    Il Waters Edge Resort si trova nel cuore dell'isola di Okaloosa, un paradiso per i vacanzieri se cerchi contemporaneamente "Lontano da tutto" e "Vicino a tutto". Il resort dispone di una delle più grandi piscine singole sull'isola di Okaloosa e Fort Walton Beach, e la spiaggia è appena fuori dal ponte della piscina. In effetti, avrai una magnifica vista di entrambi dal tuo balcone privato.

    Ti piace guardare i delfini? Puoi vedere i delfini appena fuori dalla costa quasi ogni giorno. Alcuni sono stati visti vicino come il surf. Le passeggiate mattutine e serali a piedi nudi completeranno i tuoi giorni perfetti di prendere il sole nella sabbia. Cena? A pochi minuti dai migliori frutti di mare sulla costa del Golfo.

    Questa è un'unità "NON FUMATORI" che può ospitare otto persone. Questo condominio è arredato con un letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale, un letto matrimoniale nella seconda camera e letti a castello in una terza camera. Due bagni completi arredati con gusto, lavatrice e asciugatrice e una cucina ben attrezzata con raffinati ripiani in granito aggiungono comfort alla vostra casa lontano da casa.

    La cucina completa è dotata degli ultimi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile ... Piatti, posate e pentole sono inclusi. Ci sono lenzuola, asciugamani e una lavatrice / asciugatrice privata per la vostra convenienza.

    Il balcone è attrezzato con sedie per una serata rilassante nella brezza. Lo scenario è completo con una vista mozzafiato sul Golfo e i suoni delle onde che si infrangono sulla spiaggia. Sarai anche abbastanza vicino al Pool per comunicare facilmente con quelli del tuo gruppo che si trovano sul Pool Deck.

    Goditi albe e tramonti mozzafiato da una delle spiagge più pulite e incontaminate di tutta la Florida. Goditi un rapido allenamento nella palestra in posizione centrale del complesso, rilassati nella più grande piscina sul golfo della zona o fai un minuto a piedi fino alla spiaggia di sabbia bianca di Fort Walton.

Perfect view of the beach. Washing machine didn’t work at first, message maintenance. They messaged back the next day. We had already fixed it ourselves. There was a toy and a plastic bag in the drain line.

Very clean , with all the necessary items to n kitchen. M.Bedroom & bath great! 2nd bedroom ok. Needs new mattress maybe. The small room with bunks. Very small, gets hot in there. Bring a fan! Overall great place!!

Room was cute and perfect location. However, There were many small issues which would be easy fixes that we addressed. Did find several roaches in kitchen and bedroom which we also addressed. Love Waters Edge but would not stay in 412 again.

The location is exceptional. The pool is huge and clean. It would be nice if there was a little shade offered at the pool area as there is none. There is plenty of parking available. The condo was nice size and fairly clean. The balcony is on the smaller size but has a great view of the gulf. The mattresses and beds in the twin room could use an update as everytime my child rolled over, the bed squeaked. Overall, we enjoyed this condo and would definetly stay here again.

Very suitable for the family.

Enjoyed the condo and facilities. Right on the beach so no long treks with all the beach stuff. The condo was well-equipped, clean, and updated. Close to restaurants and Publix. The small bunk room is good for kids but can get warm and stuffy. I would recommend, though, that the condo provide info on how the beach chair process works beforehand so there are no issues with the beach chair police and their “reserved” setups. They can get testy.

On the beach, spectacular sunsets, very relaxing and dolphins.

Gorgeous view, fun location, condo in good condition - clean and comfortable. One issue: Before booking a previous occupant reported the queen bed was very uncomfortable. So I asked about that and I was told the bed had been replaced. My son and daughter in law slept in that room and report the bed extremely uncomfortable and caused back aches. The other beds were fine. This needs to be fixed.

Wouldn't stay here again

The property is beautiful, the room is gorgeous. We came in on Saturday and woke up Sunday with HUNDERDS of roaches everywhere. Not a small amount of them at all. The room needed to be gutted (appliances), exterminated and re-cleaned. The property management company gave us the run around (couldn't speak to a manager) and EVENTUALLY decided to bring us RAID and let us kill them ourselves. They did offer to move us to a different hotel, however we came from Ohio with 4 other families and that wasn't going to work for us. After dealing with spraying RAID all week OURSELVES-we ended up washing and drying ALL of our belongings, taking them STARIGHT to the car, and leaving early form a vacation that we had planned for a year. Very disappointed!!!

Great property, but better condos are available

Water's Edge is a great building with easy beach access and typically has great families as guests. The building staff does a great job at keeping the property clean and tidy. The photos are accurate and there were far less people than we expected in late July. We've been twice before in years passed, and those were both much better experiences. I've reached out to Sunset to provide this feedback privately but have had no response to that email and voicemail, so posting here. I'd have preferred to pass this on directly. Sunset did do a great job of responding to a security concern where we couldn't get the door to lock behind us. It just need a hard pull to close all the way, but their rep was at our door within 30 minutes of me calling their office, with the maintenance guy on speakerphone, no less. That was awesome. This year was a bit disappointing for us, as multiple other guests were blasting loud music at the pool all week long, from suitcase-size speakers, on the beach and at the pool. This unit is right above the pool, so the music continued into our unit, even with the doors closed. I was not excited for my 5yr-old daughter to hear certain rap music, which was not family appropriate. Another guest provided me with enough Toby Keith to last a lifetime. There's no property manager onsite, nor is there even a rule posted around loud music at the pool. (It was in our contract and in the rules Sunset emailed me, but not on signs on property.) To be fair, this was all during the day/early evening. The pool was always quiet by 9:45/10:00. Couple of other detractors from our experience, unfortunately. One, there's bugs. Mostly in the kitchen. We found several in the silverware drawer. The refrigerator took about two days to get groceries cold on arrival, and the dryer needs a few runs to get towels dry at about half capacity. Lastly, the listing describes the unit having high speed internet, but we found it to be only 1-2 mbps. I reset the router a few times. Cable is provided but if you want your kids to have netflix/disney+, bring your own devices. The large TV in the living room is a smart TV, but it would not recognize the wifi. Overall, we love Water's Edge and we feel safe there with our kids. We hunted crabs nightly and watched the fireworks on Wednesday from the pier. Made some great memories. The other guests are typically younger families and we've always made some friends. This unit was priced a bit lower than others so perhap

Perfect Family Spot

Really enjoyed our long weekend here. Communication with property manager was great and the unit was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with anything we could have needed. Beach access was awesome and the pool was large and never crowded. We definitely recommend staying here and are looking forward to returning soon.

Nice condo

Great location, mattress in the master bedroom could use an upgrade was not the most comfortable. Condo was not filthy by any means but just needs a thorough cleaning. I would stay there again. We enjoyed our stay. The complex was nice, pool was very clean. Overall great place.

Perfect Family Getaway

Perfection! No other word could do it justice. Perfect location. Amazing views. Just amazing. Accessibility to the pool and beach could not have been better. The condo was a perfect fit for our family of 6. Very well maintained. Clean. Spacious. Kitchen had all the essentials. We can’t wait to plan our next trip and stay here again. It truly is the perfect place. Watching the kids play, my husband and I kept telling each other we were in paradise.
