The best week!
We had a great week! we brought our children's (3 & 1) for there first family beach trip. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed to entertain them inside and at the beach. It was convenient to everything and a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be coming back.

Grandparents with grandchildren
The condo was in perfect location to everything we needed. We came down to spend time with grandchildren that live in the area. It was perfect for all of us. The kids had a great time. Boy 16years old and girl 10 years old. It was clean and the perfect size.

Great Family Vacation!
We had the best time at Waterscape! There was so much to do and the condo was fully furnished for any cooking/grilling that we did as well. A beach cart, toys, wave board were all provided in the condo, and the condo was extremely clean upon arrival. Super easy to check in and to reserve chairs/umbrella at the beach each day. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Waterscape B410 is FANTASTIC!!!!
We had a fantastic vacation at Fort Walton Beach mostly because of Waterscape B410. We had 8 people ranging in age from 63 years old down to 8 years old and there was something for everyone. Condo is very spacious and clean plus the views. Amazing views of the Gulf and the pools. Our 8 year old and 3 teenage daughters had a blast at the Wednesday night Glow Party and fireworks. Also, no worries on packing sand toys or games, this condo has everything you need and more. Plus the location is close to everything including the Destin Harbor Walk Village. So just pack your clothes and let B410 handle the rest. We will definitely back.

The property was beautifully decorated. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The property was clean with amazing amenities. The unit has a great view of the pool and beach. Waterscape is in a great location and has a lot of fun activities for the whole family!

B410 is Perfect!!
We stayed at B410 for a week for a family vacation and had an amazing time and an amazing experience with Stephanie. This is our fourth different room at Waterscape. The pool and beach views from the balcony were much better in person. The rooms were great. There was plenty of square footage, a large closet, a large kitchen table for dining and games, and comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. We loved the pool, lazy river, gas grill (always clean), and food/drink bar. Parking is EASY, you don't have to mess with the parking garage, you can park on the side of Waterscape right in front of B410. The elevator is 20 yards from your room, don't worry you don't hear any noise. The pool access is just below your room on the 1st floor. The beach was easy to access, and the beach service folks are very friendly and willing to help at no cost. Stephanie supplied beach toys (sand toys, boogie board), a wagon, an umbrella and large comfy beach chairs, which was awesome since we came from Texas. Our family will be coming back next year for our annual beach vacation!

Everything was nice and comfortable in the condo and the facility was fantastic for hosting a family with kids given the amenities onsite and nearby as well as the beach being right there. Other than some very minor wear and tear from being a rental condo this place was in really good condition and met our needs.

Great Condo and Location!
The condo is extremely clean and has a great view of the pools and the ocean. Our boys stayed busy the whole time whether is was at the pools or on the beach. The location seemed to be close to everything. Stephanie was great and very responsive with questions. She also gave great recommendations for local restaurants/foods. We tried most and loved them all. We will be back!

Great for families
Location was great and all the pools/baby pools/lazy river/heated pool were great to have this week. Our condo could have been much cleaner. We were given the wrong color of pool wristbands and security notified us. There was a restroom close to the pool that was out of service all week. The condo layout was perfect for us. The closet was loaded with all the extras that made the beach even more enjoyable!

OK room in a great resort
We’ve stayed at another condo at this same property, so, it’s hard to compare as I evaluate this condo. The good: * Communication with the property manager was excellent * Two en suite bedrooms, bunk beds in a room (with a door!) in the hall * Stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare meals in the unit * Many beach toys and chairs provided for renters’ use. * 4 beach chairs provided by the chair/umbrella service on the beach The bad (or less good): * As others have mentioned, the unit needs a deep cleaning—more than what can be done between check out and check in. * The beds were not, in our opinion, comfortable. The king bed also made a LOT of noise whenever someone rolled over. * some of the listing photos are not entirely accurate. For example, the sofas in the living area are not tan, they are black (and need to be cleaned).

