  • Questo noleggio spiaggia non è come gli altri. È la nostra casa di vacanza personale che abbiamo deciso di condividere con tutti. Amiamo trascorrere il maggior tempo possibile in NatureWalk e desideriamo che gli altri possano godere dell'area come noi.

    La nostra casa con 4 camere da letto e 5 bagni può ospitare 13 persone ed è dotata di un carrello da golf a 6 posti. Ci sono 2 master suite, la principale al piano superiore e la junior master al piano di sotto. 3 camere da letto ognuna con un letto matrimoniale e la 4a camera da letto è una camera a castello con due letti a castello con rotelle. C'è una zona giorno al piano inferiore con un divano letto matrimoniale che dispone di una grande TV sopra un camino a gas. In cima alle scale, c'è un'altra zona soggiorno con un divano letto matrimoniale che è perfetto per i bambini di rilassarsi e guardare la tv mentre gli adulti si rilassano al piano di sotto.

    La casa dispone di 2 grandi verande schermate. Il balcone al piano superiore ha un'area salotto perfetta per giocare a giochi da tavolo o a carte. Ha anche una grande altalena dove puoi sederti di notte e goderti la tranquillità della tranquilla comunità. Il portico al piano di sotto è come un'estensione della zona giorno. Puoi sederti fuori al tavolo da pranzo e goderti un pranzo o una cena rilassante dopo essere tornato da una giornata in spiaggia.

    NatureWalk a Seagrove è una comunità pianificata da 155 acri circondata da Point Washington State Forest e si trova lungo il corridoio Scenic Highway 30A. WaterColor Crossings è a pochi passi dove è possibile noleggiare biciclette elettriche da Pedego, fare la spesa a Publix e mangiare qualcosa a Pizza by the Sea o The Perfect Pig. Immerso in questo tranquillo santuario naturale, NatureWalk si trova a breve distanza in bicicletta dalle splendide spiagge della Costa Smeralda e dalle comunità vicine di Seaside, Seagrove e WaterColor. Il NatureWalk Gathering Place si trova a circa 3 km da Sea You Soon e offre 2 piscine, una Jacuzzi, dei barbecue e un parco giochi per bambini. Fai un breve giro in bicicletta o passeggia lungo Lilly Lane attraverso la foresta demaniale per accedere alla spiaggia di San Juan.

    Il parcheggio è limitato a un massimo di 2 auto a casa. Gli altri veicoli dovranno parcheggiare in uno degli spazi aperti situati nell'area circostante. Nessun parcheggio è consentito sulla strada.

Great location, clean home, loved the neighborhood.

We had a wonderful time. The home was very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the screened in porches and we enjoyed using the bikes and golf cart throughout the week. Very convenient to public beach access, Publix grocery store, Seaside, and Water Color. When we did have a question, Kerri responded very quickly. Would stay here again.

We have been coming to 30A for our summer family trip for 10 years and this was one of our favorite stays! The owners go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your vacation at the beach. It was so nice for us to not have to bring much! We really enjoyed quiet afternoons and evenings on the screened in porches. The proximity to Seaside and so many of our favorite places with the golf cart and short walk to neighborhood pool was a major plus! We hope to be back again next summer!

Our family absolutely loved our stay at See You Soon 30A! This was hands down the best vacation home we’ve ever rented. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well stocked. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, making it easy to cook meals just like we were at home. We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, and this one truly had the best-equipped kitchen. We also really appreciated all of the beach equipment that was available for guests to use. Having everything there made our beach days so much easier and saved us from having to pack or rent extra items. The included golf cart was another huge bonus and made getting around the area fun and convenient. You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought into making their guests feel comfortable. Every detail was taken care of, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us and helping our family make so many wonderful memories. We can’t wait to come back to See You Soon 30A!

The house was equipped with everything you could imagine.

