    The Space:

    Pelican Isle 205 is a gorgeously decorated condo located directly on the sugar-white sands of Okaloosa Island. The light and welcoming decor provides a truly at-home ambience from the moment you enter. Upon entering, you will find the bedroom on the right, featuring a large TV and bright decor and furnishings. The bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway. Nestled in the hall area on the right are twin bunk beds with high-definition Visio 24-inch TVs. At the end of the hallway is a stackable washer/dryer, allowing you to pack light and leave plenty of space for souvenirs. The well-equipped kitchen boasts beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage space, and all the utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite meals while on vacation. The kitchen leads into the dining area and living area, allowing for plenty of space for the whole family. Step into the inviting living area, boasting a sofa bed with a memory foam mattress, as well as a TV and DVD player.



    Things to Know

    Check-in time: 4:00 PM.

    Check-out time: 10:00 AM.

    All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

    No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

    Beach service of two chairs and one umbrella is included from March through October.

    All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL

Loved the view. Clean, most everything you need in the kitchen. It did seem like some of the measuring spoons/ cups were missing but we were able to make do with what was available. Ifcooking every meal or staying longer than 2 nights, take toilet tissue, laudry detergent and dish detergent. Would stay again.

Clean and Close to everything

The condo was perfect for my wife and me. The beach and pool are steps outside the condo. The staff is cordial and efficient. Parking was a breeze and the location is just minutes from great food and shopping. The condo itself was clean and well equipped. We would stay here again!

Great accomodations.

Clean. Perfect view. Steps away from beach. We will definitely return. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us. Near shopping and restaurants. We had a wonderful time.

Nice condo with gorgeous view/access to beach

Nice condo in good condition. It overlooks the beach and there is beach access on the property (no need to drive once there). Also, the air conditioning works extremely well (we had to turn up the temp due to the coldness of the a/c - this does not happen often). This is a nice value for the price. We would go there again.

Pelican Isle is easy to access, so very Clean, and right on the gulf! Beautiful condo, with beach service and kitchen is well stocked. That View! The Sound of the ocean! It is what dreams are made of!

Fun in the sun

My husband and I had an amazing time. The condo was clean, and looked just like the pictures, it was spacious. The view out on the balcony was breath taking. We really did enjoy ourselves, it had been a long time since we went on vacation, just the two of us. Will definitely be coming back!!

Great family vacation

The condo was clean and had great amenities...nice tvs (the ones in the bunk beds were a bonus!), nice, new kitchen appliances (the dishwasher was a very quiet one), and comfy furniture. The balcony view was perfect. This unit was away from the pool so noise was low. The beach service was well organized, nothing was too crowded. We will definitely try to come again.

Anniversary trip

Sitting outside watching the sunrise is stunning. Such a beautiful place to spend a few days away from the rush of work life. The place was spotless. Had a comfortable bed. The only thing we found that we were not impressed with, was a musty smell. Perhaps the unit was sitting for a time without any air circulation.

Love Pelican Isle

We’ve been coming to Pelican Isle for several years and love it. This year was one of our best trips. Unit 205 provides everything you need. It has a beach vibe with the pastel colors and decorations. Great view from the balcony. The new mattress was great. I have a finicky back but didn’t have any problems. We recommend this unit without hesitation. Hope your trip is as good as ours.

Beautiful beach view and convenient condo location

We loved this little condo for the 2 of us! If we brought our 2 kids, we still would have had enough space, but anything more than that might be too crowded. Perfect balcony view of the ocean and beach, easy short walk to and from the beautiful beach, a handful of excellent restaurants nearby (but probably too far to walk), plenty of chairs and umbrellas where set up every morning for us on the beach and very family friendly environment! Only downfall for us was the hot tub was out of service. It was chilly one of our days and that would have been a perfect place to spend a little time. This was our first time in the area and we actually loved this location even after driving to Destin to check that area out. I would recommend this place and even stay here again!
