We had an amazing few days at this property. It was super clean and the view from the balcony was amazing. Everything we needed to cook and have breakfast sitting on the balcony watching the ocean. Loved it. Highly recommend. Check in and out was easy and stress free.

This is a great place to stay for solo travelers or couples. Location is right on the beach and you can sit and listen to the waves the whole time. It rained while I was there, but there were plenty of options on the tv. Kitchen area had plenty of things if you want to cook or bring food in. Dish washer makes it easy to clean when leaving. I would definitely stay again.

This unit was wonderful. It was very close and easy access to the beach. The complimentary umbrella and beach chairs was an amazing bonus. The view from the balcony was perfect. The location on Okaloosa Island was also perfect. We would live to stay at this unit again.

We had the best time! Beautiful view, comfortable bed, and the condo was the perfect size for a couple’s getaway. The only thing I didn’t like was the washer and dryer being outside and you had to pay for it. We didn’t need to launder anything, so it was fine. Thank you for letting us stay!

Unit was a studio. It was laid out perfect. Kitchen separate so could eat while others slept. Hot water quickly in shower. Loved our balcony and the chairs.

No working air conditioning. This should have been listed on the website and disclosed a head of time. We had to leave the balcony door open at all times to get cooler air otherwise it was 79-80 degrees in the room. This was in February! I can’t imagine summer. I contacted the owner who referred me to the management company. Property manager stated there is nothing they can do and recommended to use the small fan in closet and keep curtains closed at all times to cool down the room (you don’t stay on the ocean to close the curtains nor be uncomfortable due to the temperatures. When I looked at reviews online of this building/unit there were the same complaints about no air so it is a known fact and something not disclosed. This was disappointing because the room was fine besides that.

Condo as described. Property is slightly older but well kept. Met couple vacationing next door upon arrival and they were very friendly. Overall the location was really quite nice. Path to beach directly across street and the beach area was dog friendly which did not bother us at all. Enjoyed watching the dogs swim and play. Quiet at night which was +++. Really the only complaint was the a/c runs loud but really didn’t bother me so much as much husband.

Stayed here for 4 days with the family. The day we checked in the neighbors were smoking weed in their room and had mine full of marijuana smoke. I called the 800 number. Nothing was done. I just had to deal with it. This room is owned by a company, not an individual. Wasn’t impressed that I brought my 5 yr old with us and we’re getting high from the neighbors smoke. Broom in the room was broken in half. There was no mop to clean up the sand. Vacuum they provided was junk and wouldn’t even suck up the sand on the floors. Room is very dated. Kitchen appliances are in need of some updating for sure. I definitely won’t be staying here again. For the money you can go up the beach to Pensacola or in Destin and have a much prettier view too.

We loved our stay. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable. The gulf view was beautiful. I loved that it wasn’t extremely crowded. Would definitely stay here again.
