Tu e i tuoi cari sarete in grado di godere delle splendide viste che l'isola di Okaloosa ha da offrire direttamente dal vostro salotto e dalla zona pranzo!
Ampio balcone con sedie alte perfettamente su misura per ammirare viste mozzafiato e splendidi tramonti da questo balcone.

Questa unità può ospitare fino a 6 persone e comprende un letto queen-size nel master, letti a castello nel corridoio e un divano letto estraibile nella zona giorno. Completamente attrezzata e pronta per il viaggiatore, la cucina comprende tutti gli utensili da cucina necessari e c'è anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice impilabili per la massima comodità di vacanza. Quindi prepara le tue infradito e dirigiti verso la Costa Smeralda dove ti attendono sole, sabbia di zucchero e acqua salata!

Quality of condo for the price

I was very disappointed. The unit was not updated as compared to other units I visited. The carpet was filthy especially where the vanities areas were. It was wet the whole time we were there. Tbe vent in the bathroom was hanging from the ceiling. The paint was peeling on the inner doors.. For the price, I was expecting a nicer place. I wish we would have stayed in a hotel. It would have been cheaper for the same quality of the condo. No wonder this was the only condo left when we booked it. Very disappointed.

Perfect location

Easy access to the beach, not very crowded, especially compared to the larger adjacent condos. Umbrella and chairs are setup very early, lifeguards patrolled frequently. Lots of seaweed and surf, but access to Destin beaches is also just a few minutes away. The pool was relatively clean as well. The unit itself probably needs some updates, but not much to complain about.

The carpets in the bath, hall and bedroom were filthy. The rest of the unit was clean. The cabinet's surface in kitchen was literally peeling off. There are no "extras" in this unit, cards, games, etc. Overall, overpriced considering the condition of the unit.

Emerald Towers West

Location was great and we had plenty of beach time with great views from our 1st floor deck. The unit is in need of some upgrades/repairs but it suited our needs. Ceiling pain was peeling in places, carpet had holes, kitchen cabinets had serious issues with the covering peeling off, only one wine glass , bathroom door was damaged from moisture and needs to be replaced. Maintenance did bring us a couple of new chairs for the deck since there was only one that wasn’t broken. Unit hasn’t been kept up but still had what we needed. Would be an excellent choice if owner spent a little to updat the interior.

Great family stay

This unit was perfect for us and our two boys (ages 7 and 11). The 11 year old slept on the pullout for more space. The patio was fantastic to sit out and watch the waves, especially in the morning with a cup of coffee. The size of the condo was great (not overcrowded). It was also nice to be close to all the area activities, but not in the middle of all the traffic. We were there for a week and were close to good Restaurants, the pier, miniature golf, go-carts, Gulfarium, Publix, and took a day to experience Crab Island. Crab Island Adventure Tours was great. Overall, great stay! We probably should have, but we did not take advantage of the activity perks that came with the property. Maybe next time.

Place was okay but noisy

The condo itself was okay. But everything in that place is noisy! The bed in the one main bedroom creaks and squeaks EVERYTIME you get in and out and EVERYTIME you roll over during the night. Making it impossible to stay asleep. The top bunk bed my child slept in sounded like she was sleeping on a rubber balloon EVERYTIME she moved during the night. Again making it impossible to stay asleep throughout the night. I slept on the couch to avoid the noise from the bed and the clock on the wall in the kitchen has the loudest ticking I’ve ever heard. Finally, the a/c vent on the kitchen wall that blows into the living room rattled EVERYTIME the ENTIRE time it was running. I don’t know if there was a loose piece of metal or a piece of plastic in the vent area or what. The curtains were very hard to move back and forth on the sliding doors facing the ocean. The rod and the metal circles that are supposed to slide up and down the rod were rusty so they stuck badly. And although this didn’t necessarily affect our stay, the rust from the metal pieces was also on the white curtains and made them look dingy. There were two extra pillows up in the closet that we would’ve liked to have used but there were no extra pillowcases to put on them. We mostly enjoyed the condo and the location but the lack of sleep and the irritating noises did leave a negative cloud over our stay.

Great week at the beach

We enjoyed our week at the beach. The condo was a little out dated. The furniture on the patio was not usable which was frustrating. We did see a couple of roaches outside around the doors. But overall the room was clean and seemed well kept. With an update I’d go back.

Perfect location

We were looking to be further away from the hustle and bustle of Destin and on the beach. This was a great location. We didn’t spend much time in the unit because it was so easy to be on the beach. We enjoyed the patio and chair service. The unit had everything we needed even though it is dated and has carpet, it was perfect for our needs.

Is Worth the price

The property is nice but could use newer furniture. Some drawers don’t function, all the beds squeak really bad the blender needs to be replaced or washed and disinfected smelled awful. The cleaning crew left trash and dirty socks from previous renters.

Needs some updates

Both couches are worn out. Top bunkbed has a hole in the middle where it's so worn out. Dishwasher would not work on any setting. Besides that the place was nice. Good location nice and quiet.

Nice location but won’t stay again

The 1st floor room and parking were perfect. The ocean front view was perfect. However, it’s unbelievable to me that the owners of this unit read the reviews about the uncomfortable mattresses and do nothing to fix the problem. There are complaints dating back a few years regarding the mattresses. An easy remedy one would think. I don’t recall ever sleeping on such a lumpy, squeaky, uncomfortable bed - EVER! I moved to the couch the second night. The bunk beds were equally uncomfortable as you could feel the bars through the thin mattresses. The kitchen was dated, but that was manageable. I suggest these owners invest in new beds. I feel like they are losing renters, as this was a last minute booking for me, and this condo was the only one bedroom available with ocean front. I almost didn’t book because of the bad reviews. I would only return or recommend this room if the mattresses were replaced.
