Casa sul lungomare con golf cart nel nuovissimo quartiere di Villa Lago a Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. Il primo piano ha una cucina completamente attrezzata con piano aperto per sala da pranzo e aree viventi. C'è un bar per la colazione che può ospitare 3, e quindi posti a sedere al tavolo da pranzo per 6 persone. La zona giorno offre comodi posti a sedere per tutta la famiglia e un grande televisore a schermo piatto. C'è un mezzo bagno al 1 ° livello della casa.

Il garage è accessibile dal 1 ° piano della casa ed è qui che troverete il carrello da golf a 4 posti che vi aspetta per fare un giro divertente al villaggio di Baytowne Wharf o Grand Blvd per fare shopping, mangiare, mangiare ed eventi. Beach trip

The property had no where to park a third car even tho there were signs for additional parking . It was no overnight parking allowed . The house only allowed 2 cars . So that was a problem for us . The unit was nice and clean noProblems there . Need more than one garbage bag tho .

Clean and Comfortable

The property was clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed our stay in San Destin and the amenities around the community from shopping, dining to the beach and golf. The only hiccup was the clothes dryer was broken so we couldn't wash clothes. My only wish would be to have had some negotiated discounts or benefits with the golf courses in the community. Overall everything was great.

Wonderful

We loved staying at this property. It was really cute! Beautifully decorated and clean. The location was great! Central and close to Destin and 30a. Having access to the golf cart was a plus too! The only complaint is that the dryer was not working our entire stay which was difficult when it came to our beach towels and wet clothing. We had to dry our stuff outside. But overall we had a wonderful stay and would stay at this property again if we had a working dryer.

Family trip

Loved our stay. Great location, convenient amenities (golf cart, beach toys, etc.) We experienced 2 minor issues, but both were resolved relatively quickly. Upon checking in, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. By 10:30 the next morning, the property manager had come out and remedied the situation. Also, the dryer needed maintenance. 1 quick call and a couple hours later, it was working properly. No complaints from us. Would stay here again.

Nice house

This is a nice house had everything we needed a lot of personal supplies really good rental house only issue was the golf cart didn’t work try to contact manager never had an answer regarding the golf cart everything else 100% great.

Great house and fun location for teens and adults!

The golf cart made it easy for my young adults/teens to go shopping and see the sights. The house was very clean. Kitchen supplies were lacking, so make sure you bring more necessities if you intend to cook. Otherwise, great place!

Fun and convenient

The home is beautiful and very close to the beach access and the neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous! There is a small patio with a grill and there’s a little river/pond with Lillie pads and the frogs sing to you at night. The garage is filled with lots of beach stuff like chairs, toys, and floaties. The golf cart is a 4 seater but when we had 4 adults in it it was struggling. One of the spare bedrooms has a curtain instead of a door and we didn’t realize that. Had we known we wouldn’t have chosen that home because we had no small children with us. Other than that everything was great!

Lovely home away from home!

Super clean, well appointed, great location. Would definitely visit again. A nice drive to the beach, a few steps to the pool and a beautiful development with manyrestaurant and shopping options just a cart ride away. My husbands only complaint was that the golf cart does not drive well. Seems unstable and appeared to have been in a bit of an accident at some point (visible scratches and cracks in body).

Home Away From Home

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and I and our teenage boys. The home was immaculate and truly felt like a home away from home for a week. The location was great and we could get to the beach with ease with lots to do in our gated community as well. Did not want to leave...we will be back!

Great vacation

Our stay at Villa Lago was great. The location is superb and the townhouse was well stocked for our family of 5. The golf cart was an added bonus and allowed us to explore the awesome surroundings. Only downside was the 3rd bedroom upstairs did not have an actual door and the twin beds were very high off the ground and have no railing. The top bunk was at least 8 feet off the ground and there was no rail, so we were unable to use this room for our children, due to safety concerns. Little black bugs were also all over the sink in the master bath, which was frustrating but didn’t diminish our trip. There are 3 full baths upstairs, so we just used another one. Besides those 2 issues, the stay was amazing and the weather made it better. We wouldn’t stay in this particular home next time, mostly due to the bunk bed situation, but the area is our preferred location.
