“Hotel is very nice, it was our 3rd time visiting, however, we requested a low floor through Expedia, which they couldn’t accommodate, very disappointing, went several times to move to a lower floor, without success. We had entertainment daily in the past, not this year, very limited. There was extreme banging from construction next door, which all of the guests were upset by, understandably, out of control by the hotel, wish an ordinance would have limited that, with a resort right next door....
