Great location

Perfect location to walk or bike too many things. Beautiful views of the ocean from the second and third floor balconies. Just steps to the beautiful, uncrowded private beach.

Love the location!

We’ve previously stayed at this property, as well as the house next door. It’s a great location to restaurants and shoppes we enjoy. And you can’t beat the proximity to the beach! We appreciate the small, gated neighborhood for ease of coming and going, and security. The house is very clean! We did have an issue with a few “water bugs” in the family room area…..assuming it was due to some rain….and maybe needed a better seal around the entry door? Overall: wonderful!

Perfect Location

Location was perfect! House is a perfect location to the beach and everything else on 30A. We loved it there! If I were being picky, I’d only say that some dusting could be touched up, and some brighter lighting in the bathrooms. Other than that, it was great for our family!

Great Place at the Beach

This property was great; plenty of space; great decks and views; comfy beds; great response from managers at Oversee when we had questions. We really enjoyed having the beach chairs and umbrella every day, and the bikes were great to have too. We would love to stay here again.

Private beach with consummate beach cottage.

Great beach house as described in listing. Exceptional private beach access and beautiful beach with wonderful ocean views from balconies. Our family really enjoyed the pool but did spend most of our time on the beach which was great for two grandchildren ages 3 and almost 1. We cooked most all of our meals in the well equipped kitchen. We would definitely looked to stay here again.

Distressed Property

Location and view were great. However, the property itself lacked care and attention. Upon arriving the musty odor as you opened the door could knock you down. All ceiling fans were covered in dust and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. The master bedroom ceiling had visible water damage and stained ceilings. After moving to this unit from another unit to be closer to the water, the property manager sent someone out to make the sure the property was ready. Highly disappointed in the overall condition of the house.

Great house-worked well for our group of 9.

The house was great for our group of 9. The walkway to the beach is just outside the front door. Little ones loved the pool. We cooked at home several times to avoid the crowds and the expense. Kitchen is fairly well stocked. Not spice or condiments of any kind so bring those if you plans to cook.

Family vacation

Excellent property. Super clean. Beautiful beach views from 2nd and third floors. Steps from boardwalk to beach. Nearby restaurants and ice cream shop within walking distance which we frequently used. The only downside, which is extremely minor, is there were no hot pads for use in the kitchen. We didn’t realize this until we needed them. We had to use folded hand towels to pull things out of oven. There were two small grills there. The larger one was not in the best shape. It maybe could be just covered with foil. We ended up going and buying an inexpensive grill to use while we were there. This was not a big issue as we will use it again for camping, etc. We didn’t want to leave the beach and grilled out several times while we were there. Not an issue at all if you go out for meals. Fish market within walking distance. Minor issue with dishwasher. Maintenance showed up within minutes. Very kind and professional. Claire with Oversee Rental was just great to work with our group. Beds very comfortable. Nicely decorated. Furniture comfortable. We would definitely stay at this beautiful beach home again. We would definitely use Oversee Rental again. Very pleased with cleanliness. Cleanest place we have rented in years.
