This modern retreat comfortably sleeps 8 guests and is perfect for a relaxing vacation. With direct beach access and a fully stocked kitchen, you'll have everything you need for an unforgettable stay on the pristine white sands of Florida.

Welcome to your beautifully updated beachfront retreat in Fort Walton Beach! This is the perfect place for a fun and relaxing vacation, with stunning, direct views of the Emerald Coast from your private balcony, the living room, and even the master bedroom.

The bright, modern living space features floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open to the beach, filling the condo with natural light. The fully stocked kitchen comes complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the utensils you need to whip up delicious meals.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 8):
* Master Bedroom: King bed with an ocean view
* Guest Bedroom: One double bed and a set of bunk beds
* Living Room: Queen-size sofa sleeper

AMENITIES:
* In-unit washer and dryer
* Free high-speed Wi-Fi
* Cable TV
* Fully equipped kitchen

Guests will have private access to the entire condo for the duration of their stay.

You will also have access to fantastic shared community amenities, including:
* Direct beach access to the white sand shore
* Community pool (NOTE: The pool will be closed from November 15, 2025, to January 1, 2026, due to construction.)
* Community grill and picnic area
* Complimentary seasonal beach service, which includes two chairs and one umbrella (Available March - October)

WONDERFUL

Perfect location, weather, comfort. Felt safe. Wonderful beach. The property manager checked on us several times. Would go back to this same location over and over. Great restaurants nearby. Everything we needed was in close driving distance.

Good location

Unit is right at the top of the stairs. Very convenient. Nice decor, but wished for a clock in the bedroom. Parking at the Palms is a little difficult because of the slope. Less crowded beach with less units at the Palms.

Great relaxing vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much. It wasn’t as busy and had some relaxing time. Only thing is that the parking is on a hill so was a little rough for my older parents to walk back up but I ended up pulling up by the elevator and then going back down the hill. Too tight for me trying to park in the garage. Other then that it was a great experience.

What you expected from a beach front rental...floors are in need of new grout...but overall good with plenty of room for the family...views are great and its in the middle of Pensacola and Panama City which makes it easier to travel the emerald coast

Family vacay

We wanted a place close to the beach for our family of 5. This condo was just a short walk to the beach and it was not busy at all. There was a beach attendant that gave us easy access to chairs and an umbrella. There were plenty of places to eat nearby. The traffic was manageable. In the condo I would have loved to have a couple of hooks on the bunk beds to hang the kids bags. One of the chairs on the balcony was broken, but there were more than enough seats out there. The ease of checking in and out was great.

we really enjoyed the stay

only 2 things that could be improved. we werent given, to my knowledge, the cose for piil and pool bathrooms. i did find out from another guest. pool was listed as heated and wasnt. Didnt ruin anything for us and im just passing along for your information. we loved the condo and view and took full advantage of the marvelous beach everyday. Thank you and would highly recommend. we would certainly stay here again.

Condo on the beach

The condo was comfortable and well equipped. The weather was less than perfect which made the condo even that more cozy. The one problem we did have was with the TV, but I messaged the property manager and had someone at the door within 15 mins!! Problem fixed!!! Great location to all the attractions and easy access up and down the coast. Would definitely return!

Fort Walton Beach

The location was very good. The beaches were very good. The condo was ok. There was a knocking (maybe in the water/drainage system). I reported to the renting agency but nobody came to check. The condo was very clean except for the hvac air filter -- very dirty. The condo had been updated, but whoever did the work did a poor job. If I was the owner, I would be very upset at the poor quality of the work. But, to rent for a week, it was ok.

Very clean and everything worked well but tv remotes and they were quick to replace them the next day and it was a Sunday! So that was good. However, if you like or need to cook in the kitchen…. This is not the place. They did not have a well stocked kitchen at all… not even a baking sheet so I could not cook the kids French fries. Other than this issue it was a nice place to stay.
