Siete alla ricerca di una casa vacanza tranquilla e ammobiliata con splendida vista sul canale e accesso al Golfo, situata a SW Cape Coral?
L'hai trovato - benvenuto nel "Lazy Pelican"!
Troverai un posto perfetto, recentemente rinnovato e attrezzato, situato in un incrocio di canali di acqua salata e vicino alla spiaggia e alla Marina di Cape Coral e a molti ristoranti e bar sopra e intorno a Cape Coral Parkway - questa casa ha tutto da godere vita sotto il sole della Florida.
Un sacco di spazio con 3 camere da letto (due delle quali con letti king-size), 2 bagni e pianta divisa con generose zone soggiorno e pranzo rendono la tua vacanza quasi inutile, con tutti i comfort che hai a casa tua, ma con il grande vantaggio del sole della Florida.
Nella Family Room troverai un nuovissimo TV LED 4K da 55 'per il tuo divertimento. Master e la seconda camera ha letti king size e TV LCD. La terza camera da letto è una camera doppia.
La cucina completamente attrezzata ha elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in granito e un angolo per la colazione.
La grande area piscina vi accoglie con una grande piscina riscaldata elettrica, bei lettini, poltrone adirondeck e una grande griglia a gas per fare grandi bistecche.
Il cortile recintato comprende una varietà di palme, arance e avocado. Ci sono anche un molo e un noleggio barche può essere organizzato e consegnato dockside.
Per comodità, ci sono numerosi ristoranti e negozi vicino alla casa. Così come la piccola ma bella e adatta alle famiglie spiaggia di Cape Coral.

Ferien Cape Coral

Bei unserer Ankunft im Haus waren wir leider sehr enttäuscht, da wir es nicht sauber vorgefunden haben. Der Bereich um den Pool war schmutzig, der Boden draussen war schwarz, und der Grill war ebenfalls in einem schlechten Zustand. Das Haus selbst ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Zudem lagen draussen überall tote Insekten herum, was den ersten Eindruck noch verschlechterte.Als der Property Manager Sigi uns bei der Ankunft fragte, ob wir zufrieden seien, haben wir direkt unsere Unzufriedenheit bezüglich der mangelnden Sauberkeit und des Zustands des Grills geäussert. Leider schien ihn das nicht wirklich zu interessieren. Statt darauf einzugehen, wechselte er das Thema und meinte, dass der Standard in Amerika nicht so hoch sei wie in Europa und die Putzfrau vor etwa zwei Wochen da gewesen sei. Diese Reaktion fanden wir sehr enttäuschend, vor allem, da wir das Haus aufgrund der vielen guten Bewertungen ausgewählt hatten.Um uns einigermassen wohlzufühlen, mussten wir bei unserer Ankunft selbst anpacken: Wir haben den Boden draussen geputzt, den Grill gereinigt und unsere Frauen haben drinnen alles abgestaubt. Entweder sind wir wirklich zu anspruchsvoll, oder der Hygienestandard vor Ort ist tatsächlich so niedrig.Abgesehen davon war die Gegend wirklich fantastisch, und der Austausch mit den Eigentümern im Vorfeld war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Umso bedauerlicher ist es, dass der Property Manager seine Aufgabe offenbar nicht ernst nimmt.

Excellent property

Home was in good repair & excellent condition, except for the pool lining surface which is flaking/eroding away; my only problems were as follows: The closed caption does not work on the TV, although I had the settings on the TV set to closed caption; looking on the internet, the problem seems to be with the internet/cable tv supplier; the second was the couch/sofa which might have been the most uncomfortable I ever experienced when watching TV; they are in excellent condition but most uncomfortable. Two lights on the lanai and the pool light are burned out; I mentioned this to the property manager, which he agreed to; he said the pool light has been burned out for 10 years. Other than that, excellent; location is great.

