Enjoyable stay

The condo itself was very good. We did have some issues with the the living room television and noticed that some of the bedroom doors did not lock, but overall the stay was very good. We were also awakened at 1 AM by a fire alarm (for our 2nd time in 5 years) but of course that was the fault of the condo owner, just something unusual. We would stay again! :)

The location is fantastic and the size of the unit was why I chose it. Missing many practical amenities like no beach towels, only 1 trash bag, no tissues, etc. It felt chintzy for a place that wasnt cheap.

Birthday celebration

Had trouble using the keypad to get in as there is no light outside the door! Had to use a cell phone in order to get in. No one to help as it was late night. Did get a flashlight the next day which disappeared the next and no replacement. The kitchen floor needed to be mopped. Furnishings were a little disappointing but grew on us as time went on. Lots of dishes and cookware! Beds were very comfortable. Was plenty big enough for 6 people including a toddler and entertaining. Quiet. Lots of deck furniture!! Safe for children with some rearranging. Sand toys for kiddos. Loved the 2big chairs. Curtains could use some help. All in all a very good place to stay.

We really enjoyed our time there. The fitness room was adequate for our needs. The facility manager was on the wrist bands and did a great job of keeping folks out who shouldn't be there.

Spring Break 23

Hey everyone, if you are looking for a great place to stay in a great location... this is the place to be. We spent 6 days here and had an excellent time. Everything was just as described on VRBO. The condo had everything we needed and was very spacious. The best thing that happened was we were able to get into our location at noon. That was 4 hours earlier than expected which was great. We cannot thank the owners enough for letting us be able to check in early. If you are coming to Fort Walton, this is the place to be. 5 Stars all the way.

Great location and view! Unit is ready for some cosmetic upgrades. Could use some paint on doors and new light bulbs in bathrooms. If six people are staying, would be nice to get six chairs and four umbrellas on the beach.

We loved the view! The kitchen & living room are quality. All 3 bedrooms i didnt want to touch the doors, the handles, things needed to be washed and then re-painted. You could see the dirt marks from other people. We drove to Destin for most of the shopping & dining. I strongly recommend breakfast at Chicken in the Egg.

Place was filthy and beware of added fees before you book

First of all there was about $1,000 of added fees- so my trip went from $4,269 (price of the 7 nights) to $6,197. So, of course we understand the taxes of $621.... the other fees were $100 damage protection, $260 service fee, RESFEE $69, and cleaning fee $236 (please fire them), and a service fee of $642!!!!!! The place "looked" clean because the tile floors were dark and the kitchen counters were dark. The first day we walked around barefoot and our feet turned black from the filthy floor. There is no way the floors were mopped!!! Probably hadn't been mopped in weeks. Totally disgusting. The furniture was STAINED allover, including the couch, ottoman, and chair- for the price of this place, please at least have clean furniture!!! I have pictures of the furniture I can upload for proof. One of the rooms was not cleaned at all. The shower had hair on the walls from the previous tenants and there was dirty underwear in the closet. The cleaning company didn't clean and they should be fired. Be aware before booking this place. Pros- the view was great and the balcony was clean and had nice furniture.

Property needs some work

We love this condo and stayed there last year as well but the condo needs some work/updates. The condo was not very clean upon arrival. Also there was a big piece of drywall coming down in one of the showers. I would not be staying in this particular condo again, but love the azure property!!
