Upgraded features include granite countertops, tiled kitchen backsplash, gorgeous wood laminate flooring throughout (no carpet!), 48-inch ceiling fans in the living area as well as both bedrooms, and oil rubbed bronze fixtures. The open floor plan allows for stunning Gulf views, and the living area has lots of comfy seating options to watch your favorite shows on the brand new 65" Smart TV! Both spacious bedrooms feature comfortable beds and offer plenty of storage space. Enjoy the amazing Gulf views from your private, full-length balcony accessible from both the living room and master bedroom featuring new sliding glass doors and windows. New outdoor furniture offers a cozy spot for your morning coffee and a high-top table with bar stools to take in the splendid sunsets. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find upgraded appliances, both Keurig and standard coffee makers, dinnerware/glassware for adults and children, toaster, blender, and lots of gadgets to make cooking (if you so choose!) a breeze. An unexpected bonus is the full-sized pantry where you will find plenty of space to store your grocery items. Condo was as described. Lots of extras like tons of hangars, toilet paper to get you started and a lot of towels. Place was decorated beachy yet cute and classy. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet modern condo

This condo has been upgraded so it was quiet clean and comfortable the windows filter out almost all noise the only thing that I didn't like was the check-in check-out times check-in is 4pm check-out is 10am seems kind of a long time to turn the room around so pretty much you loose a whole day because of this I asked for late checkout and was denied because the room was being rented wich it was just thinking that as clean as we left the place the checkout time could have been pushed to noon and that still would have given them 4 hours to get it ready for the next person if you have a late flight and can afford to not loose a whole day on the beach get the room for a extra night even though its kind of a waist of money we will definitely be returning to this property

Such a nice place!

This condo was clean and most everything brand new. King bed was so very comfortable. We enjoyed a great nights sleep the whole time! It was so quiet day and night. The occasional luggage rolling by was about the only noise. The beach was a short walk away, but having the chair service was really nice. Our parking wasn't covered, but there was ample parking spots near the front door.
