A WAVE from it All is a charming 3 bedroom 3 bath Old Florida style two story beach house a Crystal Beach 8 posti letto. Questa casa è dotata di una cucina completamente attrezzata e di una grande piscina privata nel cortile recintato. La piscina privata è 25x13 con una profondità massima di 5 1/2 piedi.

Gli interni di questa casa vacanze sono confortevoli e contemporanei con TV a schermo piatto in quasi tutte le stanze. Il pavimento in legno massiccio dai toni dorati e ricchi di miele scorre in tutta la zona giorno principale fornendo un'atmosfera calda. Questa stanza aperta è luminosa e luminosa grazie a tutte le finestre soleggiate. Il primo piano dispone di una cucina di buone dimensioni con posti a sedere bar per 4 ospiti, ampio soggiorno, camera da letto matrimoniale, lavanderia e bagno completo.

Dirigendosi al piano di sopra, troverete due camere da letto king con bagno privato e accesso al balcone. Il balcone è un ottimo posto per guardare un bellissimo tramonto in Florida!

Questa affascinante casa si trova all'estremità occidentale della Scenic Highway 98 a Destin ed è a soli cinque minuti a piedi dalla bellissima spiaggia. Questa posizione di Crystal Beach vi consente di raggiungere in pochi minuti i famosi ristoranti sulla spiaggia, alcuni dei quali sono raggiungibili a piedi. Altri ristoranti di alto livello, bar animati e molti negozi al dettaglio sono a pochi minuti da Destin. I divertimenti per la famiglia sono anche vicini, tra cui il parco acquatico gigante di Big Kahuna e il campo da golf in miniatura. Goditi un momento memorabile molto divertente nella nostra deliziosa casa di Crystal Beach!

Primo piano: soggiorno con divano letto queen-size, sala da pranzo, cucina, camera da letto matrimoniale, sala da bagno completa, lavanderia.

Secondo piano: King Master Camera da letto w / bagno privato, camera da letto King w / bagno privato, Entrambe le camere hanno accesso al balcone!

Per gruppi più numerosi, gestiamo anche la casa accanto chiamata Lighthouse by the Sea (5BR) con la sua piscina privata. Combinati, entrambe le case potrebbero ospitare 24 ospiti in totale!

Everything was smooth from beginning to end. The check in and check out process was very easy. The house and property were very enjoyable and our 4 year old loved the golf cart that was provided. Very easy and short walk to the beach. Would stay here again and highly recommend!!

Lovely area and house

The house was very clean and comfortable and met all our needs. We were very grateful for the heated pool and had fun driving to golf cart short distances. Would definitely recommend for families!!!

We have stayed at many units at LBR every year since 2005. This unit was clean, and served us very well for the week we were there May 24 thru May 31There were a few minor repairs that need to be made that I advised the property managment aware of, but nothing major. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Great Family Trip

The house was very cozy and comfy. Enjoyed days and nights by the private pool. The beach access with the golf cart was super easy. Loved the neighborhood and convenience to the grocery, dining, and shops in town. We had a great trip and made lots of memories.

Perfect family getaway

The home was very clean. We had quick access to the beach and the beach chairs/umbrella were definitely a plus. The golf cart allowed us to get most places very quickly. I highly recommend this rental.

Great place for a family of five to stay!

We loved our stay at “A Wave” in Destin! The location is perfect as it is very close to beach access and all the shops and restaurants you can ask for. The beach access was super convenient. The boardwalk to crystal beach is a stones throw away from the house and you have a spot with two chairs and an umbrella reserved for you. The house was extremely clean and has all the amenities and essentials you need for your stay. Can’t forget about the golf cart, which was very fun to drive around the neighborhood and nearby restaurants on the beach. I hope to bring our family back to “A Wave” in the future!

Thank you for sharing your home with us. Such a great place to vacation! Clean, plenty of room, and amenities. The golf cart made it easy to take items to the beach or run to the store. This home is so close that we ended up just walking! We loved the private pool to relax in, the outdoor shower to wash all the sand off, and all the lush gardening the owners have done. It truly sets this home apart from the stark rentals around the area. We WILL be back, and I've told all my friends to stay at A Wave from it All!!

This home away from home is a great location! Just a block from the beach. The beach chair service that is included is a game-changer. I felt right at home here. The golf cart is a great addition. I did not realize that the owners were on the property when I booked the rental, but this was not an issue. I've never stayed in a place with the owners. I was nervous, but they were so nice! They were willing to interact (or not) with your comfort level. Our daughter's car battery died while we were there, and they offered to help. The house is well-appointed with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The pool is clean. I would stay here again!

Lovely home and great location!

Absolutely loved this house! The location was superb and we were able to use their golf cart to access groceries, restaurants, book store and shopping. They have a lovely private pool, a short walk to the beach and the complimentary beach chairs with umbrella took it to the next level. All the beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. We’ve been coming to Destin for 15 years and this house felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be returning.

Great location and private pool

Location is really good, close to beach. Beach chair service was a great perk. Kitchen fully stocked and comfy beds. Pictures were accurate for house. House was clean and comfortable. As pics show it’s a little dated in decor/finishes, but again accurately represented. Heater on pool worked great for 65 degree spring days. Didn’t know the owner lived on-site when booking, but it was not intrusive (and they were very kind). Lots of spring breakers in the area, but sheriff did a good job monitoring. Would stay again with our family.
