“False advertising!!! No iron or ironing board. Room look cheap, the staff was rude and not helpful at all!! Very disappointed, I had 3 nights booked I was so disappointed I left and went to another hotel and didn’t care about getting my money back. Straight trash and I will never stay again if it was the last hotel!!!”

The Emerald Grande is in the perfect location! Everything we wanted was just steps away—from restaurants and shopping to the harbor and entertainment. The convenience made our stay even more enjoyable because we could easily walk to so many attractions. The views were beautiful, the property was well maintained, and the location truly can’t be beat. We had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again.”
