    Non rimarrai deluso da questo alloggio di alto livello! La tua casa lontano da casa include il servizio giornaliero di spiaggia. Bella pavimentazione ristrutturata in tonalità di legno naturale pone le basi per la vostra vacanza speciale in questo condominio ben arredato con vista sull'oceano e sul favoloso cortile Waterscape. Brand new Queen divano letto e divanetto sono comodi ed eleganti. Ogni cuccetta a due letti ha il proprio TV tto.

    Waterscape è l'ultima destinazione per le vacanze sulla Costa Smeralda per coloro che apprezzano davvero le strutture ricettive di lusso per l'intera famiglia. Dal lussureggiante paesaggio alle sabbie bianche zuccherose del suo lungomare di 490 piedi, Waterscape offre ciò che tutti cercano in una vacanza in famiglia. Non c'è davvero nient'altro piace.

    Come se la spiaggia non fosse abbastanza, il bellissimo cortile su due livelli è un parco acquatico di 10.000 piedi quadrati perfetto per prendere il sole, nuotare e osservare la gente. Che si tratti di un tuffo nella piscina principale con la sua incredibile cascata da 10 ", zero entry point e sfida di corda per bambini, un galleggiante sul LAY-Z-RIVER, un tuffo nella piscina superiore più silenziosa o giocando con il tuo bambino nel pad per il kiddie zona, Waterscape ha tutto.

    Goditi la comodità dello snack bar in stile cabana che serve panini, snack e cocktail. O accendi una delle griglie a gas per una famiglia Bar-B-Q a bordo piscina. Le attività per bambini sponsorizzate dal resort si aggiungono al divertimento. Si può anche godere del centro fitness all'avanguardia situato dietro la cascata con vista di tutta l'azione. The room smelled and felt clean when we got there. We had a great trip, no issues. Will book again for sure. ( Take an extra band to the pool with you, some of them seem to work only half the time. )We didn’t have hot water issues and the cleaning crew let us grab our bands so we could head to the pool since we arrived early.

We had a great stay! Our first time at The Waterscape Resort! It’s a nice place especially if you have children lots of amenities for them at the pool/complex. Unfortunately our visit in Florida this year the weather was unseasonably cool. Thank goodness they have a heated pool!

The condo was well equipped but I was glad I brought extra trash bags, in future I’d bring paper towels and salt and pepper. The condo was beautiful and had a good view of the ocean and was convenient to the elevators to get to the pool. I like a heavier blanket on the bed so I was glad they had extra throw blankets in the closets. I wish the spare bedroom had a shade over the upper window to cut down on some light but that was a small inconvenience. We unfortunately had terrible weather, June tropical storm, and double red flags when we were there so that was disappointing. The pool at the condo was great and if it hadn’t been raining and cold everyday it would have been very enjoyable.

Fall Break @ Fort Walton Beach

It was a good experience booking/communicating with Pinkie. Nice accommodations, great view of pools and beach. Was fantastically so easy to get to beach and loved the setup.

Perfect family stay

We travel to the emerald coast every year for our family beach vacation. This was by far our favorite location that we have stayed. Perfect for the kids with the resort pools and beach side without commute The resort was super family friendly and the unit was everything we hoped for Thank you!

Great condo for kids

We had a great time, perfect resort for families with kids. Only downside was the air conditioning never got below 70* but they did have fans so it wasn’t bad. Very clean, we will definitely be back.

Review

A few areas of the condo were not fully clean but overall it was very good. Hall smelled bad when we first arrived. Location was great. Amenities were great. Number of staff and work ongoing to keep things clean was excellent at the resort.

2024 vacation

Waterscape and the unit were exactly as described. The condo was clean and had everything you need for a great vacation. The walk to the beach was much closer than we thought! The pools and splash pad were beautiful! Great place to stay close to everything you need.

Great place for kids

Property was well kept and the beach was beautiful. Condo was very nice but could use some upgrades (beds and couches). Road construction makes it difficult to walk anywhere currently. Ours kids had the best time at the pool and the fudpuckers snack hut was very convient.

