QUESTA UNITÀ HA UN REQUISITO DA SABATO A SABATO DURANTE LA STAGIONE DI PICCO! Questo 5 ° piano con 2 camere da letto / 2 bagni con letti a castello, può ospitare fino a 8 persone! Tutto lo spazio di cui hai bisogno con viste incredibili! Camera da letto principale sulla spiaggia e il soggiorno. L'unità è stata COMPLETAMENTE AGGIORNATA di recente e gli aggiornamenti del bagno principale CUSTOM che includono l'installazione di un bellissimo ** WALK-IN non rimarranno delusi dal PI 504. L'unità dispone di televisori a schermo piatto in tutto, con metà del secolo, mobili moderni, opere d'arte originali e uno spazio ufficio situato nella camera da letto principale.

Un sacco di spazio per tutti in questa splendida unità! I panorami sono incredibili, gli arredi sono confortevoli, questo condominio è DA VEDERE! Barbecue, WIFI GRATUITO, piscina fronte mare e vasca idromassaggio.


La camera da letto principale è riccamente colorata con sottili accenti tropicali. Fai un pisolino sulla lussuosa sedia vicino alla finestra o rilassati nella vasca idromassaggio nel bagno padronale.


Il balcone al quinto piano esterno alla zona giorno offre una vista spettacolare sulla spiaggia ed è perfetto per osservare la gente o osservare le stelle. Sotto c'è un cortile in erba, e la piscina e la vasca idromassaggio sono in vista appena ad est della seconda passerella sulla proprietà in fondo al West End. 504 è un'ottima posizione in cui sei abbastanza in basso per non preoccuparti dei rumori della piscina e delle attività della vasca idromassaggio, ma sei a distanza per vedere entrambi i servizi per essere in grado di tenere il passo con quegli adolescenti.

We stay at this property every year, my partner and I have came here together the last 7 years and i started this vacation as a girlfriend and left as a fiancé!! We will continue to return year after year because this has always been our happy place but it’s now even more special. The condo was amazing and the master having its own balcony was amazing we kept the curtains open every night and just watched the stars. Can’t wait to book again. We will see yall next year!

Positives: The location was wonderful and the direct access to the beach was perfect. Updates that were done are nice too. Negatives: The pool gets busy at times. The place was not very clean. The vents in the bathrooms were gross, the bed sheets were clean but they were ripped, and we can tell that the floors didn’t get mopped. The bottoms of our feet were black after walking on the tile floors in the living room/kitchen. Overall, would stay here again!

Family getaway

The condo had a beautiful view. The living room furniture was shabby. The curtains had stains. The kitchen counters were filthy. The master bathroom shower was moldy and gross! I had to scrub the bathroom and clean the bathroom and kitchen with a cleaner that I had to purchase when we arrived. I did let the property manager know the next morning because we arrived after 5:00 pm. They said oh you should have called us and we would have sent emergency cleaners over. Overall it was a place to stay however it was 3 stars at best.

Beautiful, peaceful location

Perfect location with a perfect view! The cleaning crew could have done a little better job, but I know that it’s hard to keep a condo on the beach perfectly clean. The rooms were roomy. The access to the ocean was easy. It’s in a perfect, quiet, family atmosphere.

Nice Place

Great location and beautiful water. Condo is nice. It was a working vacation for us so we enjoyed the desk in the master bedroom. The electrical outlets are iffy. We found that not all work. Light in hallway near washer is not working either. Other than those items, it was a nice place to stay.

Awesome location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was fantastic, steps to the beach and minutes from Destin restaurants. Our favorite thing about the condo was the balcony. Large enough for our family of 6, plus beach equipment. The condo was clean and spacious. We’d definitely book again!

Fantastic

Great property, space was great, was really clean. Master and double balcony were amazing. View was perfect. Quiet location but not far from things to do. Don't hesitate booking, you won't be disappointed!

Great View

We enjoyed our stay even if we were stuck indoors due to the hurricane. This unit has wonderful views from the master bedroom and living room. The balcony is very large with a nice table and chairs to eat at. I could tell the unit owner put thought into accommodating guests with plenty of towels, dishes, a large garbage can, etc. The large walk-in shower was great!! We only have two complaints first the master bed was too firm for us and second, the front bedroom stayed warmer than we would have liked. We would definitely stay here again.

We wasn't able to enter the condo until nearly 7pm. They sent an email stating some condos may not be available at 4 but should be available by 6 due to short staffed. Totally understandable but its hard to occupy 2 kids when you have everything packed up and no where to unload it. Pleased once we were in the condo. Great location! Beautiful view! Very clean!

We Love Pelican Isle!

This was our third stay at Pelican Isle and it did not disappoint. The only suggestion we have is that the mattress in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Both my husband and I had sore backs every morning after sleeping on the mattress, which was the only negative about our stay. We really enjoyed the double balcony and the fact that the master bedroom was beachfront. We will definitely return to Pelican Isle.

Wonderful view and experience

The place was very clean and the view was perfect. Didn't have to wait for elevators very long and the reserved parking space is a great benefit. Make sure you follow the instructions on the app and bring appropriate supplies for your stay then everything will be perfect!

Pelican Isle 504

Okaloosa Island is the preferred getaway location for my family. We have stayed at many condos along this stretch of Okaloosa Island and Pelican Isle 504 was certainly one of the nicer properties we've rented. My only complaint is related to the sliding glass door off the living room area. This door sticks and is extremely difficult to move. My wife and daughter were unable to open this door, so they used the master bedroom doors to access the balcony. Other than that, the property was excellent.

Excellent Choice

I looked at hundreds of properties. The property was perfect for what my group was looking for. The views from the balcony were excellent. I’d attach a picture if I could. The property was quiet and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Size

Perfect rental for a family of 4- one teen and one young child. Comfortable furniture in bedrooms and living room. Biggest plus is all of the linens available. No need to wash towels every day.
