    Il 4 Seas Cottage a 49 Cottage Row è un delizioso cottage sulla spiaggia di 2100 piedi quadrati con quattro camere da letto. Si trova nella gated community privata di Beach Retreat nella splendida Miramar Beach su Scenic Gulf Drive. A pochi passi dalle sabbie cristalline del Golfo, è situato in posizione ideale per ristoranti, negozi e divertimenti.

    Costruito nel 2000, abbiamo decorato in modo professionale questa casa con il nostro divertimento e il vostro pensiero. I mobili, gli elettrodomestici e le TV a schermo piatto nel soggiorno e nelle camere da letto sono tutti nuovi.

    Le tue opzioni sono infinite. Trascorri le tue giornate sulle famigerate spiagge di sabbia di zucchero a soli 3/4 di distanza. Forniremo un servizio spiaggia (due sdraio e un ombrellone) durante il vostro soggiorno (dal 1 marzo a ottobre)


    4 Seas Cottage: Al primo piano troverete 3 ampie camere da letto: un secondo master king-size con bagno, una regina con bagno in comune e una camera a castello con 2 letti a castello più un rotelle, nonché una lavanderia con Sono disponibili lavatrice / asciugatrice di dimensioni efficienti e asse da stiro / ferro da stiro.

    Al secondo piano (livello principale) si trova la camera da letto principale, una camera king-size con bagno dotata di vasca idromassaggio e doccia separata. Il soggiorno, un bagno di servizio e la cucina / sala da pranzo completano il secondo piano.

    La zona giorno è aperta e spaziosa e può ospitare facilmente la tua famiglia e i tuoi amici. C'è una TV da 65 pollici con lettore DVD e Internet wireless ad alta velocità in tutto il cottage.

    Le tue opzioni sono infinite. Trascorri le tue giornate sulle famigerate spiagge di sabbia di zucchero a soli 50 metri di distanza. Forniremo un servizio spiaggia (due sedie a sdraio e un ombrellone) durante il vostro soggiorno (dal 1 marzo a ottobre), potrete fare un tuffo nella piscina riscaldata (stagionale) da 3000 piedi quadrati con vasca idromassaggio o allenarvi nella centro fitness privato.

    Se desideri esplorare ciò che l'area locale ha da offrire, troverai un'abbondanza di scelte. Marciapiedi linea scenica 98 per camminare, correre o andare in bicicletta. Siamo a breve distanza di 2 miglia dal centro commerciale Silver Sands a ovest, o shopping di lusso a Destin Commons a est. Kenny D's, The Crab Trap e Pompano Joe's sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi dal Cayenne Cottage. Ti invitiamo a lasciare i menu dei tuoi ristoranti preferiti quando verrai.

    Per l'intrattenimento serale, Destin è noto per alcuni ristoranti meravigliosamente esclusivi, così come la tua tariffa normale. Vita notturna amichevole e cinema all'avanguardia nelle vicinanze.

Annual family vacation

We have been visiting Destin for several years. Have stayed at nice places but with everything this cottage has to offer as well as Kathys communication with any questions or concerns we won’t stay anywhere else. It’s exactly as pictured. See you next year!

Perfect Getaway

Proximity to beach is incredible and the pool and hot tub were awesome. Teenagers went from beach to pool to house, whatever they were in the mood for. House was plenty spacious. Mattresses need replacing and that’s my only complaint.

Perfect Location

Property was located close to private beach entrance. Beach was clean, water was clear, umbrella and seats were provided. Pool was also available. Never crowded. House located in gated area. 10-15 mins from anywhere. Tons of great restaurants and entertainment. House was very clean and Kathy communicated very well and fast. Had a great family vacation and would definitely be back.

Perfect Stay - Great Location

This cottage is in a great location with a short walk to the beach, which saves a ton of time searching for parking spots. The community pool is nice and surprisingly large with plenty of shaded seating. The beach chair service is a nice addition to the stay as well, for times when your group wants to split up, some going to the beach, some to the pool, etc. The cottage was clean and spacious for my 7 family members. Kitchen had all the utensils needed to enjoy family meals. The owner/mgmt was very attentive and communicative when asked about laundry detergent and brought it over right away! Check-in instructions were straightforward with all access codes given days ahead. My only suggestion, is to include more towels specifically washcloths. Other than that, this was the perfect cottage, perfect location, perfect stay!

