Luau Sandestin Remodeled Studio-Magnificent views

Heads-up about Luau I building updates:
From now through the end of July, Luau I is undergoing balcony waterproofing and floor coating work. During this time, there may be some construction noise during regular business hours, and access to the balcony will be restricted.
To protect the glass doors, a temporary blue film will be applied. This information is included in the unit listing, but we wanted to highlight it here in case it was missed.
To account for any inconvenience, we’ve already applied an additional 15% discount on top of our already reduced summer rates through the end of construction. Thanks for your understanding!

Our condo is inside Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. You'll love my place because it is right by the Sandestin Beach, nicely decorated . Mattress and sofa bed are just renewed. I provide TRAM Access, reliable WIFI, Netflix with thousands of TV shows and movies and beach chairs & umbrella and a cart to carry them all to the beach. I have a King size bed and a queen size cool gel memory foam sofa bed, a kitchenette with microwave, kitchen sink, a mid size refrigerator and one of the best view .

Restaurants, bars and most entertainment venues are open and are applying social distance guidelines for outdoor sitting. We are following CDC guidelines for cleaning and sanitation of our units.

This family owned studio condo is inside Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. It is right by the Sandestin Beach just in 3 minutes walk away, nicely decorated and very well maintained with great views. We do not offer any military or any other discounts. Applicable last minute specials are already built-in to the daily rates.

Building has two large elevators that go all the way to garage level for ease of access.

Our check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. Since you directly go to the unit with your assigned door code, there is no deadline for checking in. You may check-in any time after 4 PM of the check-in day, just like you would at your own vacation home. For early check-in request please contact us and we will try to accommodate as much as the unit allows us. We are trying to clean the unit and always apply additional cleaning procedures because of COVID for you and all other guests.

With the largest Studio floor plan (~500 sq feet) you will find that the balcony has spectacular west sunset views of the Gulf and surrounding Golf course and area with a beautiful lake. (Balcony is not a very big one but still provides good opportunity to enjoy the magnificent view) This is a luxury decorated Studio condo that sleeps up to four. We have one King Size bed, a sofa in the living room that converts to a Queen Size bed. These are just recently renewed. A bathroom, kitchenette, and small living room exactly as seen in the pictures. Free High Speed WiFi is included. We have big Screen LCD TV and DVD in the unit. Amazon Prime and Netflix is provided as complimentary. Coffee Machine, blender, Microwave oven, hotel size Refrigerator, Iron/Ironing board are included. This is a non-smoking unit and guest pets are unfortunately not allowed in LUAU.

Luau is the newest building at the beachside of the Sandestin Resort. The Luau complex has one of the nicest saltwater pools on the resort, with waterfall, kid pool, hot tub and snack bar with tropical surroundings. There is a fitness center and a Meeting Room and plenty of jogging and biking trails to enjoy. Luau’s 11th floor observation deck is great for beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The Luau buildings sit on top of a rise just 2 minutes walk from the beaches of Sandestin right next to Hilton.

The Sandestin Resort area is the best resort in the area and has so much to offer. This security gated community provides added safety for the family. With its championship golf courses, tennis centers, miles of bike/jogging trails, miles of beaches, restaurants, shops, Baytowne Wharf, and children’s activities all just inside the resort. The Marina with jet ski and watercraft rentals, Jolee Island and the multiple tree houses and nature walks are just a part of what this top resort destination offers. You will have plenty to do!. Sandestin Kid’s club is very highly rated.

We offer a combination Keurig and Regular coffee brewing machine as seen in the listing pictures. Please bring coffee and filters.

You will find this 7th floor Luau I condo is a luxury place to relax and enjoy while visiting the Sandestin Resort area. Our condo is family owned. We will provide you with personal service you will not find with a big management company.

Our condo is equipped with a key-less lock system that makes check-in a breeze, no keys to get, just go directly to your room. Plus the key-less lock system provides added security for you and top that off with the fact that the Luau is in a gated area with controlled access you could not find a safer spot.

There is no check-in or check-out at the lobby. You simply go to the condo, enter the door code and make yourself at home. There is also no front desk in the building.

If you arrive early, feel free to enter into the resort and enjoy the beach. However we do not allow early check-in's to the unit especially during high season since the unit is mostly booked back to back and we need extra time to prepare the condo

Whether you are a couple looking for a romantic getaway or planning that beach family vacation this is a great place for you.

You will have access to our beach closet that includes beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys for that sandcastle! All you have to do is grab the beach bag, grab the chairs, and stroll to the beach. Since we are on the beach side it is a short 2-3 minute walk from your front door!Our goal is to provide you a family owned place to stay that makes you feel like you’re in a home away from home and you will return for years to come. I will be available to you 24/7. We have enjoyed the area for years and hope you and your family will do too!

Cleaning is provided at the end of your stay, right after you check-out. We kindly ask that you follow check-out timelines.

You will have access to Sandestin TRAM, the LUAU pool, LUAU gym, LUAU barbeque area, LUAU observation decks, LUAU meeting room, LUAU parking and LUAU vending machines and laundry machines. Ice Machine is at the garage level of the Luau II building.

You also will have access to two swimming pool facilities that are heated in the fall/winter months – One is across from Linkside Village on Audubon Drive (SOA Pool 1) and the Phil Hummel Aquatic Center (previously SOA Pool 2), which is by the Baytowne Traffic Circle next to Bay Pines. Both are open daily at 7 a.m. Pool 1 is open until 9 p.m. and the Phil Hummel Aquatic Center closes at sunset, with hours being extended once lights are installed on the deck.

We are in the Luau I building on 7th floor.Please note that this is a non-smoking unit. Pets are not allowed in the building per the HOA.

Your rental includes the TRAM, or you may drive with your car and/or walk to Baytowne Wharf village. We walk in the mornings and drive in the afternoon, there is an overflow parking next to the Baytowne Wharf village in front of the big hotel.There are no working fixed phones in the condo. Cell phone reception for the major carriers is very good.

Beachside of Sandestin. Couple minutes walk to the world famous Sandestin Beach. Walking distance to the Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin Bayside. Lot's of children's activities including bungee jumping, hair breeding, temporary tattoos etc. year around. Ice-skating in Baytowne Wharf village during winter months.

Please note: Motorcycles are not allowed in Sandestin Resort.

You will have access to Sandestin TRAM, the LUAU pool, LUAU gym, LUAU barbeque area, LUAU observation decks, LUAU meeting room, LUAU parking and LUAU vending machines and laundry machines. Ice Machine is at the garage level of the Luau II building. Please do not forget to leave the TRAM cards on the table prior you check-out.

Our condo is located at the heart of 18 hole golf course with this view is more awesome where green is meeting with blue sky and the sea.

GYM and Hot tub is closed by HOA because of COVID restriction. We are sorry for this but these amenities are managed directly by HOA and we do not have any influence on these decisions. Sorry for the inconvenience.
