Pool/spa and outside area was great! Host was very responsive/helpful. This is the smallest house we’ve ever rented, but they’ve done a great job of using all of the space, transforming the garage into a bunk room and adding an outside bathroom! It was everything we needed!

We had an absolute blast at this home! We stayed here with our three daughters and it was exactly the recharge we needed. We spent most of our time swimming and soaking up the beautiful Cape Coral weather. The location was perfect for day trips—we loved seeing the manatees at the local park and spent a gorgeous day at Lovers Key. If you’re looking for a comfortable, fun family home, this is it!

Host was very responsive. The house was smaller than anticipated as pictures made seem larger. Some inconveniences such as one bedroom didn’t have tv, another had a tv but not hooked up to anything so was unusable, outdoor furniture was moldy and worn. The mattress in the largest bedroom needs to be updated as there are indents on each side with a hump in the middle. The bedroom with all the bunkbeds is small and doesn’t have any space for the suitcases for those staying in that room. Luckily for us we have one kid in each bunkbed so they slept on the top and put their suitcases on the bottom bunks. The front door needs to be pushed on from the outside when locking the door to leave as the slot for the deadbolt doesn’t align when not pulled on. This means when looking the door at night from inside you have to pull the handle to lock the door and align the bolt and slot. The kitchen materials could be updated; example the pans for cooking were all peeling and coming off into the food that was being cooked. There were also left over open condiments in the refrigerator and left over items in BRs, personally I don’t want to have other peoples leftover items however this could just be personal preference. The ice machine in the freezer was not hooked up and was located on top of the refrigerator. House was in a decent neighborhood, convenient to restaurants and beaches. Plenty of blankets and pillows. Kids enjoyed the pool however was smaller than anticipated based on pictures.

The outdoor space was absolutely phenomenal - we spent the majority of our time out there! There were plenty of linens, including beach towels and extra pillows and blankets. The house was clean and there was a good variety of dishes and cooking utensils. Host was readily available and pleasant

We were able to get some much needed sun and relaxation. Live in Ohio and has been a long winter. Lots of sun to relax by pool and cool nights to enjoy hot tube. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Host, Patrick Beebe was more than accommodating. He would respond to a question within minutes. Pool and Hot Tub were top notch! Grounds and pool were maintained extremely well.

Very Beautiful vacation home

We had great stay in this home! Everything in the home was very accessible. Everything was on list is correct! Only a few Very "Minor" things rug in master bedroom was sticking up as a minor trip hazard. Also the fridge may need a minor touch on setting geeting just let too cool, froze a few foods, didnt realized it till the end. Again this is a great home! And if we need a place again we would come back! Just may need a time to save back up. Thanks again!

Just what we needed

Cute house and good for entertaining. It was just my hubby and i and our 4 yo. The two large bedrooms were nice but the bunk room was a retrofitted garage and not somewhere I would have felt comfortable having children stay in. Pool and hot tub were great. Outside shower did not work but didn't call owner because it wasn't a big deal for us. Only one inside bathroom that needs updated. I felt it was clean and Im usually pretty picky. If we are ever in cape coral, would stay again. Thank you

Canadians came to visit

Our stay was amazing. We were there w 7 adults and 2 children. We were mostly outside around the pool and hot tub. Perfect for all ages. On the rainy night we could be inside watching a movie.Loved how open it all was. The hammock, with outside furniture, and grill were wonderful!There were lots of coolers and sand toys to use for when we did venture to the beach.Thanks for the wonderful vacation!

Coming back!

We were there for a long wknd and can't wait to come back again next year. Never even used the living room as we were outside the entire time! The nicer cooking equipment was a really nice touch compared to most VRBO properties.

Too short!

The house is very nice. We were so disappointed that hurricane Milton chased us away. The pool was so inviting. We were able to enjoy the wonderful pool Saturday after we arrived and Sunday. Unfortunately we had to leave Monday morning.

Great Vacation!

My wife and I look forward to this vacation each year. This house was perfect for use. We enjoyed our private time in the pool. It was a pleasant surprise to find out this is a saltwater pool. If you have never used a saltwater pool, you are missing out. It is therapeutic. Great for your skin and hair. The kitchen is well stocked. We got a lot of use of the Weber grill. This house had everything we were looking for to be able to kick back and relax! We look forward to coming back.

House was well appointed. It was situated in a great community and everyone was really friendly. I would caution anyone that has mobility issues. The shower is a challenge getting in and out of. Other than that the stay was perfect

Summer stay

The house in Cape coral was cute but has toom for improvement. The house decor was cute amd the landscaping was well done. The only down fall is the house was not very clean and the layout of the single bathroom in the house was odd. You have to step up a strange side step to get into the tub shower and due to the height you will touch the ceiling even at 5'3. The pool and outdoor furniture was great. Overall it was a cute house just minor things when you are paying a cleaning fee.