We absolutely loved the waterscapes condo, great location and was very clean however, the management of that condo could improve. Our first concern came when our second payment was due and we got an email saying if we paid by Credit Card there would be an additional 3% fee. This fee was not originally committed and a total surprise. However we went ahead and paid it. The second concern came when we arrived at the condo and there was warm water but it was definitely not hot. I reached out to the property manager via VRBO asking if they could turn it up, but never heard anything back. There is a sign inside the condo saying if you have water issues to call a number but that only leads you to an answering machine. The answering machine says to call another number if you’re trying to get in touch with someone about the hot water. If someone rents this condo be prepared to bring extra trash bags (only given two for our stay of 5 nights, extra dishwasher tablets (given only three and need to run dishwasher last day before leaving) and hand soap for kitchen and all bathrooms (there was no hand soap anywhere).

Almost a five

I'm a titanium elite level for Marriott hotels, which means I stay in over 100 Marriott hotels a year.. I'm supposed to get upgraded for free, and several other perks. I was told upon check-in that there were no rooms available for upgrades, but the parking lot was only half full... First Marriott that I've been treated that way.

This unit worked well for our fall break vacation. Our group of 3 adults and 3 children had plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time away. We loved the beach and the pool. This unit was right by the elevator on the sixth floor, which made getting up and down to the pool/beach very easy (the hall ways are LONG so having this location was a big advantage). Unfortunately, the beds/mattresses in both the larger bedrooms are in dire need of an upgrade. The master bedroom mattress was horribly uncomfortable. The only spot that wasn't heavily caved in was a small portion in the dead center of the mattress. Both my wife and I agreed that it was one of the worst mattresses we've ever slept on. The bed frame felt very unstable and super noisy as well. The good news is, the rest of the unit was very nice. Buying a couple of new mattresses would be would be a simple fix that would make the stay for futures renters much more enjoyable!

Island stay

I will start by saying, we throughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back and stay again! The best part of this condo is the view of the ocean and pool from the balcony. The unit was just as pictured with some minor wear and tear that’s normal with a rental. The kitchen had everything we needed as far as utensils go along with a few dishwasher pods, garbage bags and paper towels. We also loved the in unit laundry to dry towels from the pool and beach and to do a few loads of laundry so it wasn’t as big of a burden when we returned home. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were large with plenty of towels for our group of 8. Our kids enjoyed the bunk room with TVs. As far as amenities of the condo go, we absolutely loved the pool and being steps to the beach. We would go back and forth every day to get our fix of each. The condo is within minutes of restaurants and grocery stores which was really conveinent as well. We didn’t know ahead of time, but the unit had a pack n play, 2 beach chairs and beach toys in the closets as well. I would want to know this info as a parent of small kids, so I thought I would share. This is a great place to stay if you’re a family with kids! We can’t wait to come back for another stay!

Great Place

The resort is wonderful! Access to the pool and beach couldn’t be better. There are multiple grills around the pool area that you could use and they were very clean. The beach chairs included is a real plus but get their well before they open to secure a front row spot. The condo is excellent! Very clean and well stocked, and family friendly. The extra half bath (powder room) really came in handy with 7 people, and the bedrooms are essentially 2 masters with attached baths. Check in and out was simple and we were able to get in well before 4pm. Parking is convenient to the unit and they have hotel/luggage carts which is so helpful! One of the bedrooms was always a bit stuffy but not unbearable. There were 5 nice TVs yet we only got 1 to work (batteries were dead in most remotes, and there were 3+ remotes for each TV and we gave up trying to figure it out). My only real complaint was communication with the host. I could not get her to reply via phone or email or thru the VRBO app, after multiple attempts. I actually started to think the final payment request email was a scam because she wouldn’t reply to anything. I finally called VRBO to get them to confirm the host details. They sent her an email and she finally replied to me thru that email. The only way I successfully communicated with the host at any point was thru that same VRBO initiated work order (email) telling her that I was trying to reach her. Very frustrating and considered canceling because I was concerned how the lack of communication might reflect in the experience later. Overall I would recommend for sure!
