Entra in questo luminoso e arioso condominio dipinto di blu Tiffany che si affaccia sulla piscina con scorci sullo scintillante Golfo del Messico.

L'ampio balcone offre la vista e il dolce profumo dell'aria salata. È ottimo anche per il caffè o il tè del mattino e la bevanda della sera per rilassarsi. Il soggiorno aperto e la cucina e la sala da pranzo creano uno spazio divertente meraviglioso. La cucina brilla con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. La camera da letto principale è rilassante con un lussuoso letto matrimoniale che ti farà sicuramente addormentare. Anche il bagno privato è comodo. Le cuccette della hall sono nascoste in uno spazio del corridoio con un mezzo bagno nelle immediate vicinanze.

Gulf Place è un posto facile per godersi 30A. Pieno di negozi e ristoranti, un prato per eventi con noleggio di palcoscenico, biciclette e tavole e non dimentichiamo l'accesso alla spiaggia. È tutto lì in un angolo di 30A e County Highway 393. Godere!

The condo was very nice and comfortable. They do tho need to give the guests the beach and pool codes in the welcome papers. We had a wonderful stay there.

Great location

Very nicely decorated condo great for our family of four. Location was perfect and price was great! My kids loved being across the street from the beach while also having a pool to swim in. Condo is small but our young kiddos (5 & 9) fit perfectly in the bunk area at night and it the layout worked well for us. Management company sent multiple communications with information prior to arriving and while we were staying there. They were a little tough to get ahold of when we actually needed a response, but I know they were busy with all the spring break guests. Overall, I’d recommend for family or 4 or less.

Great condo! Location is perfect. Walking distance of everything. The condo was wonderful. Completely clean, adorably decorated and perfect location within Gulf Place. Close to the laundry room (which is free, by the way) and you can see the ocean from the balcony. Pool is heated - and heated well! No other pools in the area were heated like this one in December. There were even beach amenities here. A beach wagon, beach chairs, table and boogie boards. Awesome surprise! We cannot recommend this condo, and this area enough. Well done, owners! And well done Benchmark, the management and cleaning company. There’s literally not one thing we found that was not pristine clean, and I’m picky. We are moving our spring break vacation from another place to this one. Cannot wait to come back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 4th year in a row we've rented the same place. We love the location! Walking distance to the beach and to several great restaurants! The unit is very spacious with a balcony right over the pool. We always have a fantastic time! The only irritation was with the electrician who wired the bedroom and living room. There isn't a way, barring unscrewing the lightbulbs, to turn on the fans without also turning on the lights. This is pretty irritating at night. But we took out the lightbulbs in the bedroom and just dealt with it in the living room. Overall, a wonderful place and we'll likely be back next year as well!

Nice Condo, Some Frustrations at Check In

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was very nice, clean, and convenient. Check in was at 4pm and we were driving in from out of town. We arrived at 3:45. The code they gave us didn't work yet, so I called the management company. They told me we had to wait there outside the door for another 15 minutes until 4... this seemed unnecessary as the condo was clearly ready for us. Then, during our stay, the codes to the pool & beach gate kept changing each day. They said it was because it was the start of the month and the codes changed each month, but it was frustrating and annoying. Lastly, the pond on the property had a foul smell that we noticed from our balcony.

Overall pleasant stay, some things could be better

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a very good location, across from the gorgeous beach and nearby restaurants.It is tastefully appointed and you can tell it was recently updated. Overall it was very clean, however the sofa cover is beyond filthy. It is white canvas and I believe meant to be washable, but it is badly stained with food and even marker. No one in our group wanted to sit on it, which is a shame because there is no here else to sit comfortably. While there is cable- the directions provided did not match the system that is actually in the condo. There are other various codes to be able to enter the beach entrance, pools and laundry room that were never provided. We have to spend several hours our first day trying to contact the management company who sometimes took hours to respond. Last,All of the cooking utensils were carelessly thrown int eh cabinet under the sink, which was dark and dingy. That is where cleaning supplies and perhaps the garbage should go, no cooking utensils. WeWe didn't want to use any of those items. As a vacation property owner, I would suggest management do a sweep of the unit and reorganize and replace the couch cover.

Gulf Place Cabanas #206 - Benchmark 30A Management

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself had a great location, some recent updates and was open and spacious. There was a musty smell evident upon entering that was consistent throughout our stay. I think due to age of unit/air ducts.My problem wasn't with the unit as much as the property management company. The company inquired about "missing" paper amenity passes 5 hours after we had checked out via text message. I called them back (no answer) then text them that the passes were left exactly where we found them and was 100% sure of that. The following day they text to say they did not find the passes and were going to charge my credit card that they had on file $210 dollars. I am sharing this to warn others. It felt fraudulent to me. There was no offer to talk to upper management or some sort of resolution department. I am not sure if the passes were actually missing or not when their cleaning service arrived - but I am absolutely sure I left the passes exactly where I was suppose to when I checked out. Please beware - ask for a Benchmark management employee to walk the condo with you when you check out so you don't have a "their word against mine" situation that allows them to make the extra charges. It was a frustrating way to end a great mother/daughter weekend.30A is spectacular in the fall - perfect weather, fewer crowds and beautiful sunrise/sunsets! I highly recommend - just use a different management company.

The pictures look better than the actual unit

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The good: great location. The unit is decorated beautifully. It was clean upon arrival. The little boxes of cleaning products/toiletries from Benchmark Property Management were a cute touch.The bad: the king bed is uncomfortable. There was no silverware organizer- everything was thrown in a small drawer (which is fine) but looking under all of the silverware- the drawer was very dirty. I put them through the dishwasher before we used them because it was gross. The balcony doesn't have a mat before you come back into the condo, so you can't help but bring sand back inside (there was a lot of sand on the outdoor rug). The kitchen has the basics but did not have a vegetable peeler. General maintenance clearly wasn't considered- the bedroom was missing the middle picture above the bed, both chandeliers had burnt out bulbs, and the shower drained very slowly. We like sleeping with a fan on, but the ceiling fan in the main bedroom is hardwired to the lights- so we would have to keep the lights on to keep the fan on. The main bedroom window is right by the elevator, so there were nights where other people were loud/had dogs barking right by where I was trying to sleep. Also, there is a bright yellow light outside of the window (and no black out shades). The gate code for the beach did not work. I reached out to Benchmark who told me that they gave me the wrong one and sent another. The second one did not work either. I called back and was told they would look into it. No one ever got back to me. I had to wait 15 minutes in the July heat for a stranger to let me in (and luckily she gave me her code to use). We had 2 adults staying here and it was a good size- I couldn't imagine being here with any more people than that. The shower temperature fluctuates A LOT. It would go from normal, to barely luke warm, to scalding hot (and I usually like very hot showers). Be careful if you have kids. I don't think this unit was worth almost $3200.

Smoking on the balcony from the condo next door, I can't stand cigarette smoke!The parking lot was blocked around our building for roof repair work, no place to park.Against the law to block handicapped parking spaces?
