With dedicated parking, in-unit laundry and a fully equipped kitchen, you’ll have everything you need for a relaxing getaway or an extended stay.

Designed by one of 30A’s top interior designers, this bright and airy studio blends coastal elegance with everyday convenience. Every detail is thoughtfully chosen—from the plush down sofa to the fully stocked kitchen.

Step outside and discover Ferry Park—home to tennis courts, pickleball, paved trails, frisbee golf, and an outdoor fitness pavilion. Or head the other direction and explore Uptown Station’s local shops, dining, and entertainment—all just a short walk away.

When you’re ready for the beach, it’s an 8-minute drive to the Okaloosa Island Pier and sugar-white sand beaches.

Guest Access:
Guests enjoy full private access to the entire studio, separate storage room, and two reserved parking spaces. Entry is seamless with smart lock self-check-in.

Other Things to Note:
This space is created to be a place to rest and rejuvenate while providing quick access to local amenities. It is a residential neighborhood - please be respectful of the neighbors. NO PARTIES allowed at any time. All guests must be listed on the booking prior to arrival.

As much as we love our furry friends, they are not allowed at this property at ANY TIME.
