Questo condominio è attualmente in fase di ristrutturazione con nuovo divano letto, nuovi elettrodomestici da cucina, nuovi pavimenti, nuovi arredi, nuova vernice, nuovi mobili da balcone, nuova unità A / C. Tutti i lavori programmati saranno conclusi entro la metà di marzo e continueremo ad aggiornare le foto man mano che il lavoro è completato. Questa unità al 5 ° piano offre una fantastica vista sulla spiaggia, sulla piscina e sul Golfo del Messico. **Amazing Stay with Everything a Family Needs**

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The view is absolutely amazing — we could have spent all day just soaking it in. The condo itself has everything a family could need, making it easy and comfortable to feel right at home. The owners were fantastic to work with — responsive, kind, and accommodating. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Amazing!

This property was everything and more! It was 110% clean when we arrived, fully stocked with all the essentials and more, and the view of the Gulf was AMAZING. We have never used VRBO before and now I think we will never stay at a hotel again! The location was perfect, right on the beach in a quieter area west of Destin. The white sand beach was perfect. It was an amazing family vacation with our adult children and 17 yr. old!

Great property and location

The condo was clean and comfy. Would have been nice to have blackout curtains on the front bedrooms to block the lights from the hallways. The dining room chairs need to be replaced, the seats are broken in 3out of 6.

Property was well maintained and clean. Easy access to pool and beach. Had a great time. Construction was going on, so fairly loud from about 9am to 5pm. But since it was so late in the year, much later than I've ever been to FL, I figured it was fairly normal to have upgrades, etc being completed since it's basically after their tourist season.

Very Nice Unit and stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. We love the decor and color inside the unit. The view from the balcony is exceptional. Everything we could have needed was in the condo. My only item I’d request is a blender in kitchen. 😉 We will definitely consider staying here in future. My only con if I had to pick something would be the swimming pool down below can get loud into late hours of night but that comes with territory.

Beachfront Vacation

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location. The unit could use a few updates/repairs..but nothing that would keep us from renting it again. We stayed as a family of 5 and everyone had more than enough space. Plenty of family gathering space and enough space to go relax alone.

Long weekend

A very nice condo with plenty of room for a family with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen seemed to be well equipped for preparing a meal which we ate out instead. It has a big gulf front balcony with a great view. My only complaint is the washing machine sounds like a jack hammer on the spin cycle. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

We stayed in 507 at Island Princess and it was great! Great view, great parking, great pool! Will definitely be back! Ft. Walton has been our annual vacation spot for the last several years!

Wonderful stay!

Clean, comfortable, great view, and love the location! We went with 5 adults and 2 kids, plenty of room for all and love that there are 3 bathrooms! Easy walk to the pool and beach, heated pool and hot tub.

Spring Break 2022

The room was nice and clean and over looks the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The only thing I would change is the blinds in the master bedroom to blackout window coverings. There’s no sleeping in. Then the rooms to the right of you can look onto your balcony and actually look into your master bedroom if you have your window coverings open, so there’s no privacy.

Opportunities

The property was clean and really nice. I feel there is an opportunity to add more cook ware in the unit. Also, the largest cookware pot that was in the unit appeared to have white particles (mold maybe from it being stored wet) so I did not use it. Also the trash can in the kitchen needs more than 1 trash bag (that was left for us in addition to the existing trash bag in the trash can). Definitely need more than 2 trash bags during stay.
