Il patio privato di Islander Beach Resort, unità 2012 offre splendide viste sull'oceano (Golfo del Messico) e privacy. Islander Beach Resort, unità 2012 viene fornito completo di 3 camere da letto, una cucina completa, 21/2 bagni, soggiorno e zona pranzo, divano letto estraibile, TV via cavo, WiFi e molto altro.

L'unità 2012 si trova sul lato ovest di Islander Beach, al secondo livello con una vista diretta sull'oceano. Tutte le unità sono dotate di parcheggio, servizio spiaggia e accesso completo al resort. Anche se Destin e le sue numerose attrazioni sono solo a breve distanza in auto, questo tratto di Powder White Beach è molto più privato. Nasty unit NOT RENOVATED

I had to spend the first day cleaning and picking up cigars off back porch! This place was nasty we had to get sand out of beds day 1 before we went to beach!!!! Windows were messed up could not see out of sliding goass door . Made maagement aware of issues they did nothing to fix in!!!

NOT CHILD FRIENDLY

The door had no inside locks on bathrooms or door going outside . If you have small ones that can open doors this is not for you. When we arrived there was already sand in beds and on floor we had to clean the place.

Beautiful

Great stay for our family. We had a large group that reserved multiple units and it was perfect! Quick access to the beach and beach chairs set up every day for us. Wonderful chance to create great memories for our family. Rooms were spacious and well equipped with everything we needed.

Relaxation is what the doctor ordered

Pictures speak volumes and for this unit, it's exactly as pictured and I couldn't be happier. The location is perfect, very close to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. The balcony was my stop to hang out at night, just listening to the waves. Quiet neighbors at night was a plus. I give 10 stars to the cleaning crew, the unit was extremely clean and everything was exactly as stated on the description. I'm happy to have stayed here and would highly recommend it.

Pictures were to the tee. Everything was jus right! Great place to stay.

Our experience over all was great! Only think is the vacuum was hard to use. I am a clean freak and wanted to try and keep things as clean as one could. View was perfect!

Our stay at Islander Beach resort

We loved our stay. The gulf front view was gorgeous. The condo is spacious, clean and well appointed. The rental agent, Sunset, was easy to work with and prompt when an issue arose. We will be coming back next year.

Great beach location right on the water. Lot of minor items should be addressed in condo. For example none of the bathroom door locks work, hard to get privacy from little kids!

Beachfront with amazing view

Condo is large with amazing ocean view and easy access to pool and ocean. The rental company is not flexible with check in time 4 pm and check out time 10 am even if no one is there before and after you which for me is frustrating.

Islander Beach Resort Unit 2012

My husband and I along with my daughter, son-in-law, and there 3 boys stayed a week at Unit 2012 at Islander Beach Resort May 7-13. We enjoyed our stay. It was right on the beach with an absolutely beautiful view. The condo was large and very nice. We enjoyed our week there. It was very close to the pool and the walkway to the beach, which was great. My only complaint is the kitchen utensils were a little lacking. We had to go out and purchase a few items to be able to prepare our meals. The blender didn’t work, there was not a peeler in the unit, the corkscrew was very difficult to use, there wasn’t a muffin pan, and the vegetable shredder was very flimsy and was difficult to use. The sofa was a very pretty piece of furniture, but was very hard to sit on as the seat part slanted down and the back was very uncomfortable, so we ended up sitting in the floor instead of on the sofa. There were two very comfortable recliners that were great. Overall the unit was great and we would rent it again.

A touch of heaven for an entire month

This condo is perfect. We were 4 seniors spending the month of February on The Gulf. The 3 bedrooms (4 beds) and 2-1/2 baths were perfect for us. The view and sound effects were outstanding. We often ate in so the well-stocked kitchen was much appreciated. We had one "mechanical" issue and Sunset had a repair person there very promptly. With the exception of an overcast February our month in this condo was perfect.

The views are great

Initially we had a wonderful 1st impression, beautiful views-the pull out couch was a bit small and worn. Unfortunately, my 3 young children and my husband and I were evacuated due to the largest Hurricane to hit the panhandle ever, Hurricane Michael. We found out Sunset Rentals expected us to return after the hurricane moved more East (return?? Really??). We never received an email to come back or read that in their policies that you must return. Where should we have stayed while waiting out the hurricane? Many hotels were booked-how did we know there was not damage, power outages, flooding, etc? Their policy does say you will be reimbursed 75% of your stay if you are under mandatory evacuation-which we were. Sadly, we were only reimbursed 2 days(tue/wed) instead of Tue, Wed, Th, Fri and Sat. We emailed them asking how they would fix this and never heard back. We are truely disappointed in this company and their lack of understanding and integrity.

Die Wohnung ist gross und gut ausgestattet. Sehr gute Kontaktaufnahme und Abwicklung von allem! Betten sind gross und bequem. WLAN einwandfrei. Pool war sehr warm im April und der Strand lässt keine Wünsche offen.
