“We stayed here from Monday to Friday, expecting a relaxing beach vacation, but the complete lack of service and poor management entirely ruined our trip. Our issues started the moment we arrived. The room next to us was blaring their TV so loudly we could hear every single word through the wall. When we complained to the staff, we were told, "We cannot control what our guests do," and were given zero options or help. A hotel that refuses to enforce basic noise policies is a massive red flag. “this is the dirties hotel I have ever stayed at in my 60 years of life. i have detailed videos, once we arrived at 2 am after driving for 11 hours I have to go out scouting for any place open to buy bed sheets and blankets as thier beds were covered by black mold and there was no reservations anywhere else at the time and I couldn't drive any further to look for another hotel.”

“The home was fully stocked and amendable. Everything we needed for the beach too from towels to chairs. (My daughter’s family stayed in a Condo nearby and they were not as fortunate.) We had shops within a block including a CVS pharmacy and Winn Dixie grocery store. 10/10 Highly recommend! ”

The convenience made our stay even more enjoyable because we could easily walk to so many attractions.
