“Rooms don’t look anything like advertised online. The front desk staff was helpful with check in, but I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone for questions regarding housekeeping and amenities. “Only good thing about this hotel is the location. Nice view and close to the boardwalk, but everything else was terrible. Came in to the AC set on 65, being from South Texas, 65 degrees is an amazing feeling, no matter how warm/humid it is outside. Room felt muggy and damp the entire stay! 4 days! Had a beach view room with a balcony and the door to the balcony didn’t shut correctly, warm, wet humid air constantly flowed in through the cracks, keeping the room miserable.
