  Il nostro condominio non fumatori si trova direttamente sul Golfo del Messico. Le due doppie porte scorrevoli in vetro che conducono al balcone privato offrono una vista mozzafiato sulla spiaggia bianca di zucchero e l'acqua verde smeraldo senza ostacoli da edifici circostanti.

La camera da letto ha un bellissimo letto king size, un cassettone, due comodini, specchio, televisione, videoregistratore / dvd e un mezzo bagno. Il soggiorno è decorato con due divani letto queen / full size che offrono sistemazioni confortevoli per due persone in più. Tutti i piani del condominio sono coperti con bella gres porcellanato.

Non c'è bisogno di sprecare il vostro tempo prezioso e denaro per esaurirsi per colazioni e pranzi di fast food. La cucina è attrezzata per rendere il vostro soggiorno confortevole e conveniente. Il contatore unico raddoppia come un tavolo da pranzo si dà una vista perfetta sull'oceano mentre si cena.

Il complesso 27 unità offre una piscina con sedie a sdraio, bagni e docce esterne. Il complesso è abbastanza lontano dalla strada principale di essere un'esperienza davvero tranquilla, ma è a pochi minuti di distanza da alcuni dei ristoranti della Costa Smeralda più popolari, la vita notturna e attrazioni per la famiglia.

Godetevi un notevole risparmio rispetto ad altri condomini con servizi simili.

Condo era bellissima e la vista stupenda. Ci siamo sentiti così vicino all'acqua.

Le nostre fauci sceso non appena abbiamo aperto la porta. A causa dell'apertura del condominio abbiamo potuto vedere tutta la strada verso l'oceano, era così bello. Questo appartamento era così pulito e aveva un odore meraviglioso. Un raro trovare per il prezzo. Grazie per la condivisione!

I love it!

Mark and Cindy have a beautiful beachfront property. We got chair and umbrella service that came with the condo as well! We had a blast on vacation! Excellent views of the ocean from the balcony. There is nothing quite like waking up and seeing, smelling and hearing the ocean. Mark and Cindy went out of their way to make sure that we felt welcome at their beautiful property. It truly felt like a home away from home. If I could give them more than 5 stars I definitely would. We definitely recommend them to anyone looking at taking a trip to Fort Walton. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you Mark and Cindy for your hospitality!

Perfect location

This property is a low density building, which means far less crowds in front of building on the beach. The owners have prepaid for beach service, a bit of shade from the sun. The unit is as described and the owners leave staples like salt pepper, spices, oils and cleaning supplies in the cabinet. Check the cabinets before you go to the store. Cindy was quick to answer any questions that we had. She also left snacks for us and fresh flowers, such a sweet gesture you don’t receive from management companies. Take note this small building doesn’t have an elevator. The board walk to beach also has stairs.

Absolutely Perfect!

We had a wonderfully relaxing getaway thanks to Cindy & Mark sharing their beautiful condo! The view from this unit is spectacular, and the unit had literally everything we needed to prepare all of our meals on site after a short drive to Publix and Gulf Coast Seafood. We would love to visit again very soon! Thank you again!

Quiet Ocean View on the Beach

This is a lovely condo with a great balcony overlooking the beach. There were nice chairs and table on the balcony and beach chairs were available to take to the beach. The Kitchen was very well equipped. Cindy was a lovely host and provided fruit and fun snacks. However, If you are sensitive to fragrance as I am, this is not the condo for you. All the linens and furniture upholstery were strongly scented permeating the entire condo.

Best spot on the beach!

Beautiful condo with beautiful views right from the living room. This condo is about as close to the water as you can get. Mrs. Cindy was wonderful and answered any questions we had. The condo very clean and even came with snacks, fresh flowers and play toys for the kids. Our family of 4 fit comfortably here. We would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks again!!

Wonderful trip

We had a fantastic time on Okaloosa Island! The condo was wonderful! Plenty of room, stocked well with cooking necessities, towels, linens, etc. Cindy, the owner, is the kindest person! Wonderful Memories Made Here

My daughter and grandchildren stayed four nights here. The view off the balcony was amazing. We loved that we were right on the beach. We liked that the condo was away from all the traffic. It was very quiet. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We would love to stay here again.

Perfect view, location, beach, and condo

What a lovely stay! Perfect condo for our family with a great beach view. Want to watch dolphins and stingrays jump out of the beautiful turquoise water and pristine white sandy beach? This is the place! The condo itself is well furnished and stocked with everything you need. A really nice touch was the snacks, sand toys, and flowes left for us. HIghly recommend this property!

Breath Taking

The owner of the property was so kind. Cindy called us a couple hours prior to check in to inform us the balcony was boarded up and not accessible.The construction that was supposed to have been completed was still being done. I must say this was extremely disappointing. When I book for vacation I always book property with a balcony beach front view and Cindy did try everything in her power to find a solution. She called her friends to see if they had property available and even offered the condo next door that had a window to see out of. Cindy offered to refund us 50% of our money. She literally tried everything and we were much appreciative. The property is nice the beach is amazing the water was so beautiful. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Cindy for all that you did and congrats on the new grand baby !

Weekend at the beach

Wonderful place for us (semi-retired couple) to spend a few days at the beach after a short business trip. Lots of dining establishments nearby, beautiful beach with chairs / umbrella included, well kept and appointed unit. Our host, Cindy, was very gracious and accommodating. The perfect week!

We really enjoyed this quiet little condo and the beautiful gulf view from our balcony! It was clean and stocked with everything we needed for the week. Our kiddos enjoyed the beach toys and pool area. We will definitely be back!

Three words VIEW, VIEW, VIEW!!!

Breakfast and coffee everyday on balcony overlooking the beautiful view of the ocean and well kept beach.. Moonlit glistening over the ocean at night.. Great location, quieter end and less busy. But still able to drive into Destin if you want. Spent almost everyday on beach, which was right there, AND you can't beat the beach Service. You are provided with chairs and umbrella everyday. The unit also had a washer and dryer which was also a plus. Thanks so much to our hosts for the beautiful flowers and card for our anniversary. We had a wonderful week.

Great cozy condo with a breathtaking view

The condo was very clean, had a direct view of the ocean and beautiful beachy decorations. Loved our stay here. Right on the beach. Quite neighborhood. The hosts was very friendly and attentive. Even has a nice goody welcome basket waiting for us. Would definitely stay here again.