***UPDATE** Since this review the unit has been painted and new flooring installed throughout! Melissa, Thank you for bringing issues to our attentions. As mentioned in previous reviews The walls, baseboards etc have been deep cleaned but unfortunately some of the scuffs will not come off so the unit will be getting a fresh coat of paint and new flooring this off season. Both suites have a King bed and we will be checking the “noise” issue, that has not been mentioned before. The ONE photo that is different is the couch color unfortunately someone broke the sleeper sofa and the couch needed to be replaced. We look forward to having you stay with us again

Awesome stay!
We had a wonderful stay! The property owner was quickly responsive and helpful from the time of booking, until the stay. They had tons of extra beach items that is helpful with little kids. Beach wagon, tons of beach toys, extra chairs, umbrella, etc. The location of the property was perfect with a great beach view, but centered between all of the pools. A little challenging at first to figure parking out, but once we did, it was a breeze to get down to the parking garage.

The covered parking garage is nice during the hot summer months but there is also additional parking conveniently next to the unit as well. Beautiful unit soooo dirty
This was my 1st vrbo. Was very disappointed for the the money I spent on the condo how dirty it was. It was totally unacceptable. Owner did offer to reclean but we’re already situated at this point. It is what it is Thr floors still had good strings on it def not vacuumed. The kitchen had clothes tags. The main shower has shampoo dripping down glass just gross. TVs had finger prints hand prints on them. I washed the comforters because I knew if the place was that dirty and not clean I can only imagine the bedding. I think the only thing cleaned in this unit is a quick wipe down and change the sheets. Def will stay at waterscape again. But def find another unit. This place is in serious need of a deep clean

We were notified of your dissatisfaction with the state of the unit within 15 minutes of your arrival and contacted cleaning to come back to re-clean the unit immediately with dinner on us for the inconvenience, you declined. Communication with property owner was excellent. Flexible on early check in was a bonus. Unit had great view of all pools on property and ocean. Could stand to use a good deep clean. Baseboards, hvac returns, cabinets, baths, dishware, etc. Great place for families. Overall was pleased and would definitely stay again.

Amazing Stay!
I cannot brag enough on the communication with Stephanie. We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to return. Our twins loved the bunk area and were thrilled with the toys to play with in the room. The wagon was incredible to help get things to the beach and the sand toys, extra chairs, etc were so wonderful to have. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver. You should book now!

Amazing first time to the Destin Fort Walton Beach area
This was our first time to the Destin area and loved it! Can’t wait to go back! The unit was very clean. The twin master suites were great! We didn’t use the bunks but was very impressed. Bunks are in a private room and great for kids or even adults! Kitchen had everything we needed and more! The pool is amazing. Lazy river was down for maintenance so we didn’t get to use it. The beach service was great! Now on to your host. Stephanie was great! She responded almost immediately and even called me on the fly when she couldn’t get to the computer. She was able to accommodate every extra request we had. I have no doubt she works overtime for her customers!! Don’t pass this place up! But if you do, it will be there for me😁🌴 Thank you Stephanie for a great vacation!!!!!

Awesome Spring Break!
Overall, we had an awesome stay! I was glad I drove and brought my own linens however as the couch bed did not have any sheets and a few pillows lacked cases. A few things would have been helpful such as scissors or hot pads in the kitchen, but luckily I had a vehicle and could pick up what we needed. Having two king suites was awesome as we had 4 adults! I wish the lazy river had been filled, they were redoing the tile in it and that was one of the biggest reasons we chose this property. There were a ton of little kids which made relaxing in the pool or hot tub difficult, but Destin is known for families and small children so that, along with being drained frequently for fecal accidents in said hot tubs seemed inevitable. There were cracks in the tile and folding doors and cupboard doors that needed maintenance, didn’t bother me so much but as a renter I would worry about being held liable for previous damages, so just take note and photos too. We had some hiccups on check in, but Stephanie was always available and helped resolve all our concerns! We loved the view from the balcony, beach service was awesome, we loved the decor of the condo and the large table for games and meals! The beds were comfy also and my boys loved that the bunk bed nook had a door unlike most places we’ve stayed where the bunk beds were in the hallways. This was one of our favorite vacations to the Emerald Coast yet, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend Stephanie and her beautiful home! Thank you so much!

