Benvenuti a "La Dolce" The Sweet Life! " Solo un isolato dalle nostre splendide spiagge di sabbia bianca! Questa bella casa sulla spiaggia con piscina comunitaria è immersa nella famosa Crystal Beach Community di Destin, in Florida. Il luogo perfetto per una vacanza al mare all'insegna del divertimento con la famiglia e gli amici.

Rinfrescati nella piscina della comunità o passeggia fino alla spiaggia e fai un tuffo nelle famose acque verde smeraldo del Golfo del Messico. Divertiti a passeggiare, fare jogging, pattinare e andare in bicicletta in tutto il quartiere con affascinanti staccionate bianche e case color pastello o sulla bici e sul percorso che corre parallelo alla spiaggia appena fuori dalla porta.

Torna a casa e rilassati sui portici coperti di grandi dimensioni con i fan che circondano la casa e goditi la brezza della spiaggia. Che ci crediate o no ... in estate, è possibile ascoltare la musica del camion dei gelati! A soli tre minuti a piedi per noleggiare biciclette per la famiglia, prendere una tazza di caffè fresco dall'altra parte della strada, fare shopping o mangiare un delizioso pasto al Camille's o in uno dei fantastici ristoranti del quartiere.

'La Dolce Vita' è una casa di 2000 piedi quadrati con tre camere da letto e tre bagni. Tutte le camere hanno porte francesi che si aprono sul portico al piano superiore con comodi posti a sedere all'aperto. C'è un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno.

La camera matrimoniale al secondo piano ha un letto matrimoniale e bagno padronale con vasca idromassaggio e doccia di grandi dimensioni.

La seconda camera da letto situata al secondo piano ha un letto matrimoniale.

La terza camera ha due letti singoli.

Ci sono anche librerie costruite al primo e al secondo piano con un'ottima selezione di libri da apprezzare.

Al primo piano troverete una cucina gourmet completamente attrezzata e una zona pranzo con ripiani in granito e elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile di alta gamma ... un'ampia zona giorno e porte-finestre che si aprono sui portici, un bagno completo e una lavanderia con la propria lavatrice e asciugatrice.

Dopo una giornata rilassante in spiaggia, puoi lavarti nella doccia esterna. "La Dolce Vita" ha tutto!

I cani di piccola taglia, addestrati in casa, che non perdono sono a posto con l'approvazione della direzione e un costo aggiuntivo.

It was a beautiful home, perfect for a family group (three bathrooms was great!). Neighborhood was safe and easy to bike with the kids. PLENTY to do close to the house for the rainy hours. Easy check in.

Great location and proximity to the beach!!!

It was very close to the beach and we loved the wrap around porch. The little box starter packs in the bathrooms and kitchen were a great touch too. We will definitely stay there again!

Excellent experience, very clean home.

Inside and out, this is an amazing home to vacation in. Exterior was amazing with plenty of great condition seating and quality decking. Inside was as described and had nice add ons with typically forgotten items. Very clean and up to date inside. Very happy with our stay. Watch for some extra service fees that were not well outlined or explained.

Perfect!

This is such a cute home with great proximity to the beach, coffee, restaurants, groceries and all the Destin activities. We had more than enough room for three grown kids, my husband and me. Very cozy with everything we needed. Would definitely come back!

Nice stay, needs a deep clean though!

I’m going to give the bad first but please hang in there for the good because the bad can be fixed! I hesitate to rate the cleanliness “low” as I honestly need to, but I figured if I didn’t, then the owners couldn’t address the problem. We owned a condo in Destin for 7 years & I would want to be informed. I understand there is a rental agency (we rented ours directly & had personal contact with the renters), so I am not sure I can get a message directly to the owners. That’s the only reason why I’m putting this out there in this review…it’s not fair to future renters to pay the rental fees plus all of the add on fees and walk into a home that desperately needs a good deep clean. There was a musky old smell as soon as we walked in. We ended up buying Febreeze fabric spray and air freshener. The couches had lots of stains on them and smelled. The carpets upstairs had different colored stains, the window seat in one bedroom had stains & we opened a drawer in the queen room to discover someone placed gum underneath the drawer handle. It truly needs a good deep cleaning. All this negative though can easily be remedied! Surface cleaning was great. It was a clean home, meaning clean floors/showers/countertops/linens. Now on to the positives - great location & roomy! We were 2 blocks from the beach/Camille’s beachside restaurant. It was very easy access. They had coffee & well stocked supplies. WE LOVED MORNINGS ON THE BACK PORCH, SO LOVELY!

Nice Florida beach house with wrap around porch!

House as described and 2 minute walk to beach. Kudos to cleaning crew as it was clean upon arrival. Only a few concerns was coffee pot didn’t work. I’m very familiar with type of pot and it overflowed so I think it may have been clogged by previous guests. Also, no comforter or blankets for queen and king size beds. It was cool at night and we had to purchase. Previous renters did not take out garbage. All were reported to property manager. Directions for streaming TV in king room and access for Fire stick would’ve been helpful. Great location for walking, golf cart, beach, and food. Would recommend for party of 6.

Great place to stay!!!

Very nice house! Enjoyed it immensely. Couldn’t have had a better spot! House was clean and big! Beds were comfy and we all slept well! Porches were great for reading. And just chilling!!!! Will surely be back! Great vacation!!!

Lovely home

The property was just as advertised. The decor was charming. Love the pouches on both levels. I do wish it had been more clearly explained as to which beach the property had access. I had some trouble with rental and set up of chairs and umbrellas. Ended up using Crystal Harbor which was closer than any other. Bedding was vomfortable

The house was beautiful, as was the neighborhood, close to the beach. Could have had some beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon to use during our stay. Extra blankets and pillows would have been nice. Some of the outdoor lights were not working. Overall, I would stay there again!

Enjoyed being so close to a LOT of places where we could walk, bike, or scooter! Being so close to the beach was a BIG plus! Only thing that was a bit disappointing to me was that there was no extra toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bags for as much as we paid to stay. Otherwise we had a great time!!

The house was amazing. Absolutely loved it.

The only complaint is the house was full of bugs (fruit flies etc) when we checked In. We couldn’t sit outside and had to cover drinks because of all the bugs (upstairs and downstairs) because of the garbage from the previous renters. We realized the previous renters must have cleaned fish in the backyard and not picked it up because we saw lots of fish scales etc. It got much better once it rained and once the garbage was picked up. It was unbearable when we got there and I can assure you we left the house way cleaner (no bugs) then when we got there, so after 2 days the house was absolutely amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Family trip

We had a great experience at this location and would highly recommend it. The only complaint I have is the pool code that we were given in April in an email for our vacation in May did not work and we were not able to get a hold of anyone to get a new code to use the pool and then on this website it said check-in was at 3pm and check out was at 11am but when we got there it was check in at 4 PM and check out at 10 AM but that is not a big deal we still enjoyed this location in an area of Florida. The backyard was great for have outside dinners.
