“This was the first time I’ve had to immediately leave a hotel upon arrival. The room was not cleaned, had no sheets on the bed, hair and pests throughout, and a shower window that appeared to expose the entire bathroom to the courtyard. The AC barely worked and there was no way to reach a live person for help despite multiple attempts — only automated responses until the next morning. “Location to the beach is top notch. We have stayed at this property 4 times now. It’s quiet and well taken care of. Would likely return in the future. Also proximity to the state park is another plus. Beautiful state park, kayaking, paddle boarding, surfing, swimming etc. All in all a nice place to stay if you like quiet beaches and water activities. ”

“The room was in great condition. Everything was clean. The beds a bit on the softer side, but comfortable. There was no top sheet. AC worked well. Outside of the unit was fine. The table and chairs are rusty and did not seem safe to sit on though. There was a cute seating area with a firepit, lounge chairs & a hammock. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Check in was easy as well. We needed the WiFi, and the host responded very quickly to our communication. Overall a great stay. ”