Nice rental for family vacation

We've been coming to the Destin area for our spring break family vacation for 7 years, and we like being in Miramar Beach the most. This rental house was nice in accommodating our family (6 adults and two children under 10). We had good bedrooms (although the first floor adult beds need new mattresses) and ample space for our group. It was unusual to have the living room and kitchen on the second floor, but no problem adjusting to that. The second floor deck provided a nice sitting area, especially in the evening. The house was well equipped and reasonably comfortable, and was very conveniently located to the beach and pool. Our main issues were cleanliness (there was sand in our sheets and under the dining table) and the first floor beds need new mattresses (they tend to sink you inward). That said, we enjoyed our stay overall.

Perfect Sept Stay

Great place to spend some quiet time at the beach with a family or even a few families. Great location a short walk to the beach and very good sized pool. The layout was a bit different than most, with the kitchen and living room on the top floor but ended up loving it. Check in and out was super easy and the house was very clean. Will definitely stay again!

Great Beach Retreat!

Our family of 10 enjoyed the house, close proximity to the beach plus there are places to eat within walking distance! The chairs & umbrella at the beach were appreciated & helpful. Kathy was great & quick with responses to any questions!

Great Location

I love the location of this house! It is an easy walk to the beach, but you maintain your privacy in the gated community. The grounds are exceptionally maintained and the house was very clean. It had a good selection of cooking utensils/pots and pans.

Family Christmas in Miramar Beach

Great property with room for the whole family. Close to the beach. Only complaint is the beds are too soft. We’re very pleased with our property manager, Kathleen. She does a great job from booking to checking in on us during the visit. Very informative.

Ready to go back!

We were in town to celebrate a family member's accomplishments. The first day was warm enough to go to the beach, but the rest of the time we visited attractions in and near the Destin area. Throughout our trip, our best connections happened when we returned to the house. We found absolutely everything we needed there, and we enjoyed every minute of our time. We are ready to return to Florida, and we definitely want to be back to this home!

Great Value

This cottage is a wonderful place to house multiple people and be close to everything. The walk to the beach is literally 2 minutes. The drive to Whole foods was about 5-10 min and to Publix was about 10-15. There is at least one restaurant within walking distance, and our older teens enjoyed walking the couple of miles to the local Coffee shop in the mornings. The younger teens appreciated the local arcades, and things to do. We had a day of poor weather and the unit is loaded with games and puzzles thanks to the host. The main reason we rented the home was because of the bunk room where all 5 teen girls could room together - which would use the pull-out trundle in that room. However, it really would be better for smaller children. The beds were fine, but no extra room for their stuff. So some overflowed to the queen-sized room and it all worked out just fine. Luckily that room didn't have an occupant. All of the beds & pillows in all rooms were comfortable. The kitchen is amply stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. A nice refrigerator that has ice/water that actually tastes good. We never needed to buy toilet paper as their "get you started" amount was plenty for 5 days / 9 people. Same for paper towel. Bring trash bags, dish soap, and laundry soap (if you do laundry on vacation). They have full-sized washer/dryer in this unit! The small neighborhood is nice and quiet. Can't quite hear the ocean, and no view except of the small courtyard. The work out room is a little lacking & in need of repair or upgrades (not the fault of the host though, and only mentioning it in case the reader is an avid gym rat). Overall, when you put location + amenities + beach access + great price, it is one of the nicest places we have stayed over the 10 years we have been coming to the gulf. Ms. Kathy truly takes care of the property well and actually cares that you have a great time and enjoy yourselves. It was a pleasure working with her.

Great little cottage community & perfect beach location...

We will be back...this was absolutely perfect for my mother to walk down when she could & for my teens to enjoy the ocean & all that Destin had to offer us. We were extremely happy without the decision to stay with Kathleen at The 4 Seas Cottage in Miramar Beach!

Our first Destin trip

Our family really enjoyed our first trip to Destin. The booking process was easy. And the property manager was very helpful. The house was very nice and just fit our crew. One thing that could be improved is the cookware. Very old and really needs updating.
