Benvenuti a Villa Thalassa! Goditi il tuo caffè mattutino a bordo piscina e goditi la giornata in piscina / spa. Suedlage in modo che abbiano il sole Pur. Grande terrazza, 2 kayak (con cauzione separata), 2 biciclette, tavolo da ping pong o noleggiare una barca e fuori entro 80 sec. Avrai sicuramente una fantastica vacanza come tanti dei nostri ospiti. TV via cavo nel soggiorno e W-Lan gratuito. La spiaggia di sabbia bianca a Cape Coral con parco giochi e ristorante è raggiungibile in circa 7 minuti. in macchina. Altre spiagge bianche in circa 20 minuti. in macchina. Non vediamo l'ora di visitare Villa Thalassa!

Perfect home for family of 4

We came down here to play in a travel baseball tournament with my 15 year old son. We needed to be able to eat breakfast and make lunches to be at a ball field. The pool gave us the ability to cool off the laundry was key. The home was spacious enough forMy family of 4. I wish there was more than 1 TV and having only 1 key to the house caused someIssues for us as we all needed to leave and return together. We didn’t use the kayaks as there was no rope to tie them up on the dock so I wasn’t sure how we would get in and out of them without assistance. Over all it was everything that we needed and it was perfect.. thank you!

Tolles Haus

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in dem tollen Haus. Wir waren mit drei Erwachsenen und drei Kindern dort. Tolles Domizil. Sehr sauber und gepflegt.Die Umgebung ist schön und ruhig. Perfekt zur Erholung geeignet.Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Great location, home is as described

This home has all of your needs covered! Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The 2 beach chairs came in handy for lazy days on the beach. Very clean! We really enjoyed our time in the lanai, and the pool/jacuzzi were a nice bonus. Great communication with the host, nice binder with all the information for your stay. We chose this home for its central location to all of the shelling beaches we wanted to go to. The beds were comfortable. Would stay here again and again! host

Wonderful House Great Experience

Not one complaint about the property or my experience with the property manager. Would definitely stay at this home again. It was clean, well furnished and had everything you need. Enjoyed the long weekend we spent at the house.

The View!

This VRBO did not disappoint! When you walk through the front door the view comes through the 3 sliding glass doors, out to the pool area and beyond to the canal. We swam days and night, fished in the canal, played ping pong, hosted dinner, went seashell searching at Sanibel Island, and enjoyed relaxing. This was our first, but not last, time staying at this VRBO. It was clean, comfortable and our host was very accommodating. We highly recommend this stay!

Good location and nice setup. Very disappointed to see a lot of little bugs in one of the bedrooms. Floors should have been cleaned before our arrival. A second television would have been nice. Remote for hot tub did not work. Light in living room ceiling fan did not work.

Stay for the Pool!

The pool/outdoor living space makes this an awesome spot to stay! Right on the canal, too. We loved having the pool and hot tub to ourselves. The location is very good with easy access to all Fort Myers and Cape Coral have to offer, which is a lot! If you're looking for a super updated space, or to spend a lot of time in bed, this probably isn't it, but if you're looking for a place to enjoy a pool and outdoor areas, this is a great option!

Schön, aber Potential noch nicht ausgereizt. Trotzdem Buchungsempfehlung.

Es ist ein kleineres Haus älterer Bauart, was durchaus seinen Charme hat. Sehr gute Lage - alles schnell zu erreichen und trotzdem ruhig. Nette Wohngegend. Buchungsabwicklung absolut problemlos und seriös. Das Highlight ist der tolle Poolbereich! Die Einrichtung ist teilweise leider schon ziemlich abgewohnt und sollte in größerem Umfang ersetzt werden (Master-Bad, Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Türen Einbauschränke ...). Insgesamt ist die Ausstattung nicht mehr ganz auf einem aktuellen Stand (z.B. gibt es lediglich 1 Fernseher - was uns nicht gestört hat, in allen anderen Ferienhäusern hatten wir bisher aber mindestens 3 Geräte). Auch der Außenbereich benötigt ein wenig Instandsetzung, was aber durchaus noch mit den Nachwehen von Ian zu tun haben kann. Der Screen war in einem guten Zustand. Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt zufriedenstellend - außer in der Küche und im Bad. Der Reinigung sollte deutlich mehr Aufmerksamkeit gewidmet werden. Die gesamte Anmietung war recht anonym. Das war für uns als Florida-Erfahrene total in Ordnung, für Neulinge könnte das aber etwas schwierig sein, da es keine Einweisung/Ratschläge/Kontaktaufnahme durch die Agentur gab. Die Info-Mappen waren zum Teil auf einem jahrzehntealten Stand - wen beispielsweise noch die Telefonnummer von LTU interessiert, der wird hier fündig ;-). Bei der Betreuung ist also Luft nach oben. Man hätte sich aber sicherlich jederzeit mit seinen Anliegen an die Agentur wenden können. Fazit: Schöner Urlaub mit kleineren Abstrichen

Great for renting a boat and boating the River and Gulf

It was a great place to rent! We didn't see Kayaks they stated but we rented a boat and that was great! The pool is great and the location. We were happy they had some simple items like salt and pepper and coffee filters! They need to order better pillows for the beds. The pillows were so thin we had to bunch up clothes so only thing is bring your own pillows! Thanks for a great time!

Key Lock Box

We arrived and could not open the lock box for the key. Attempted to contact property manager with no response. After an hour I reached out to the VRBO customer support line. They were extremely helpful. They also attempted to reach out to the property manager and were unsuccessful. The team was able to provide us with a hotel room for the evening. The next morning I received a message from the property manager apologizing for the experience. The cleaner did not change the lock box code. The reason the property manager did not respond right away was because they were on a flight out of the country. The manager shared with me another code. Drove back to the house and was able to get in. During the day, and late afternoon, we noticed an occasional German Roach which is understandable because it is Florida, however later in the evening we noticed them in the cabinets and dishwasher. We are not talking about just a couple more like 20+. My wife woke up at 2am, walked out to the kitchen, turned the light on and 20+ scattered. She smashed quite a few. I have pictures. In the morning I reached out to the property manager, who did respond quickly and they scheduled an exterminator to spray. This did end up taking care of the issue. Overall, not a great experience. Especially after 20 hours of driving with a 12, 10, and 3 year old. I have used VRBO for 6+ years and never had an issue. This was disappointing. I did do my research and look over reviews. I believe I am thorough. I am a humble person and realize that people make mistakes and things happen. However, my business experience does tell me that you get one chance to impress the buyer. Hopefully, all parties can learn from this experience and be better. Thank you.