All the beds are very comfortable. Our grandsons loved sleeping in the bunks. The porches provided a nice extension to the outdoors. We found the cooler, beach wagon, beach chairs and boogie boards nice additions for our beach days. The neighborhood is very relaxing and quiet. We didn’t need to use our car the entire week because the golf cart took us everywhere we wanted to go!! Thanks for thinking of everything we could possibly need.

We absolutely loved this property. The attention to detail and items provided were above and beyond the other rentals we have stayed at. The home was so clean, we had everything we needed. Our kids LOVED the bikes. Our only issue wasn’t at all related to the home but how busy the area was with high school Spring Break crowd. Nature walk was nice because it was away from all the spring break craziness that was along 30A and seaside. We definitely will come back to the area but we might avoid the Spring Break timeframe.

We loved our stay at this home! It was very, very clean, and lots of amenities of a home, not a rental. It was obvious that it is managed by the homeowner and not a management company. For instance, quality dishes, knives, air fryer, etc. There was not an item that we needed in the kitchen that wasn’t there. The beds were super comfortable and even had good pillows in every room! The phone chargers beside the bed were great too. We used the heck out of the bikes. They were a lot of fun since Florida is so flat!!! We could have stayed forever! Communication with the owner was excellent!

This house was perfect for our week long stay with a family of 6. The golf cart was utilized every day to get us to the beach, restaurants, and grocery runs. Beautiful neighborhood!

Beautiful home for a wonderful family vacation!

We had the best time at Sea You Soon! Everything about our stay was perfect. The house was very clean, beds very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to cook many meals throughout the week. The swing on the porch was amazing! Our kids loved the golf cart and it made getting around and parking a breeze! The bikes were also a nice touch, especially with the various sized kids bikes. We loved riding our bikes to the beach through the Naturewalk trail and taking bike rides each morning around the beautiful neighborhood. The close location to Seaside and Seagrove was perfect. We also loved all of the beach gear.... chairs, wagons, umbrellas..... we had everything we needed for a perfect beach day. Thank you so much for a wonderful week at the beach, we can't wait to return!

Amazing stay!

We had a great stay at Sea You Soon! The house was extremely clean and had everything you could need. We have been to 30A a few times but this was our best stay yet. The location of NatureWalk is perfect for biking and using the golf cart daily to get to the beach. We loved the pools and the playground. The owners care about the house and want you to have a great stay. We will definitely be back!

This lovely home had everything you possibly need for a week away with the family. Spacious and comfortable for a large family. The location was ideal. Just a short jaunt to the beach, pool restaurants and grocery store. I would highly recommend and will be coming back.

My family had such a wonderful time at See you Soon. The golf cart was large enough for all of us , making for fun trips to dinner and the grocery. The kitchen was well equipped w everything we needed and the knives were very sharp! We enjoyed the porches every morning and evening as well :))

I highly recommend this home. We enjoyed our stay as beaches were close and house amenities were fantastic. The golf cart and bikes were a plus. The home has a great location with easy access to beaches and nearby towns. Homeowners were a pleasure to work with.

Wonderful home! Great location!

The home was everything we could ask for and more! The small touches were appreciated, plenty of space for our family of 8. The home is a golf cart away from several different beaches, shopping, grocery store, and restaurants. We enjoyed our time here tremendously! Keri was a wonderful host!

Such a beautiful home in a nature filled environment. The amenities were exceptional in the home and in the community. Short ride/walk to everything you would ever want to do during a beach vacation. Our family plans to stay again in the future❤️.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Sea You Soon. We were three couples that are friends since High School. This is our second stay at this lovely house and it won’t be our last. This house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly want during your stay. The screened porches are wonderful to relax on after a busy day on 30 A. The Golf cart and bicycles were an added treat. Kerri and Rafael have done a great job to make your stay special.

Wonderful!!

Highly recommend this home! It is lovely, well equipped, and the owner could not be easier to work with! The neighborhood is a great location. We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home - plenty of room, lots of amenities, great neighborhood and fabulous owner who was there to help us is needed! Highly recommend.
