You will love relaxing by the private heated pool with a good book. Head to the beach with just a few steps - the beach access is right in front of the home. The sugar white sands of 30A are unparalleled and some of the most beautiful.
There is plenty of space for everyone to have privacy in this massive home. 4 bedrooms are on the ground floor plus a living area. The living room has a 50” TV and DVD player plus a game table with 4 chairs. From this floor, you can access the pool area out the back door. From the front door, you can relax or simply make your way to the beach!
The 2nd floor features a large open living area featuring beautiful views, a 60” LCD TV plus stocked bookcases and a gas fireplace. The kitchen has gorgeous stone counters, a huge Subzero fridge, plus a Viking 6-burner gas range. There is a separate dining room with seating for up to 10. The terrace off of the dining room has a gas grill and outdoor dining for 4. Off the kitchen is a large laundry room.
The top floor has more room to relax and watch TV. There's also a wet bar/kitchenette. Head out on the balcony to enjoy the Gulf breeze. Just imagine mornings spent here with coffee in your hand as the saltwater breeze blows through your hair.

An initial box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes & liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial & bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
