Situato nel cuore di Destin, nel mezzo di tutte le emozioni, il nostro condominio è la vacanza perfetta per coppie e piccole famiglie. Fuggi dal paradiso in questa vacanza pittoresca e tranquilla con vista libera sulla spiaggia. Approfitta dei prezzi off-the-beach con le comodità e la vista degli alloggi sul Golfo!

La nostra unità ha una camera da letto matrimoniale, soggiorno, sala da pranzo, cucina e bagno. È dotato di un balcone privato al terzo piano con una VISTA SPETTACOLARE sul Golfo del Messico! Ti divertirai sorseggiando il tuo caffè mattutino mentre guardi l'oceano.

Quando sei pronto ad affondare i piedi nella sabbia zuccherata delle spiagge più belle del mondo, tutto ciò che devi fare è attraversare la strada e sei lì! Passeggia lungo la strada di accesso per una giornata rilassante in spiaggia. Sei a pochi passi dal surf scintillante.

Il complesso dispone di una piscina riscaldata completa di sedie a sdraio e ombrelloni, una vasca idromassaggio e docce per un ritiro senza sabbia. Per concludere una giornata perfetta al sole, raduna la famiglia attorno ai tavoli da picnic e alle griglie a carbone per una cena fuori casa! O se non hai voglia di cucinare, ci sono molti ristoranti premiati a pochi passi. Questo è uno dei pochissimi condomini a Destin con carattere e personalità.

La nostra unità ha un letto king size nella camera da letto principale, un divano letto queen size nel soggiorno e due letti a castello nel corridoio. Dormirà comodamente sei.

I pavimenti sono completamente piastrellati! TV a schermo piatto e internet wireless sono tutti forniti.

Summer Breeze si trova nel cuore di Destin, quindi le opportunità di intrattenimento sono travolgenti! Centri commerciali all'aperto, cinema, centinaia di ristoranti, sale giochi e campi da golf da campionato sono tutti a pochi minuti di distanza.

It is in a great location directly across the road from the public beach access. The pool and hot tub were clean. Outside of building looked nice, our specific condo was in rough shape, especially the bathroom. It is not "newly remodeled". The floor is cracked in multiple places, walls are dirty and need repainting. Bathroom has multiple cracks in the walls, sink doesnt drain unless you hold the stopper up. The vanity was missing a nob and unlevel. Very rough shape.

Overall, our stay was good. But there were a few cons: The fridge continuesly leaked water on the floor, ther were little shards of glass in the hallway and in the living room where it appeared that someone broke a glass then attempted to sweep the glass all the way out the door, The floor in the bathroom felt very spoungie like you might fall through when using the restroom, and the chairs on the balcony felted like they needed to be tightened up so that you don't fall backwards in them. But, this place has a major pro which is Location, Location, Location. Miramar Beach is literally just across the street so you don't have to fight for the limited parking. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The Balcony has a very nice view of the Gulf where we were able to view dolphins feeding. The check-in and check-out process was very easy as well.

Wonderful place to stay

This place was perfect. It was so clean, and right across the street from the beach. It was a 1 minute walk. Parking is perfect, the pool and hot tub were amazing. I highly recommend this condo. The property is well maintained, and great walking distance to shops, coffee and food.

misrepresentation of property listing

on arrival we took shoes off at the front door and after walking through our feet were soiled. A power point was hanging out of the wall near dining table. The ice machine was turned on and it leaked water on the floor and did not make ice. The deadlock on the back door can not be used as the door is warped and does not line up. would I recommend this property no. For what we paid for the pleasure of staying in NO 305 I believe it was a complete rip off.

Clean, clean, clean!!!

I walk barefoot in the house. I didn't feel one speck of sand on the floors! View was great! Priximity to the beach was perfect! The ONLY thing that I could say that needs to be updated is the bathroom. It was very clean but you can only paint and caulk 1/4 round trim so many times before it looks crappy. The sink trim left a lot to be desired. But this is an easy fix!!

Nice location

The host was super nice and accommodating. The check in process was very simple and easy as well as checking out. The condo complex is nice. This Condo is on the 3rd floor so if you don’t like walking up several steps this is not the place for you. The view was spectacular! The condo needs a deep clean and a little updating. Overall this is a nice place and I would stay here again in the future.

Excellent view and location

Property was great considering location to the beach and on property pool. The property manager was quick to respond to texts concerning minor issues. Only "big" problem we had was every time tried to pre-heat/heat oven, it would start to smoke like the bottom had not been cleaned of the leftover food and grease. However, we were able to work around issue cooking food. Let manager know and she apologized. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

This was our first time in Miramar/Destin area. We loved the location and the view of the ocean from our balcony. It was awesome to be able to walk across the street to the beach or Pompano Joes. Communication with the owner and property manager was awesome! And there were beach toys, chairs, boogie boards etc for us to use. That was a huge bonus as we had forgotten one of our boogie boards and beach toys, so we ended up not having to spend money on those things. We have 3 kids, 8, 7, and 5, and have stayed in a similarly laid out condo before with a main bedroom and bunks in the hallway. This time it just felt a little too crowded for us. So, nothing against the unit, just an FYI for families our size with older kids. It was a great trip and this location is absolutely perfect!

Good for couple

Condo had great location and great value! View was nice on the 3rd floor, just make sure you can handle stairs, it was no problem for us. The pool was never crowded. Only suggestion is new sofa and full length mirror! Bed was comfortable!

Great stay

Property was so close to beach - only had to walk across the street and we were there!! Convent to beach bathroom- hose off stand and was able to use ramp access instead of stairs to get to beach. Able to look out balcony and see the ocean. Nice neat clean condo. Communication with owners easy - responses were immediate-

This place was clean which to me is the most important thing! I would stay here again. The only thing I wish is that travelers knew about seagrassum before visiting Destin. That has nothing to do with this hotel though.

The location could not have been any more convenient, with a beautiful view of the gulf out the patio. All communication with the owner/manager was handled efficiently. We had an excellent stay.

Great Location

We really loved our stay at this condo. Three of us stayed for four nights and we had a great time. We loved the location, walk across street to beach, close to restaurants, and great views from the balcony. The unit has been updated nicely as well. The king bed was really comfy. The mattresses in the hall bunks aren’t the best. Should be fine for small kids but if you have teens planning to sleep there, it might be a problem. I ended up sleeping on the couch which was actually really comfy though. Communication with management was excellent throughout the whole stay. There are actually 3 beach chairs instead of two, and they’re great quality. There’s also a boogey board and other beach play items as well. We really loved our time here and would definitely stay again.