Accurate listing
Condo was exactly as described. Could use a few paint touch ups and deep cleaning soon, but otherwise mostly clean and comfortable. Perfect size for our family of 5. Location in the building was nice, could see kids play in the pool from our balcony, as well as can see the ocean. Nice building for family with younger kids. Ample supplies in condo. Washer very loud and had to run the dryer 3 cycles to get a load dry, so plan accordingly. The kitchen faucet leaked all over the ground the first day when we got there so I texted Stephanie and she had maintenance come the next day to replace the faucet. Don’t know if we would come back to okaloosa island again, destin seems to be more walkabale with more to do, but if we did come back to okaloosa island again we would stay here.

Great view!
We love staying at the Waterscape Resort. Our room had a great location overlooking the pool and a great view of the Gulf. Stephanie was very responsive to my texts when I had questions. The beach wagon/toys/extra chairs were great to have. The free beach service was very nice as some in our group like to lay out under the umbrella.

First Family Vaca
Was seeking warmer weather, water and a beach as our first family vacation and vacation since COVID. Geographically this was a good choice for us to drive to with our 15 mo old Son. Area is pretty nice - I am sure in their more peak season (we were there in April) it is probably nuts. In the local area there were restaurants with 2-3 hrs every night....in April. Location was great if you have kids - pools are pretty cool - beach right there - ideal. No kids, look elsewhere. Headaches: once arriving figuring out where to park and how the heck to find the right building / room brought me back to looking for clues in an escape room. Now it seems to make a lot more sense after figuring it out - but when you arrive, good luck! Unit has some deferred maintenance issues in my opinion - quite a lot of mold, which is concerning. I am sure these rentals are tough to keep up with and humidity being on a beach is probably rough. Seems like some additional effort, or safeguards should be in place. So overall.. mold = bad... beach = good. Had a good time.

Awesome view
We enjoyed the condo decorations and view. The beds were very comfortable which is hard to find with rentals. The resort was great for the kids and adults. Weber gas grills for use, beach service was a plus. I would give the condo and resort a 4.6 rating . Great for a family get away

The property was very nice and location was great...away from Destin traffic but close enough to enjoy Destin attractions on occasion. There were also plenty of restaurants in walking distance, which was very convenient for our group.

Great Condo, Thoughtful Owner
We felt lucky to get this property for the week as we had reviewed many before choosing it, and this one met or exceeded our expectations in every way. After having been to Okaloosa Island and spending time in the area, including Destin, we wouldn't have changed the decision we made to stay where we did. Waterscape and this Condo are among the best there. The furnishings and décor are nice, clean and updated. The location had great views, a fun water park, and the beach and ocean were right there, with "beach service" included. It was a quick drive to Destin, but without the crowds. The owner, Stephanie, is very thoughtful and is a great communicator. I also like that she is local, as she gave us some great recommendations.

Waterscape
Loved Waterscape , so much to do for the littles!! Unfortunately we had to deal with Hurricane Stephanie and did not get to enjoy all of the amenities. Stephanie was awesome through all of the chaos. The condo is a perfect set up with the 2 King bedrooms and the bunk room, which my granddaughter loved! We hope to get back next spring to 410B, Stephanie was great to work with!!

Family Vacation

Perfect for all ages
Our short get away to waterscape was awesome! The condo was home away from home. A quick trip to Publix for groceries (don’t forget toilet paper and paper towels) and you never have to leave. The beach is a few steps away and when you get tired of the sand or too hot, you can go for a swim in one of the pools or float in the lazy river. Sitting on the balcony is very relaxing. I can’t wait to return!

Great family vacation
We stayed here with our two young boys and my parents. There was plenty of room for all of us, loved having two master bedrooms! Location to the elevator was great for quick trips to the pool. Also really liked having the covered parking in the parking garage. Our boys loved the pool and quick access to the beach. Having beach service was fantastic, it was too rough to use the paddle boards while we were down there. The wagon provided made it super easy to take everything down to the pool and beach. We will stay here in the future if visiting Waterscape again!
