I can't say enough good things about this property! The views were beautiful and the furniture was comfortable. The condo accommodated our family of 7 comfortably and the one issue we had with the ice machine was worked out very quickly. We appreciated having the cart for thr beach that included chairs and umbrellas was a big perk! The distance to the actual beach is a little bit of a walk, but we didnt mind. It was close enoigh we could come back if we needed anything. My only issue would be that they only provided 4 toilet paper rolls and 2 laundry pods. For a family a 7 we had to buy more this may just be a standard thing, but if i were to change anything that would be it. I would recommend renting a vehicle. The beach and Okaloosa boardwalk are within walking distance however we went to the Destin Boardwalk and Henderson Beach a few diffirent times plus a couple excursions and our vehicle was very helpful to have.

This was our 2nd time staying at Destin West and this property was amazing. The condo was clean and all furnishings were comfortable and stylish. I really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen with all appliances and utensils you would need and then some. The Destin West property is fantastic for families with the beach, pools, and delicious restaurants all within walking distance. We would absolutely rent at this property again. Thank you!

Our family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo overlooking the pool, awesome, lazy river, and Bay. The porch was huge and nice. Communication with the owners was very quick.

Best Condo Rental Yet!

I take my family vacation to the beach each summer so have rented many places. This one was the best one yet. The condo was actually bigger than I expected. The large entry is great with a large bench and wall hooks which was perfect for hanging our beach towels and plenty of space for our cooler, bags and cart full of chairs. Since there is a beach cart already there, I didn’t have to worry with buying one myself which I appreciated. Every room is beautifully decorated and all the furniture and bedding is in excellent condition. The master bedroom and especially bathroom is large and there are extra blankets and plenty of bath towels. The kichen is well stocked. I forgot my crockpot so was happy to see that there was one there already. There were plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and a large array of cooking utensils. The bunk bed room was larger than I thought and was a normal bedroom size. Many places have a tiny bunk room. The living room had enough seating for all of us which was nice. The best was the huge balcony. Loved the comfortable couch/chair patio set instead of just a dining set. The pools/hot tubs are clean and were never over crowded with plenty of loungers and floats. The walk to the beach takes about 10 minutes. Not far but you have to take a few elevators. After two nights of about 20 people all scream singing in unison to loud music til 2am from above us we complained and it was addressed quickly. We will be back next summer!

Everything was great. Less toilet paper than we needed. I think there were 2 rolls, which ended up not being enough. And the frying pans were miserable to clean. Other than that, another great stay!

Everything about this property was amazing! Check in and check out or seamless, the property was very clean and had everything that you could need. The location was convenient to everything we are doing, and the pool area was beautiful.

Beautiful area

We had a wonderful time and the condo was in a great location. Our only issue was we did arrive early (that was our decision) so when we were finally able to get into the condo at 4:00 it wasn’t finished be cleaned. I feel that was rushed because she knew we were waiting to get in.

Family vacation

Condo was perfect for us. Location was great. The drawback was the traffic. Very congested roads. We enjoyed the lazy River which was at the property. Would use this again. Easy communication with getting into condo n leaving. Would have liked to check out a little later than 10 am.

Fall Family Vacation

This condo was clean and roomy. The bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked. Instructions for using TVs, lights, etc. were clearly marked with easy to understand instructions. Communication with David was great. We enjoyed the extra large balcony with beautiful views of the bay, pools and lazy river. Overall, a nice place to spend our fall family vacation.

Sport Tournament Frienldly

Two families stayed at this condo and were in town for a softball tournament/vacation. The condo was very accommodating for both families and kids, and the parking was substantial enough not to fight for a parking spot. I would recommend this unit to anyone who had a large party in need of a place in this area.
