florida for the winter

We've been on our annual Winter Getaway. This was one of 5 places we stayed. They had nicer "amenities" than any - eg. better soaps, shampoos, skin cares, washing detergents etc. We were centrally located to everything we wanted to visit. Our few compaints would be the mattress had a plastic protector - I understand the reason but, we would wake in the middle of the night with sweaty backs. The 2 large TVs were hooked up so you had to watch the same channel on both TVs. I hate those low water use toilets. The coffee maker was a Keurig style which was of no use to our coffee and filter supplies. These are petty things but seemed important at the time. We were in the owners side yard, we felt safe and were comfortable.
