Oceania 203 Condo In Gated Building With Stunning Ocean Views

Enter this spacious unit and immediately notice the view of the beautiful Gulf. View the beach from the full floor to ceiling sliding glass doors or on the large 40 foot tiled balcony. This beautiful 2000 square foot condo features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. This unit has a 46 inch LCD TV and DVD in the Living Room. A TV is also in each of the bedrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms have granite counter tops with double sink vanities in master and second bathrooms. A covered parking spot is provided and is just steps away from the elevator.

Avoid the crowds and enjoy Oceania's location in the heart of Destin. Oceania is a privately gated property. Relax on the large private beach and enjoy the sugar white sand!! Your rental includes one beach set up with two chairs and an umbrella (from March 1 through Thanksgiving weekend only). You can order extra set ups, directly through the chair company for for an additional fee, in advance if you wish.

PLEASE NOTE! SUNDAY DEPARTURES WILL WILL REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL $100.00 ADDED TO NORMAL CLEANING FEE.

This was an absolutely perfect property for our family vacation. The layout was spacious with an incredible balcony view of the ocean, direct access to the beach and pool, and wonderful communication from beginning to end. We had an issue on a Sunday when the air conditioning was not cooling as well as it had been, and being a rental property owner myself, I know how difficult it can be to find repairmen to come out on a Sunday. However, the owners were able to get someone to come out very quickly and within 5 minutes found a very simple issue and we were back up and running in no time. This was a delightful experience from start to finish and we will be coming back next year!

The entire unit was wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped and met our needs for cooking most of our meals for our party of 6 for most of our beach stay. The beach was just a short walk from the unit and the grounds were very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and unit was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return again.

We loved the location, closeness to a very private beach! Condo was great! Only suggestion would be add ceiling fans in the other two bedrooms and upgrade your TV’s! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Destin!!

A Nice Place

Very nice condo with great layout. Comfy couches. Each bedroom had it’s own bath and shower. Nice beach views. Property was very clean. Elevators and the covered parking space were a plus. Staff was very helpful.

Spacious Beachfront Condo

We enjoyed our stay at the property. We had our family and a set of grandparents on the trip and there was plenty of space and furniture to accommodate. Living room has large sofas that are comfortable for a bigger group. Everyone loved the property! The balcony view and seating is truly dreamy - I loved the balcony loungers! Property was quiet and beach service was terrific. Note that the property will be minimally stocked on some items, if you expect to be around the condo most of the time. Expect to get extra TP, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry soap, and beach towels (Property does not provide any beach towels), and any shampoo/conditioners/body soaps. There are stores very close by for all your needs. The property has several puzzles (only missing 1-2 pieces) that provided some fun family entertainment. The property does have cable television but does not have smart tvs for streaming service access. The property management service was great and provided clear communication for any issues that came up. We’d definitely stay here again!

Get Away For Husband’s Birthday

What a wonderful time we had staying at this beautiful condo. It was centrally located with restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment close by. It was well stocked as mentioned in the description. There was never a wait for the elevators and the view from the deck was stunning. It was so. Ice to have the beach chairs provided for you and that service was so great. I liked the fact that the facility was gated and beautifully kept. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family. Thanks for a memorable week.
