Entra in questa splendida residenza cittadina rinnovata di recente! Grande open space con 1350 piedi quadrati di vita aperta! Questa spaziosa casa offre 2 master suite! Una suite ospita un letto king size con 42 "TV a schermo piatto, con un bagno completo in suite. La seconda camera da letto principale ha un letto queen size con un Queen Sleeper e una TV a schermo piatto da 32 ". Bello sul bagno privato senza badare a spese! Il soggiorno ospita anche un ampio open space e una grande TV a schermo piatto da 55 ", con canali via cavo e HD (la TV è connessa WIFI !!) e tende nere, bel mezzo bagno fuori dal soggiorno. Regina dormiente nel soggiorno per gli ospiti extra. La cucina è completamente ristrutturata e georgeous con tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile di fascia alta e ripiani in granito, apri del vino elettrico con secchiello di raffreddamento del vino, per quelle notti speciali!Lavatrice e asciugatrice di dimensioni complete nell'unità! Patio recintato con sdraio e doccia per la privacy e gli animali domestici per girovagare in sicurezza!

La barca scivola sulla baia, è a pochi passi dalla baia dove si può tirare su una barca, primo arrivato, primo servito per il parcheggio di breve durata. Nessun attracco notturno. I rimorchi non possono essere parcheggiati sulla proprietà. Dovrai affittare uno spazio in uno dei porti turistici dell'isola per il trailer. (Vorrei raccomandare di effettuare prenotazioni in uno dei porti turistici per la vostra barca per assicurarsi di avere un posto).

C'è un grill a gas e un ampio tavolo patio con sei sedie e due pouf.

Relaxing

We loved our stay here and would stay again it is very clean quite and cozy. We were able to bring our dachshund with us and not worry about letting him out. The nice deck with fence was a perfect little spot to sit and drink your coffee and let your pup hang out. The bed was comfy and plenty of pillows. The blackout curtains were great when we slept in one morning. Looks just like pictures on their site. Beach access is perfect to be across the street. Wifi was great for my class i had to attend on my laptop. phone charging on end table and i forgot my blow dryer and they have one in each bathroom! Wonderful last min vacation. Thank You :)

Great Experience

The rental was very clean, true to the listing, and great location. The property manager, Kimberly, was excellent with communication via text. The dishwasher went out the day before our stay and it was replaced before we arrived. This was all communicated to us quickly and very appreciated.

Comfy, Spacious, Convenient

Our family would stay here again. Pros: Mgt team very good at communication with us before and during our stay. Very clean and modern comfy feeling inside. Plenty of space for our family to spread out. Convenient parking spot(s) for the unit which is like 15 feet to your front door. 2-3 minute walk to the beautiful beach (you can see the beach pavilion from the unit and the daily green/yellow/red beach flag). Well stocked bath towels and beach towels. Garden hose on the deck to rinse off the beach sand. Nice deck area we used for breakfast every morning. Cons The only thing to mention is the 2nd bedroom for the kids is about 20-30 feet from the 35MPH road. Not a problem in the middle of the night as the area is quiet and devoid of traffic, but you will hear roadnoise from cars passing by around 7 or 7:30AM. Minor headsup items: No cooking oil or salt or pepper found. 1 pack of powered dishwasher for one load and no laundry soap. So BYO. Bathroom soaps and bath shampoo are provided in limited qty.

Perfect location

This condo was the perfect location for what we were looking for. A quick walk to the beach and a convenient boat passenger pick up right next door. We brought our boat and were able to park at the slip next door when we needed a break for lunch while on the water. I definitely recommend if this is the location and amenities your are looking for.

Super Great Stay!

This place was perfect for our family of five! Everything was just as listed and shown. It was clean, and stocked with what we needed. The host was super easy to communicate with, and we enjoyed the fact that we could easily just walk across to the beach! We will definitely plan to stay again should we be in the area! ❤️

Just as advertised

Could not have asked for a better location. The townhome is directly across from a beach access, as well as an Italian restaurant, and a couple of seafood places just down the street. The area is quiet, and it's easy enough to drive to the main streets. The townhome is very nice and roomy. Kitchen is well equipped. Please note that the bedrooms are located upstairs, and the stairs are steep. The home was nicely decorated and clean. Manager kept in contact regularly. If you are bringing a pet, there is a nice area off the deck that is enclosed.

The property was clean and the location was great. If we had any questions, the property management was very quick to respond and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we should return to Ft. Walton Beach.

Yearly sister trip

Location is excellent…directly across from the beach. I do wish description mentioned it was 2 floors as I have hip/knee issues so stairs were difficult. I would have preferred one story condo. There were a couple of maintenance issues that I reported & got an immediate phone call. It is roomy, clean & most needs were furnished.
