Incredibile vista frontale del golfo e completamente arredata, questa unità è impressionante con elettrodomestici di fascia alta, una cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e WIFI gratuito! Splendida pavimentazione in piastrelle in tutto e grande ORA !!! Cucina completamente attrezzata, due bagni e una lavatrice e asciugatrice nel condominio aggiungono solo alla comodità di questo rifugio sulla spiaggia. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia poco affollata, ti sentirai a tuo agio e rilassato sarà facile. Sia che tu stia godendo la tua vacanza seduti sulle sedie da spiaggia libere riservate o sul tuo balcone privato sulla spiaggia, non crederai alla bellezza che la Costa Smeralda ha da offrire!

The room was clean and we enjoyed being beach side. It was also quiet there. The bed was comfortable and we are picky about a comfortable bed. We didn't use the pool, so can't leave a review for it or the gymThe parking wasn't good. We were paranoid each time we left that we'd return and there would be not parking for us. The instructions said to "park in front of the building" and there were not enough places for everyone and there is no other place to park. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great Beach Views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd year renting this unit (unfortunately it's booked for next year). We just love this place ! It's perfectly located , clean and quite. There is covered parking if you desire that. As always the case with rentals of this nature the furniture is either too soft or too hard lol. Any questions or problems Brooks and shorey are on it quickly.

This had to be the place i needed to go to, to really relax, I was just in Ahh. I loved it all. Oh might get a new bed, the blocks under the bed you can feel threw the bed. Other then that, i have no complaints

Great Location

The location was great, the rental was spacious. The rooftop pool was wonderful. Our unit had a Murphy bed which was a big hit with the kids. The check-in and out process was simple and hassle free. The only mild inconveniences at the time of our visit was the elevator not working for a short time, and the smell of our rental when we first arrived. The staff was responsive and friendly. Overall a great time!

Overall this was a very good property. I would recommend it. Some of the positive highlights were the small size of the building in general made it a quieter area. The view was incredible and the property was clean. The master bed was fairly comfortable. The communication with the property manager Brooks & Shorey Resorts was prompt and helpful. The pool on the roof is an exceptional amenity, fun and very unique. Some small suggestions for the future would be some updating including: the kitchen area- cabinets, counters and refresh on the living room chairs. Also a little more contemporary decorating would go a long way - four large pictures were haphazardly hung in the bedroom and were not centered. Condo could use some new barstool cushions etc. Also a few more thoughtful things like coffee filters and maybe a small bag of coffee for the first night/morning. None of these were major but these small touches are important and for the price point probably necessary updates. Also, the fitness room had pictures from 1994/1995, a VHS player with the workout videos "The Firm" from 2001. We used that space but 1000 from the HOA fees could probably do wonders for an update/refresh. The main reason I gave this four stars instead of five is the checkout time of 10am. Even then we had a knock on the door from the cleaning staff at 9:30 (and although she was very sweet), a 10am checkout on vacation is already early so to feel rushed at the end was a little disappointing. Grade "B"

The unit was very clean, the Brooks and Shorey Staff was extremely helpful and available. We did need maintenance for a minor problem and Mike was super professional and genuinely a nice guy. New kitchen coffee makers, plenty of kitchenware and towels. Condo was fantastic. Building has issues!! Elevators only work half the time and will never come to the 7th or 3rd floors. There was an alarm going off loudly in the lobby the entire time we were there. Took pictures and sent to property management several times, no one came out. Lock on pool gate does not always accept codes. Got locked inside pool with other guests. Finally box opened gate.

There is a new couch but there is not a loveseat. That made for limited seating for our party of four. There are only 2 chairs on the balcony so limited seating there also. Nicely updated bathrooms, except counter in master bath. Kitchen has not been updated but appliances were new. Nice set of cookware available, but there is not a crockpot. Cooking utensils provided were just the basics, but adequate.

Reviewer Comments: The Gulfside complex was a lot smaller that we had stayed at before so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but from the minute we pulled into the parking lot we were amazed! There was a lady outside (I wish I’d gotten her name) we asked her about the parking and she was so sweet and helpful. She told us she had lived there 23 years, she even offered to spot for us pulling the truck in. The “smaller complex” turned out to be a plus because we never had trouble finding open beach chairs/unbrellas (the condo comes with free beach service) and the pool was pretty much always empty! And oh that pool! The rooftop pool was amazing! You look right out into the ocean from the pool, and we spent a lot of time up there since we had kinda yucky weather and double red flags on the beach during most of our stay! It’s further down the beach than we are used to, so not really anything in walking distance, but the location had its advantages because it was a lot less crowded and that made the traffic situation easier! I have no complaints and I’ve already been recommending this unit to my friends! Also, if you love fresh seafood, eat at The Shack. There were 4 adults that stayed and we had plenty of room. The balcony had a beautiful view, we spent alot of time out there, but also watched movies together in the living room. I could go on and on lol. A good time was had by all and I highly recommend this unit!!!

Beautiful condo, amazing view. We really enjoyed our stay, nice quiet 15-unit building. The condo was spotless, super easy to check in and out. Our host was great with communication; responses were communicated timely. The daily free activities provided with our stay were awesome.

Honest Review

This is a spacious, clean and mostly up to date condo. It's in a great location and bed is comfortable. The bathrooms are very nice and pool is beautiful with great view. The cons for my family: Kitchen is poorly stocked. There are no pitchers to make tea or any beverage by the gallon. The pots and pans are horrible. Very few measuring tools. The slide out mechanism for the trash can was not fastened to the cabinet. It kept falling into floor. The mattress is comfortable but the bedding is hospital bed grade. The sheets are like paper and the comforter has no weight to it. Luckily we bring our own blanket but will bring sheets if we stay again. The big rug in living room needs to be replaced or shampooed regularly. The unit was very clean except for this item. It is very dirty and needs attention. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and so is the view. The downside to the pool is that it appears to be the local watering hole for the seagulls. In 1 day they had left poop and feathers all around the pool. Honestly for the price I think it should have just a touch more of home to it. Not saying it's a bad unit because it's not. Not saying we wouldn't book it again. Just buy some decent bedding and stock the kitchen so people can cook some basic things and make tea or Kool aid.

Perfect

This is by far my favorite vrbo spot so far. It is close enough to everything but far enough to not be too crowded!We will definitely be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our first big the season family vacation. This condo didn’t disappoint with the perfect ocean front view, sophisticated beachy decor, conveniently located to many things and comfortable furniture . Would highly recommend.

Very nice condo and location!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very nice condo and location but had a few problems with my stay! The pool was closed for 3 days due to painting which really sucked. Then the elevator didn’t work off and on the whole stay. I have severe back problems and had to climb stairs almost daily! Other than that I guess would’ve been very nice. For the price I was very unsatisfied!

All great except-

The place was perfect location and as described. Note - bring ice if you’d like to go straight to beach. Plumbing pipes and couch both make crazy noises, all the time. Our only real issue was no one told us the pool was under construction during our visit. We were extremely disappointed no one notified us so we could look at other options or offered to offset some of the costs for an amenity we picked location for. (Roof pool vs those that sun is blocked out by building). I couldn’t imagine if kids had been with us. As disappointed as we were, I couldn’t even fathom how disappointed kids would be. The contractors blocked a lot of parking spots unnecessarily but luckily we got one each day.