Nice Stay at Lazy Pelican

The Star of this Property is the “Lanai/Pool” that faces East and you can watch the Sunrise w Coffee every morning. The Dock & Deck on the Canal was also very nice and could fish or just sit and watch the Wildlife in the Area. A very nice Pool that gets shade from the Sun in the mid to late Afternoon. Property is on a Main Street but was mostly quiet at night and overall the house is nice and we got lucky w the weather. If you stay at this property you may want to stop at Dollar Store as we had to purchase extra TP, Paper Towels, Bar Soap, Shampoo, spices for cooking. Overall we would certainly consider this property to stay in the Future.

Great place to stay in Cape Coral!

great shape. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you’d need to cook and grill. The grocery store is .5 miles from the house with lots of great restaurants nearby. We used the home as a great base for day trips and enjoyed the room to spread out and recover from the Florida heat. The swimming pool was a great bonus for lazy afternoons at home. We would love to visit again.

A Little Piece of Heaven!!

We had an absolutely lovely and restful time at the Lazy Pelican!!! Everything was exactly as stated on the listing. The decor was beachy and furniture very comfy!!! Location was perfect and central to everything!!! Great restaurants, beaches, and day trip options!!! Had a wonderful time on Sanibel Island!! Glad to see the continued recovery from the hurricane!! Will look forward to returning in the future!!!

Amazing location

We loved the location, situated on the canal. Screened in lanai to enjoy peaceful evenings and sunsets. Quiet, clean, cozy home. We enjoyed the Cape Coral area.

Great experience.

Location was wonderful. We were close to restaurants and shopping as well as having a short easy drive to Ft. Myers to visit friends. We had 3 additional family members stay with us for a 4 day weekend and they were easily accommodated.

Wonderful Canal Front Home.

Great home with a pool on intersecting canals. Check in was perfect and easy. The owners and the property manager were great to work with and I was even able to check in a day early when my schedule changed. House has everything you need and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. The grill outside was also a bonus. I was gone a lot during the day but enjoyed sitting by the pool at night and doing some fishing on the dock. I caught some very large fish right next to the dock. The view was great and it was very quiet outside. Thanks again for the great stay. It was a great home for me to explore the Cape Coral Area Michael

This is a nice VRBO property

This property was well equipped and furnished. We never saw the manager when we arrived or when we left, despite what the instructions said in the literature at the house. We were a little worried about the rules regarding electricity use, so we took a photo of the electric meter on arrival and departure. The house had not been cleaned when we arrived, but a call to the manager took care of that and it was completed while we went to dinner. It was nice to have access to half of the garage for the car. The kitchen was very well equipped compared to the many VRBO's we stayed at, and there were plenty of towels, etc. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Pelican Paradise

This was the perfect house for a one month stay. The location was great. Very close to the best part of town - best restaurants/farmer's markets, and the bridge to Ft Myers and Sanibel Island. The house was sparkling clean and had every possible amenity you could want. We loved sitting by the pool in the morning and watching the sun rise over the beautiful canal. We are big bike riders and the house is close to many bike paths, and we loved all the burrowing owl nests close by. The house is beautifully decorated and Hartmut and Sandra were so easy to work with and very flexible (we had to change our dates twice). We stayed here while we were rebuilding our own home on Sanibel Island that was decimated by Ian, and it was such a pleasure to come back to this comfortable house at the end of each day. We didn't get to use the pool as we were too busy, but it was heated and sparkling clean and looks out over the canal. Thank you Hartmut and Sandra (and Siggy) for a perfect stay.

Lazy Pelican retreat

This was a Great house in a very convenient, yet quiet location. The house was spotless and check-in could not have been easier. We made an afternoon trip to Sanibel and Captiva, which was also beautiful! We would definitely stay there again!

Paradise Awaits

Upon entering the Lazy Pelican you can feel the cleanliness of the home. The house and property were exactly as described. The pool was amazing, especially because you can swim with a view of the intersecting canals. We stayed for 5 days and we did NOT want to come back home. Relaxation, rest, and rejuvenation. Great location.
