Questa unità ha un SABATO A SABATO OBBLIGO Durante l'alta stagione! Le caratteristiche includono ampio balcone con vista avvolgente, connessione internet wireless, ripiani in Corian e aggiornamenti per disabili al bagno principale. Questa spaziosa unità da 3 camere da letto si trova al piano superiore e poiché è un'unità d'angolo, dispone di un ampio balcone avvolgente che offre incredibili viste dirette sulla spiaggia senza ostacoli. L'ingresso al balcone è dal soggiorno e dalla camera da letto principale. La splendida disposizione di questo condominio consente anche di avere una vista incredibile dalla zona pranzo e dalla cucina! Tutte le camere hanno un bagno privato e la cucina è completamente attrezzata. La proprietà Gulf Dunes si trova sulla bellissima isola di Okaloosa vicino a negozi e ristoranti, ma soprattutto, è direttamente sulla spiaggia. La struttura dispone di 2 piscine di fronte alla spiaggia, una palestra, campi da tennis, barbecue e ascensori.

Awesome views!

This condo is on the corner and has additional windows and views of the ocean. You can enjoy the view from anywhere in the kitchen, dinning, and living room! Management company very responsive.

Girls’ Beach Weekend

The HOA had to shut down our water 3 different times on our vacation. We were told it would be between 12-2, the times definitely ran over. It was a big inconvenience to our group, my wife ended up going to a friends unit to shower. Overall I absolutely love the unit and I understand sometimes issues happen, but it definitely inconvenience us on our vacation

Beautiful condo with spectacular view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gulf Dunes 617. This is a top floor, end unit-so you only have one shared wall and no one above you. The view from this room is breathtaking…All the furniture was updated and the decor was really refreshing. Nice, big rooms with plenty of space. We loved the huge TV’s in each room…my kids could each pick one and there was no fighting over what to watch-so nice! Appliances are nice and updated. Only thing I noticed (not a huge deal at all), but the dryer seemed to take much longer to dry any laundry that we did. Maybe it needs a tune up or the heating element is beginning to go out, not sure. That was the only issue we had….and it wasn’t a huge deal, because it still worked, just took several rounds to get the clothes dry. We absolutely loved our stay in this condo and definitely plan on booking again in the future. I already miss waking up to those views! Thank you for providing us with such an awesome stay!

Room was filthy. Garbage behind TV's in 1 bedroom. Garbage under bed in another bed. Dust in vents. Junky kitchen appliances. Keep looking. Not worth the money!

Perfect place for family

It was clean, safe and had enough rooms and space for our family, it offered so many good alternatives for staying inside while there was a tropical storm going on outside.

Reviewer Comments: I always love staying at the Gulf Dunes. However, it would be great to have some cuddle blankets in a basket. The evenings/early mornings are cool and I didn't want to take the blankets off the beds to cuddle with. Also, basic supplies would be great. (dish soap, dish washer soap, laundry detergent, very small salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, mayo, napkins, paper towels, coffee & filters, etc.) It's such a waste to purchase such things only to have to toss them when leaving. The people that stay at your rentals are not the type to abuse/destroy or waste such amenities. Decorating could use an update, décor is so outdated.

Property was in a great location, with a great view of the gulf, and lots of space in the condo. Check in and out was a breeze. The only bad was some food was left in a night stand in the double twin room, and the smoke detector was chirping in the same room.
