Entra in questa splendida casa sulla spiaggia con un maestro al primo piano, bagno completo e bar. Procedendo verso il piano principale vasto spazio abitativo, sei circondato da una cucina gourmet con acciaio inossidabile e granito, una grande camera familiare, una sala da pranzo e un bagno completo. Questo livello ha una veranda sul retro che conduce alla piscina privata, zona pranzo all'aperto, cabina con angolo cottura e fantastica amaca.
La casa è dotata di Wifi gratuito.

Dalla zona giorno principale del secondo piano, una rampa di scale porta alla seconda suite principale con bagno privato, vasca idromassaggio e balcone; così come, una camera da letto matrimoniale e una camera a castello con un bagno completo in comune. La camera a castello è composta da due letti a castello ciascuna con due trundles estraibili.

Le scale a chiocciola ti portano sulla Queen Suite al quarto piano con angolo cottura e bagno completo. Le viste panoramiche dalle finestre dal pavimento al soffitto sono stupefacenti sia sul terrazzo al quarto piano o nella seconda zona giorno. Questa zona giorno comprende anche un divano letto.

The kitchen was supplied with everything we could possibly need or want. I was charged for a heated pool, and called and called for heat in the pool. It was great the first night and next day. The heater reflected 68 degrees, after, and we could not use the pool the remaining days. Maintenance blamed it on the weather, but I am requesting a refund for the five unused days! We also had trouble with the water heater. Wouldn’t recommend.

This was a wonderful property! Exactly as described and the management company was very communicative! Distance to beach was excellent and having the extra refrigerator, dishwasher and sink plus an ice machine was a definite plus! Would absolutely rent again!

Wouldn’t say luxury but it’s nice

Place is clean, house is ample and bed was comfortable. Full kitchen and spaces as advertised for the most part. Only reason I gave 4/5 stars is beach access and backyard. Closest access to beach is a few blocks but need to cross a shallow river or inlet so coolers and carts are tricky. We did not try the other one because all were private beaches and looked like reservation was needed. Little river or inlet is a cool area that kids love to hang out. Not sure how clean(2/3 families in our group got sick) or safe it was but it was cool to see a 2-3 foot wide Sting Ray going around. Luckily, nobody got hurt. Beach and seawater were awesome. Private pool is a hit but backyard needs a facelift. Only one umbrella, and grill was greasy and needs an upgrade.

Great Family space

Very spacious, great kitchen and pool. Only thing it was much further than a 3 min walk to the beach which is important to know for grandparents who are elderly… I would say 8-10min walk.

Perfect for a getaway

The house was perfect for our girls trip-short walk to the beach, close the restaurants and coffee shops, and plenty of space to hang out inside when a storm blew through. Highly recommend!

Great for Family Vacation!

We had three generations staying in the house - grandparents, kids & spouses, 4 kids under 7. Each family had a floor to themselves with grandparents on the top floor with the view! We ate most of our meals at home and the kitchen was fully loaded and accommodating. The beach was a short walk away and the six Tommy Bahama beach chairs were perfect for us. And having our own private pool was really fun. Super clean, organized and well-maintained home.

This property was so beautiful, nicely decorated, and my family and I loved staying here for our beach vacation. The management was responsive to issues, and met our needs to the best of their ability. I would definitely recommend this property!!

The perfect vacation

The home, private pool, location to the beach and town was all perfect! The home is nicely updated and clean with plenty of spaces to hang out together and sleep at night. Our whole group enjoyed everything about it.

Cousins vacation

The house was ok but not accurately described. Had no idea there was a spiral staircase. This was not noted in the description. Also there was construction that made crossing to beach more difficult. The property manager insisted that someone be admitted to measure a cracked window with only 15 minute notice and he and the so-called owner were very hostile until they suddenly had a change of heart. Don't know what that was all about. But would definitely not give them a good recommendation.

Great house

The house was fantastic. Plenty of room for everyone. So comfortable and cozy and relaxing. Kitchen was fabulous. Very well equipped and plenty of room for multiple cooks. Loved the two dishwashers. The ice maker was a big hit. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. Loved the outside pool area. Had plenty of room for all of us. Had a great tiki party. Kids loved the pool. The walk to the beach was a lot longer then we anticipated. Very hard with little one and beach carts and wagons to go up an down steps to get to the beach. Overall we had a great stay at this house.

Wow what an awesome large house

The house was great and worked out well for our group of four families. The house is well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay. There is a lot of stairs and you get a bit of a workout. I didn’t see the spiral staircase in the pictures that is up to a bedroom and sitting area with a pullout couch, that was a little tough for the family that was going to sleep in that room. We enjoyed the pool and the Tiki bar (suggestion, I would like to to have a small fridge at the tiki bar). It is definitely an easy walk to the beach and a couple locations. The large garage was definitely nice. The kitchen had two dishwashers. Thanks for allowing us to share your beautiful home, we enjoyed it?

Family Vacation 2021

The house was one of the best we have ever rented. Plenty of room for all and a kitchen that was perfect. The location to the beach was a bit deceptive….if you are by yourself not carrying anything you could make it to the beach in 3 mins otherwise with chairs umbrellas and children more like 6 mins . The house needs a few repairs but nothing outside of what you would expect from a rental . Beach Luxury Vacations was exceptional to work with!

Great family beach house

House was very clean. We liked the four levels. Staircase to top level was spiral in nature so this should be taken into consideration when deciding who will use that area. The living/kitchen/ dining floor was quite large with plenty of space for all to congregate and dine. We liked that there were no bedrooms on this floor so people could get up early or stay up late without disturbing other's sleep. Kitchen was well stocked with all cooking and dining equipment and utensils needed. The backyard private pool and surrounding deck area was great. Plenty of outdoor furniture. There was also plenty of space on deck around pool for the good size baby pool we brought and filled for two young toddlers. It was a very short walk to beach. We would definitely rent this beach house again.

Great vacation house

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had 11 people in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. It is a four story house, so there are a lot of steps. The pool area is really nice, with a grilling area with a sink and a bathroom. It is an easy walk to the beach, however, we did rent a golf cart to use when we had several beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. to take. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for all of us!

Having two dishwashers was very helpful! The extra ice maker was perfect! The washer and dryer and greatly appreciated! Linens were all nice! It would have been helpful to have a tank full of gas for the grill though, that was unfortunate to find out halfway through grilling that it went empty!

Awesome, huge house!

This was a fantastic house for four families with children (from 3 to 9yo). There was plenty of space, a great layout, *two* diswashers, and many other fantastics perks. Everyone really appreciated the outdoor shower, and I really appreciated the locking gates leading to the backyard/pool (from the exit from the house and the gate to the backyard). While there is a walk to the beach, the location at the edge of Eastern Lake and the Gulf was fantastic. We all had an amazing time. We did have a couple of critical maintenance issues upon arrival, however, they were taken care of quickly by the property manager. Overall, I think we may just come back again next year! Thank you!
