Beautiful Ocean Front Condo
Vacation memories await you at our spacious 3 bedroom condo located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Sea Dunes Condominium is conveniently located on Okaloosa Island just one mile down Santa Rosa Blvd. off Highway 98. We are a 24 unit building and with the island's ban on high rises, the beach density is low. You have close proximity to excellent restaurants, water parks, championship golf courses, boutiques, and outlet shopping. You are 6 miles west of Destin, 'The World's Luckiest Fishing Village'.

Enjoy a sunset from the private 4th floor balcony, this is the perfect backdrop for family photos. Sit back, relax and soak up the sun in the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella we have reserved for you daily.

This newly updated condo including ( all furniture newly replaced 9/2023 ) has a spacious living room with a mirrored wall that perfectly reflects the emerald waters. Gulf views are panoramic through the floor to ceiling windows and door. There is a new sectional sofa for comfortable seating for all with a 55 inch flat screen T.V. The unit is completely tiled.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops, a tiled back splash, side by side refrigerator with ice and filtered water in the door, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. You will love sitting at the breakfast bar or pub table while you eat or play a game of cards.

The master suite features a private door onto the balcony and a king size bed that awaits you. Included is a flat screen T.V.
There is a walk-in closet and the master bath features cultured marble twin vanities with with shower.

Second bedroom includes two queen beds and T.V. with private entry into full size guest bathroom with a tub / shower. This guest bedroom has a nice view of the Santa Rosa Sound. Blinds in all bedrooms help the kiddos sleep a little later.

The third bedroom has twin size bunk beds.

There are so many wonderful restaurants nearby or make the short drive to Destin, walk around the Harbor exploring the shops or watch the fishing boats come in.

There is a Tom Thumb nearby with a post office inside, also a variety of treats for the kids!

Beachside pool with waterfall hot tub.
Beach walkover with rinse off station.

Great Clean Beach Front Condo with Excellent Communication

Great clean beach front condo that is exactly as pictured. This place was great for my extended family's vacation. The furniture seemed almost new and was very comfortable. The owner was very fast to respond with any questions or concerns that we had. I have used vrbo for many years and have never had an owner respond this quickly with the answers I needed. The only downside was we have gotten used to most places having things for the beach such as towels, extra chairs, kid toys but we just purchased our own while we were there, was not a big deal.

My family enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, being away from the busier part of the island but still close to be convenient. The Tom Thumb being in front of the building and in walking distance was also very convenient. The smaller size of the building was very nice, more space available on the beach. The condo was in good shape, and clean. Very spacious throughout the entire condo, so my family didn't feel cramped. The televisions were nice and worked without issue. It would have been nice to have a bit more supplies like paper towels or detergents stocked, but this was not a deal breaker for us. The owner was helpful and good with communication as well. All in all, a great place to stay, in a great location, with a great owner.

Wonderful

The condo was one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in and it was very comfortable and nice. Great setup for us, our kids, and my sisters. Great location as well and easy access to the beach. 4th floor made for a great view of the beach and the parking/elevator were very convenient. Would totally stay again!

Perfect beach getaway for our family

Lovely condo with plenty of space for our family of four and an unbeatable location-- far enough away from the touristy mayhem that you can avoid it if you want to, but close enough that you can visit. Can't wait to come back next year!

The location was perfect! Steps away from the beach and close to restaurants. We loved not having to fight the traffic to the restaurants nearby. The condo was nice and we had everything that we needed. We had a wonderful time, and will be back!

Love the view!

This condo was a nice late minute booking for our family. It’s right on the beach, nice location, great views. I traveled with my kids, and they loved this beautiful beach. Owner was responsive, and we had no issues at all. Look forward to staying at this location again in the future.
