Benvenuti a Villa Bella Vista, la tua casa lontano da casa a Cape Coral. La casa si trova sulla fine del Canel e offre una vista mozzafiato dal lanai.

Questo 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni di casa ha una casa piano piano aperto con un sacco di spazio per rilassarsi. La cucina, la sala da pranzo e il bagno padronale sono stati recentemente ristrutturati. Anche gli elettrodomestici sono nuovi.

La casa si trova a pochi isolati da ristoranti e ristoranti presso il bellissimo porto turistico di Cape Harbour.

La casa è dotata di tutto il necessario per rilassarsi e godersi il soggiorno. Abbiamo fornito lenzuola e la cucina è fornita se si decide di cucinare. Basta portare il cibo e pianificare di sedersi e godersi la vista.

La piscina è riscaldata ma facciamo pagare $ 15. 00 al giorno per ogni giorno viene utilizzato il riscaldatore.

Beautiful house with everything you need

Peaceful Setting

Very nice property and very responsive owners. Landscaping is a positive feature. Provides seclusion around pool and lanai and beautiful framing of the canal/sunsets.

2024 Florida vacation

We had a great time,our young grandkids loved the pool. The pool guys came once a week early so it didn’t disturb anyone. Great family place to stay.

Heaven on Earth

We had a great time staying at this property, we wanted R&R and definitely got it, we loved staying around the house and also enjoyed visiting local beaches and restaurants. Hosts were wonderful and responsive. Doesn't get much better!

Great house

Setting is beautiful, house is beautiful and well appointed. The bicycles, kayaks, and pool were all great features, and we enjoyed the Bluetooth sound system. We’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a stay in Cape Coral.

Awesome Place

We enjoyed the sunsets by the pool, we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, and sitting at the edge of the dock! Nice location near grocery store and liquor store. Beautiful house!

Second time here, just as amazing

We love staying in this house. Mark and Susan are great to work with and so accommodating! We were here earlier than check in and since the house was ready they did not hesitate to let us go on in. The location is perfect and house perfect for relaxation and fun. We would highly recommend.

Great Place

The home was wonderful- great view from the screened in area by the pool. We spend most our time there with the views of the canal and the sunsets. The home was clean and communications with the hosts was fast and efficient. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great stay!

We had a great time at this beautiful home!! Loved the pool and the view!! The bed was really comfortable, and enjoyed the bbq grill as well as the whole layout of the house! The owners were very responsive to questions and info and a pleasure to deal with!!

Beautiful sunsets

This was a perfect house for our small group. The location at the end of the canal made for perfect evenings visiting in, and by, the pool to watch the beautiful sunset. Quiet neighborhood. Mark and Susan were easy to communicate with and answered back immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Spring Break Experience

My family and I came down to escape the March Ohio weather. We loved everything about his experience. We took advantage of the pool, bikes, and the kayaks. The hosts were very responsive and great to work with. I hope to come back again.

My Home Away from Home

I could not have been happier. The perfect place to relax and unwind. The home was spotless and comfortable, located in a quiet neighbourhood, just a short distance from shops. The rooms were well appointed, everything you could want or need was provided. The hosts were very responsive to any questions. They already know that I'll be back!

Loved this property!

My husband and I thought this property was exceptional. It is very pleasing from the road, and beautifully finished with high end finishes throughout. We had everything there that we would have needed, plenty of kitchen supplies, bedding, towels and furnishings in general. The pool area is beautiful and view out to the canal breathtaking! Our owners were gracious to turn on the pool heater ahead of our arrival, but we still found the water a bit chilly for comfortable pool time in February. But laying in the sun near the screened in pool made up for that as well. Overall it was a very great experience and we would stay again.

The house hasn’t been used in a while when we arrived. Found a few dead roaches on the floor when we arrived. The landscape hasn’t been taken care of for a while as trees needed to be trimmed Pool has a leak had to add water every other day The owners are very attentive and that’s why I gave them 4-5stars. I have a feeling that the hurricane in august had something to do with the issues we seen.

money wasted

This is our third time staying at the property. In the past everything was great. This time the house was 84 degrees when we walked in. The air vents were closed. The host told me by message that the previous renters must have done that. The thermostat is a NEST so the host can control it and see the temp. There was an extra boat on the dock which doesn't allow room for fishing. The host states it is a neighbor's boat but I do not believe that. The pool was down by about 6 inches and there was algae growing on the walls. That is a health hazard! The carpets are stained and filthy. There was food under the patio table. The refrigerator was turned down so far that it took overnight for our pop and water to get cold. So basically the amenities are not usable. The pool, fishing area and house location are the reason we stay at that house. VRBO states these are minor issues and are not honoring the Book with Confidence guarantee. If I am not refunded I plan on taking legal action against both parties. I spent a lot of money for this vacation and had problem after problem. This whole situation has put a lot of undue stress on me. Dirty house and false promises are not minor issues!
